First night without 3z was interesting, maybe just the placebo of not having it. I did wake and roll around a bit which I hadn't done in awhile. Strength hasn't went up much since I set PR's last week. One thing I notice from taking measurements is I'm down about .5 inches this week in stomach, chest, and neck. Jeans are fitting better.

Funny story to add! This probably happens to a lot of you guys a lot. First time for me. I was there just to do cardio tonight since I lifted last night. Anyways there was a d-bag wearing sunglasses on the top of his head deadlifting 225 pounds huffing like a fool and when he was done he high fived his friends I look over at him and he flexes his pecks and gives that whole come at me bro like look/vibe. I got off the elliptical and asked if he was done. He said yeah and his buddy said, do you need us to remove some of the weight. I said nah, and I put on another plate on each end. Deadlifted 315 pounds 5 times, shoulder hurt like hell. When I was done I nodded towards the guy and put the weight away. Went back to doing Cardio. So yes I am an a$$hole, I just couldn't take that guy any longer. It was funny to hear the crap his buddies was giving him. He's in the gym every day and is the only guy who makes me feel like sh*t there. Has made me feel like I wasn't good enough to be there a couple time. This is the guy who has worn plaid shorts and a polo to the gym and lifted in it. Just in general rubs me the wrong way.

So I set a PR at the gym tonight on my Deadlift and got to show up the D-bag who takes over the power rack forever.

Well I stimmed up today, been going no-stim for the last 60 days. I did a 1/4 serving of muscle marinade and it had me all jacked up with energy. Was a good lifting day. Allowed me to take all this aggression I had built up out on the weights. I lowered my weight a bit on a couple lifts and upped reps to 7. Sometimes I'll snag out an extra 2 reps or so if it's feeling good.
 
That's a pretty sweet looking workout. Stims are definitely good at getting the energy flowing, stupid stims. I need to deload off them again soon I think. Even if it's only for a week.

There is some great supplements to help with that. Ultima PWO is non-stim and wonderful. Or you can go off the stims and take something like recycle I think it's called. That'll get rid of caffiene tolerance buildup.

I probably should do that actually. I'm glad that coffee has kick again though so something worked. I was off them for 3 months other than my pre and that worked wonders for my tolerance. Need to do that again. Time to invest in some stim-free PWO's :) Now who can I con some samples out of LOL

Good day, parents came over to see the kid so I did a late night gym run. Felt pretty good. Just got news that I'm going to have tests on Monday and Tuesday (Monday is rheumologist, Tuesday is stress test just in case per Dr. fighting with me). I'm not suppose to work out on Sat and Sunday which we are suppose to get hit with snow hard so that should work out. Dr. wants me to get a stress test per his request since I'm doing so much cardio. I finally agreed just to appease him. Monday is just to adjust my dose of medicines for my psorasis and most likely p.arthritis. I feel much much better over these months and I keep feeling better and better. Well my prattling is done for the day! Keep on killing it guys!

If i were you I would do a cheat meal maybe every 2 weeks, three at the most

I have a cheat meal usually once a week, (Feb. 5th SUPER BOWL was my cheat day, I was around 4.5k cals for the day) I agree that 8 hours is needed but I just cant seem to get it, even going to bed early. I need that 3z I ordered to get here :-) Im missing it greatly, I got around 7 plus while taking it.

Took the kid out for supper at a local Mexican restaurant, was a good day. Got to the gym later then I wanted to, but that stuff happens. Got stocked up food wise for the next week or so. My wife noticed and pointed out that I eat around 6lbs of chicken breasts, 2-3 packages of turkey pepperoni, and a 12 pack of mozzarella sticks a week. Guess those are my kitchen staples :-)

Having some slight soreness in knee and shoulder, decided to rest it a bit.
