3z and HGHpro worry I just can't take them.
That's one thing I like to do naturally is sleep. I feel like I don't want to be "drugged" to sleep or even have help falling asleep.

I hear so many good things about the stuff though.

I hadn't started TestoPro yet. That was a test pre-log starting. I wanted to see the difference TestoPro and DAA makes on my testosterone. I plan on doing a 30 day, 60 day (maybe), and 90 day.
nice on the test results.

Interested on seeing results , esp on the daa. Thats great you got lab results

Testopro in the in house study took 8 weeks for FREE testosterone levels to raise.

After 8 weeks free testosterone was increased by a significant amount, this isn't to say at week 2-3 it wasn't already increased (no blood tests at this point), but its safe to say that free test will be increased within a few weeks if not shorter.

Very gassy lately, libido has seen a bump as well.

I did aggravate my cartilage in my chest a bit today. I have some flexeril that my Dr. has prescribed for me since I aggravate it from time to time. I don't think it should cause any issues with any of my supplements, but I will stop any preworks supps while on it.

Strength is gaining, I haven't lost much on the scale but I do notice I look more muscular. First week in and curious and excited to continue.

Yeah but lifting days I end up around 2.4-2.5k cals because I eat back HRM exercise cals. I will say so far it's been working down over 100 pounds since August 1st, and arms and neck are starting to get these big bumps.

Libido... Thing is running full speed, all I have to say is whoa. Power wise, I set several PR's at the gym today while cutting. Diet wasn't perfect but I was trying a Protein Powder cinnamon roll recipe I thought of and they were pretty darn delish. Not high in cals, but high in carbs.

3z: I want to give it a little shout out here. I've went from 2-4 hours of sleep to 7-9 hours of sleep a night. It's also generally increased my mood and disposition. Major Kudos to it!

General Notes: Wife was gone til late, too tired to pounce when she got home. Being on call for work sucks, at 11pm I had already had several calls/pages of issues to deal with. The on call week always seems to destroy my workout and diet, going to have to kick it in high gear this week. I will do it!

9 hours sleep is heaven isnt it?

Today I probally got like 6 hours sleep and I ended up taking a mid day nap after I got home from personal training. naps do help. I prefer to sleep a good 8-9 hours sleep; however when a PERSON HAS TO get up for work and on a certain sleeping schedule sleep can be shorterned. Not ideal for me and Im trying to change my going to bed time earlier. Sometimes I just lay there for an hour or so before falling asleep trying to go to bed earlier and it makes me think my sleep cycle is set. Although, I want to change it and wish I would just go to sleep when I wanted to at the snap of a finger

Starting to see more definition happening, but getting a bit of joint soreness, thinking about cutting Erase back to one pill a day. I have about 2 weeks worth of Erase left then I'll be using Erase Pro. I might be taking the EOD route with Erase Pro with the joint soreness I'm getting now with reg. Erase. Which on one hand would rock because the bottles would last me twice as long.

Also wanted to add, I lost 2.75 pounds so far this week!

Need to take measurements tomorrow and BF reading.

Mode: Decent, It is Friday. Feel really really aggressive though.
Sleep: 8 hours (NO AT NIGHT PAGER CALLS, thanks again 3z.)
Libido: hubba hubba..

Exercise:

Worked out the legs tonight. I've owed Fl3x a review of his Beast Mode so I popped it for a Pre tonight. Had a great leg work out, but I didn't write it down on my workout log as I went along. I was in a rush tonight to fit in gym time around everything else. At work there is two of us that do the same thing (Exchange administration, BlackBerry Administration, Apple Server Management) and he got fired, so I picked up a healthy work load.

Cardio:
40 minutes of Elliptical
20 minutes of Treadmill

Diet:
Cals: 1690
Protein: 198
Carbs: 159
Fats: 61
Water: 136oz.

Anyone have any advice on the aggression, Not sure what is up with it but its there. I do feel like I could throw cars as of late though. My weight in the gym is increasing slowly but I sure feel a lot stronger. Wife did notice the arms are starting to shape up and was impressed how they are starting to look. She said my shoulders and arms are starting to look...niiiiiccccceeee.

Supplements Taken:
Morning: DAA, LCLT, TestoPro, PES Erase, Multi-vit, Fish Oil, Agmatine (500mg), RecoverPro
PreWork: BEASTMode
IntraWork: Recover Pro
Post Workout: Gaspari Myofusion Chocolate Peanut butter
PM: TestoPro, 3z.

Next week I'm going to add the AAS to the Morning stack.

Anyways I was PM'd how much exactly my stack is in the morning. It's not as daunting looking as you'd expect.

I decided per a request from a friend here I'd start Erase Pro and log it, decided to skip over the remaining bit of Erase I have and start erase pro. Here is a comparison of the pills.

It will allow me to take one less pill a day and 2 less every other day.

Work called and interrupted my gym time so I had to go in there, I was almost done with lifting anyways. Weight loss is continuing. Very happy with the results so far. I can't thank AI enough for the opportunity they have gave me here. I have a couple shout outs in general. AI, SNS, Beast have been some solid companies. People don't always take the time out to thank these companies for the awesome support they give. ITs not every sector that has so many quality companies that care about their customers the way these companies do. Thank you guys for the continued support. I received my x-mas picture contest box from AI Sports, inside was a large tub of RecoverPro, a drawstring bag, and more samples. I was just floored by such a generous gift from AI. There has been several bright spots like that in this month which has been a bit of a downer for me.

Interesting thing lately. Since I started taking Fish Oil and working out my BP has continued to drop drastically. I started out with BP of high 140s/90s (August and Sept 2011). I got checked 3 times over the last week and its been 111/56, 107/49, 109/53. Before that its been in the 120s (Oct.-Dec.). They told me my BP is a bit low now, should I start doing Fish Oil EOD?

Caffeine can be a killer, have you tried any of the non-stim pre's?

I switched to Maniac because it didn't give me that anxious feeling that some of the others have. Still has some caffeine, but it feels more clean than anything :)

Yeah, but after my episode of chest pain I've stayed away from most pre's for a bit.

Today was a great time at the gym, ended up almost 3 hours there but I needed every minute of it. Pants and Shirts are fitting better. The weight on the scale hasn't changed much, fluctuating up and down about a pound right now. Blaming that in part to lifting and taking on extra water, plus I've had a lot of sodium. Going to be cutting down on the sodium the next week or so.
