Punj try high rep leg presses.My favorite leg workout is to superset Leg Press 3x65-85 with 3x10-20 on squats(go light).If you want to grow this workout will absolutely pack on size to your legs.It takes a lot out of you though.I implore you to try it out.I think not enough people use high reps when training legs.It absolutely rules and I can guarantee massive growth.
 
DAY 12 LEGS AND ABS

Ok guys did legs and abs today and I murdered my legs lol...did really heavy squats and leg press...did way better than last week...can't believe I just keep getting strong...diet been good today...looking lean as fack...can't wait to upload new pics...today I weight 167.6lbs...wow I can't believe HIIT cardio can make this big difference...I was sweating like crazy too...took 2scoops of MM with FS...great energy guys....tomorrow is arms day and I'll upload pics as well....legs are still shaking lol...did some PRs in squats and leg press...Dpol giving great pumps and crazy dreams at night lol...shoulders are sore from yesterday workout and now legs will be sore as well...I hope I can do cardio tomorrow...here's my workout detail...

I will try that next time bro...thanks!! Im not really looking to put size on legs...they good size rite now...I don't want to be huge where no pants fit me lol...coz my waist is small and if my thigh gets big it's gonna be hard time finding me some pants lol...

DAY 13 ARMS

Ok guys did arms today and had amazing workout...can't believe I'm looking so lean and at the same time I'm looking huge...looks like my arms gonna explode...today while I was doing arms everyone was staring at me...I don't kno what is on their mind but they just kept staring at me lol...it don't bother me tho...my whole body is sore...my shoulders and legs are so sore and I kno tomorrow my arms gonna be sore as well...so tomorrow is off day from work and gym but I'll try to hit gym and do cardio and abs...no promises but I'll try my best to go...seriously tho I'm so tired from all that running and working out...I think my body is hating me rite now lol...if I do hit gym tomorrow I will update if not then Friday for sure...diet been good today...lately I been craving sugar...I hate sugar, candies and cake...but lately I want to eat them so bad...but I'm trying to control not too but I don't understand why I'm craving sugar...I always stay away from sugar...I hope this craving goes away otherwise i will nvr get my abs lol...today my weight is 167lbs...WOW I'm losing weight like crazy but looking the same as I was at 185lbs...target weight is 160lbs and I'm sure I'll get there soon without losing my muscle mass ;)...so here's my workout detail...enjoy!!!

So you know ever since I started cycling carbs I crave sugar and sweets like crazy so I know what you mean! I really wasn't too bad until then though.

Yea bro last few months you and me giving everything we got in gym...seriously I nvr workout this hard before...my volume use be crazy like this but cardio not too much...bro HIIT cardio takes a lot of energy man but it sure works losing the bf%...I lost around 15lbs last 2months while keeping same muscle mass...bro I feel amazing in this body...I can't wait to get 160lbs bro...I'm gonna look ripped like you!!! Seriously bro your transformation inspire me and made me work even hard at gym...keep killing it brother!!! I'm following you along :)
 
I think we both have pushed each other to get the most out of every workout man and it has worked in our favor!! It feels so great to love the way you look bro, I know exactly what your saying! Let's keep this sh1t up and get to super Hero physique!! ;-)

Man you're doing great Punja! Your determination and work ethic is inspiring for sure. I continue to be impressed by your crazy strength at your size, especially seeing it go up as you keep losing weight.

Ok guys after a day off from gym today I felt great...great energy and full of confidence...really did great today...looking lean but somehow I gained 3lbs...today I weight myself and I was 171lbs...can't believe I gain weight so fast...but I did ate a lot yesterday....had good lunch and dinner with good desserts...I was craving sugar so yesterday I ate lot of cheesecake...and today I regret it lol...but oh well it's in my stomach now...all I can do is run and burn it off all the cals....today also diet was little suckish...somehow I can't control my appetite...I ate breakfast and after an hour I was hungry again...somehow I need to control my craving...so far everything else looks great...tomorrow is chest and hoping to kill it if I'm not too tired...after all it's weekend again and have to work long hours and only have 5hrs to sleep...hopefully I won't get to tired otherwise I have to take 3scoops of MM lol...here's my workout detail...

So I noticed you are having trouble lately with the carb cravings and I told you I was also. Is the fat smack not helpin with appetite suppression? I notice the logs I'm following noone is really mentioning that it suppresses appetite. It may sound like I'm downing it but I'm not by any means I'm going to love to take a product that will burn fat intake while allowing me to continue the slightly over maintenance calorie intake! Sounds perfect matter of fact!

Btw once again I'm baffled by your pull ups man! Then doing 200 for 8 on lat pull down following that. Beast mode!

Yea bro I'm craving sugar a lot and I don't think FS working as appetite suppression...I took fat burners before and kno how they work...you get good energy from FS but not helping as appetite suppression...I always stayed away from sugar and able to control it even I wasn't on any fat burner...plus I'm dosing FS 3caps a day...that's 1 extra cap then recommend dosing...

Yea FS not really controlling my appetite but really giving me crazy energy with MM...maybe my appetite increased thanks to slinshot and recycle...I feel less bloat and more vascular on slinshot....and Dpol and recycle really giving me crazy boost of libido and crazy dreams...my strength keep going up while I'm getting lean...looking more vascular everyday and Dpol gives crazy pumps...but I really can't control my craving...I just got off work and today my diet sucked!!! Facking ate lot of sugar and junk...I'm gonna relax for half an hour and hit gym...gonna do crazy cardio...want to take off all the junk out of my body by sweating...I think I should up my dose on FS...

You can do 4 FS caps a day. 2 am 2 pm.... ;)

Even your headache won't go away you still gonna go and workout bro...don't let headache get you...once you on treadmill and start running and making that blood flow fast your headache will stop on his own...besides this is the best time I love going to gym when I'm stress out or sick or sad...gym takes all my problem away and put the confidence in me again...now go and have a great workout hulk!!!! :)
