Not yet but I am sure it is coming. Scotty and DW are stand up guys. I have about 2 weeks left on an erase pro log then am commited to a combustion log before I can start running the Xanathine.

I know what you mean about not sleeping well, been about 3 nights in a row for me. I've been home for 2 hours and already taken 2 naps. Decided to take the night off from the gym. Good news is my hghpro arrived in the mail today so hopefully it works as well for my sleep as it has for others.

You guys should pick up some G8 have your read the reviews ... stuff is strong....
 
Very very interesting. Kept calories the same and did a MAJOR infusion of protein. Last 4 days. Have lost 4.8 pounds total in the last 4 days. Been eating min. of 300g of protein a day. A bit over 200 currently with dinner and a protein shake after workout to go. I had been getting around 150-180g a day. In doing so I've cut my carbs to 150g a day. Current macros are 300g protein, 150carbs, 100fat daily.

Just stimmed up a bit.. (needed it, a rough rough day at work. Might box a bit tonight.) Thank you guys for motivation. It had wavered the bit the last week or so. Just found it a bit hard to keep on going. I did but the thing was I know I had to find that motivation again as others can prop you up but you have to find the fire in yourself to really make a change.

Cable Crunch at 200 25/25

Broke fast a little after 12, cut it off at 8:00. LG Lipotropic Protein tastes like crap, just sayin'. Did indulge in piece of cake for a co-workers send off, so I kept the rest pretty low tonight but these figures do not include that: 2425 cals (203 carbs, 207 protein [plus 18g bcaa], 86 fats) with a burn of 4100.

Today was just cardio day, kept it around 60 minutes for an HRM read burn of 903. Got some more sleep which has greatly helped when it comes to having energy for the gym!

Side note, stepped on the scale first thing this morning.. Down another 2.6 pounds.. thought that seemed wrong so stepped on gym scale as well, it was correct. That means for the week, from Tuesday til today I'm down 7.4 pounds and I'm lighter than I was at my lightest a couple weeks ago! (4 pounds lighter to be exact!)

Nice to see it coming off again, this is one of my biggest loss of weight in a week since when I first started.

Today was interesting, had to pick my daugther up at three and wanted to hit the gym for weights, cardio and a shower. Took a gamble and did not break my fast till afterwards at 2:00. So we mixed 2 scoops of Maniac and a scoop of RecoverPro and hit the gym. Consumed another 12 grams of BCAA during the workout and 12 more to help me wast things down on the road (30g total)
The workout actually went pretty well but it was just delt and bi day, don't think I would want to try this deadlift or squat day however.

Ok, shutting it down as soon as I can build up the courage to gag down two more scoops of that god awful protein. 9:00 at the latest, makes it a 7 hr feed window. Dietary for today: 2272 cals (150 carbs, 203 protein [plus 30g bcaa], 82 fats, with an estimated burn of 4314.

Way to grind it out guys, that's what this is a daily grind.... just do what you have to do for that day and let tomorrow take care of itself...
 
Debating on having a day completely off or go in and lift. I haven't had a true rest day except when I was sick about a week and a half ago.
 
I'll admitt I had a rough weekend, diet wasn't exactly spot on. Had sum personal demons I was dealing with and I forgot myself for a day
 
Damn scale still reads 269 but the waist is down another .5 in, same when measuring at the Navel (42 and 43 respectively). You guys are kicking my ass as far as pounds dropped but I think I am holding my own as far as actual fat loss. Am even starting to see a distinct "crease" between my upper and lower pecs when flexed and some definate but subtle striation in my delts. Gonna take some pics in a about 10-12 days for the end of my erasepro log, will post those here also.

I think I would take fat loss over a number loss any day.
 
Before and afters are the best way to judge fat loss, weight is not as important no doubt...

Last week was my first real "diet" week, lost 3 lbs down to 302 from 305. Was hoping to see a bigger number, more than likely it would've been water weight, but a mental boost none the less. I feel really good though, energy is high, feel healthier, cleaner.

Goal for this week is to hit it harder at the gym, lock down the diet some more, and possibly hit the heavier weights as opposed to circuit. Might have to wait another week or so to hit it heavy, shoulders still have some pain but getting much better.

Question: I have been getting about 80 ounces of water a day ... is that enough? Urine is a lot clearer now (especially since I kicked the soda habit). Mouth tends to get dry quite a bit though.

Try to get at least 128 oz of water per day. That is 1 gallon. When your urine is completely clear you will know your at least hydrated.

As far as weight. Just dont expect to get the crazy numbers the people on biggest loser gets. I have pretty much averaged 2 lbs a week in weight loss over this last year. Some weeks were better than others but I have never gotten a double digit loss number. Just an fyi.

If you are still very dry mouthed, that is a pretty strong indicator you need more water. I actually take an old gatorade bottle to the gym with me every time I go, makes it easier to stay hydrated rather than hitting the water fountain repeatedly.

Not sure where you are at with the lifting but when I first got back into it, I just focused on hitting 3-4 sets for each muscle group, knocked it out in 45-60 minutes about 3x/wkfor the first few months and then branched out from there.

Yeah as tanman said training stay consistent. Heck when I first got back motivated to get back in shape I did the p90x for a solid 2 months before I even hit the gym. Everyone is different. Just keep at it. And drink more water.
 
diet was good today. didnt break fast until 315. i tried a sample of oxy from leecheek today and it killed my appetite so much i forgot too eat, but i got my 1500 in so im good

Today sucked, missed 405 on my pulls, very unpleased. Guess for next cycle I am dropping my training max to 415 as opposed to 425. Beginning to wonder if this is not a "head" thing as I hit 400 even for 2 reps a few months back.

Dead Lift: 320x5, 360x3, 405-FAIL SAUCE.

Boring but Big Deads (5x10 at 60% = 255) hit all 50 reps.

V Bar Pull down at 180x8/8/7

Snatch Grip Dead lift at a 5-6 inch deficit @235x8/7

Magnum Lat Row Machine using Parallel Grip @160x10/10

Gonna go my lower ab work after tomorrows cardio session.

Dietary for today: 2432 cals (178 carbs, 214 protein [plus 18g bcaa], 88 fats) with an estimated burn of 4248.

All I have to say was OMG did it feel good to train tonight. I felt great and a ton of strength so I went heavier than normal. Now we ended up using all machines because everybody and there mother was on the free weights. I hit some personal best as well.

Yes you will pee a ton more. The good thing is you are flushing all the crap out of your body by drinking more water. Not only that with the added water it will actually help you not stay bloated and help tighten your skin to a certain degree.

Yah and taper use as througout the day so sleep is not interrupted too much...
 
3000 cal day, mmmmm can't wait to chow time! Big storm coming in with accumulation of over a foot! So I'm going to hit the gym early! Worse comes to worse I can use my set at home and get a good enough workout in
