Warrior on a mission...

As soon as I actually have something to update. Although it will be in my log. ;) As of right now I look exactly the same as I did when I finished my 2 week diet. I started a 2 week maintenance period after that and then got sick last week when I was supposed to start dieting. So that made it 3 weeks of maintaining. When I did my BF the other day I was still sitting between 11 and 11.5% and 208 so no changes recently which is good considering I had a week off due to illness. I tried to take a shot last night on the pc but it keeps locking up and shutting off on me. So I haven't got it off of there yet.

Kleen... your gonna laugh, but I've been so busy with sales calls and desperately trying to keep up with the forums and my subscriptions and not neglect any of them or my friends that I lose track of who's log I'm actually in sometimes and base my questions and responses on the on-going chatter and what I've just caught up with, LoL!!!

Told me he wants to start training for MMA.. these pics were when he was 18 and 270 playing ball. A back injury cut his career short but he's ready to get back at it. Can't hold an animal down forever. His lifts at 18 were 575 squats for 3 reps and 550 deads for 4 reps and 305 bench for 5 reps. I know he will get much stronger than that if he goes at it hard. Another thing is your have plug your ears when he hits the heavy bag. Heaviest hands I ever saw. He's quick and a very good athlete, ran a sub 5 40... I am a bit nervous but want to see him back in ;power athletics... where he belongs...

Kris looks (and sounds) solid, Doug. When you're an athlete, even if life knocks you out for a time, it can't keep you out of the ring for long, and I'm sure Kris will be more than fine when he chooses to get back into it :)

DW... how old is he now and what are your thoughts... plans to get him back into tip-top shape???

He's 23 now, he wll get into shape pretty quickly. I am going to make a hybrid heavy/ full body routine for me but he'll have to start out slow at first. We know MMA people so they will have to kick in and will start taking grappling classes we are well connected on that front too.

I mean it scares me but if he's going to do it, he's going to do it right. Strongest guy I ever saw train considering hs age. He actually trained for a while with me before and was up around 500 lb squat again in a few months but then he went back to Ottawa again and stopped training. Then he came back and in 3 weeks I say is arms get bigger than I have ever saw them but when he had to work nights and had a baby it was too hard to keep up.

Wow I hammered those ocurls 20 seconds rest maybe 30 bada bing bada bing!! Fuggin ignite 2 makes me stronger...

I changed up protocol on cleans and deads doing 3 sets of 8 instead of drop sets.. just makes more sense.. did 10 bar of death .. abs were already aching. Then weighted ab exercises.

Finished with 45 min moderate cardio 15 high intesity then walked home 5K for a total of 10k walking that day.
 
Damn!! this G8 is fuggin crazy good!! I took half a scoop the first night didn't notice a huge difference in sleep and was a bit disappointed. I kept waking up every couple of hours like I used to. Same thing last night on 3/4 ... but the difference is I feel fuggin fan-fuggin-tastic... :)

It's weird I was a little disappointed till about 9 am yesterday morning felt like I had taken a stim...very euphoric...

Today again showing signs of euphoria feel pretty good. Lets see if it increases during the day like it did Monday.. man that was my best Monday ever... :)

Weigh in 216 .. another lb down makes sense with what I am seeing in the mirror.

Wow again the push press went smooth as silk with the very short rest periods of 30 seconds. I was a bit worried the pace might be a bit fast cuz this is a bit of an ambitious...but it want well .. great power.

Thanks, I am definitely Euphoric after G8, maybe not quite as much as I was on Monday... I may try a full scoop tommorrow night depending on how the rest of the day works out. I sometimes have to take some stims when I work but don't have to now. So no more sitms on off days .. cool.. I am only using G8 3 times a week so it will be a staple now...

Al thank the guys for G8 for me... damn it's fine... I don't get the 12 hours sleep but feel like I did. Makes it all the more uselfull for me .. win win...

With the G8 make sure you shake it up a little. One of the guys who was not falling asleep as good in another log wasn't doing anything to mix up the ingredients. As soon as he did he started getting the sleep inducing benefit.

Again this went really fuggin quick 30 seconds rest on the squats still, don't know if I can keep that up for much longer as the weight gets heavier I am pretty sure they heard me 10 blocks away.

Down to 215 a little lower than I planned but not to worry... I am going to start monitoring things much more closely for the next 7 weeks which should have me around 205...

Finished off with 30 minutes moderate cardio followed by 15 min intense...
