trying to decide if i want to log it, ive done 2 logs and they have minamal interest lol. one of them i quit updating because of it.


a detailed log is the only criteria not interest in the log....everyone can't be as popular as Natty...

We should also give a Grand prize to the best log.....

Would love to hear everyones thoughts here?

Well that sounds very generous. I know I couldn't win this but based on some logs I have read on here there are some def front runners for this.

I'm not a fan of logs though so mine will definitely be different than the usual. To me most logs have too much detail that isn't needed and not enough actual information on whether or not the product is working.
 
Sounds pretty generous! However, people do logs differently. It really depends on what criteria you guys believe makes for the "best" log.

I took a look around vit shoppe and i never really got the full scope if this until now seeing everything together. Not to mention the shear amount of interesting USP products there are out there

A good log in my opinion is one focusing on everything. I agree some logs are too focused on being too much of a workout journal. I like the ones that have that but also have extensive detail as to what they are noticing from a product or stack, and a nice weekly summary as well

If you can streamline a log, I'm all for less is more...

but if you decide not to log, you still recieved an abundant amount of product....

it's a win win win situation

Whole heartily agree.
Some people lift different, methods, styles and #s...
Its cool to list PRs if that's the case, (product to help induce work out intensity/strength), but other wise maybe diet or simple body comp changes and how you feel the overall sups are treating you.

I hate logging #s and sets it's just not what I'm about, 80% time I skim through that to find the detail about the products.

No1 knows how much u lift or lifted in the pass so it doesn't matter much to the sup unless you're setting PRs almost every work out.

Training experience: Started lifting to improve strength for football and wrestling. Graduated, got lazy, hit 300+ and went back to work aroubd 1990, stripped out to 215, added muscle to 235 over about 8 years of lifting. Got remarried, let myself go, got back at it again in May of 2010 and have been going steady since, dropped from 322 to my current weight.

Currently running Intermittent fasting protocols for dietary, target of below 2200 on burn days and 2700 on lifting days. Running 5/3/1 strenght training because moving bigger piles of iron is what gets me off. Not the strongest dude but making progress. (Am currently dropping weight on my squat to rework my form.) I also hit the cardio machines 3-4 times a week.

Current Sups: Division I, Titanium, Erase Pro, Combustion. This was kind of my post PCT PCT if you know what I mean.

Goal is to continue to get leaner while maintaining and or gaining strength.

PWO Hx: I have a god awful stim tolerance. Wyked is my usual stand by but have also used Maniac, 1MR, SuperPump 250, and LitUp

Other sups: Used RecoverPro for intraworkout. Have used Modern BCAA and like it also. Have experience running Halotest (H Drol clone), Epistane, 5aOHP, RS Transaderm, Finaflex 1 Andro and Androlean V2.

I have a commitment to do a Combustion log for 30 days after I finish the erasepro log, so I understand if this disqualifies me from consideration.

Epi is the best...I nvr looked this lean lol...I don't think I'm gonna use any other phs besides epi from now on lol...next cycle epi and katana!!!

Oh I'm not complaining, don't get me wrong. I'm definitely going to run a log on the stack, not even just for the free product, but for 1) experience, and 2) to provide others with unbiased information because I'm sure it will be different for each person and 3) to keep track of progress. I'm sure everyone is extremely grateful for what you guys have done here with your generosity.

I was just trying to see if there was a certain criteria to which you guys may deem as a good log. I'm going to post my log the way that I think that I'll like it, too, because at the end of the day not only does each person do logs differently, but each person may like to follow different logs or rate them differently.

I already know that all of us are already winners thanks to you guys. :)

I see what you're saying, you just want to make sure you reach their criteria to give them a solid log :)
 
Dusted off my old Asteroid Stack pamphlet that was included in a Muscular Development magazine back in 2009. The excercise program in the back is still absolutely solid and I may use it again for my C20/Erase Pro run. Im also thinking of running a Carb Back Loading program as I tend to like to workout in the evening. As spring comes and eventually turns into summer, ill start doin fasted cardio in the morning.
