So angry today. I get to the gym and this guy is running a circuit class taking up all the gym spots. I had to sneak in and out between there 45 second reps to lift. I got Bench, Deads, Squats, Barbell Rows done, Crazy part was by the time I was done, I thought I was going to hurl and I'm a heck of a lot sorer(sp?) than I usually am. I'm blaming that in I only got 1 minute max between sets on everything. Basically Crosstrained at max weight today.

I don't ever feel that strong on anything but bench press. There is a guy much smaller then me that is squatting well over 400lbs. It just absolutely kills my knees to up the weight much higher then what I have it at.

I still can't squat over 400lbs... damn... but yea you are strong man... and you are trying to cut too... so that makes it even more impressive... My lifts can't really see too much progress when I cut... but that's probably because I overtrain..... Cause I'm nuts. Anyway, good motivation here!

Got in the gym today, having 3 days off killed me.

Mood: horny (tmi most likely)
Sleep: 9 hours, son is spending the night at his grandmas!

Legs are a BURNING. Would put weights but typing via Ipad.

Diet:
Spike day, right at 800 cals now, but eating and deinking at buffalo wild wings with buds to celebrate turning 30.

Water: 2:18pm Im at 160oz trying ro be plenty hydrated to avoid hangover tonight.

Before two meals took need2slin.

I got an email asking if I still wanted to continue this log since I became a rep. I said yes, I want others to know and see the difference testopro and this stack has done for me. Its made me a believer in these products. I know for sure bulk DAA will always be in stock with me, and ill take breaks here and then bit testopro is another supplement Ill always have a few bottles on hand. Thanks to those that continue to follow this log. 60 days and new blood test is coming up, I think itll be higher as even though my weight has stayed pretty much the same I have gotten much leaner. Using the calipers and a body fat hand scanner my body fat is down from the starting 26% to under 23%, with arms starting to show veins. Very very happy with the progress.

Nice Cardio today, had a great supper at a restaurant. 12 inch Top Sirloin streak, veggies melody, salad with light italian dressing. Wasn't quite as much protein as I wanted, but I had 56g of BCAA's.

Yeah Daft205's results make me feel like my body sucks. I didn't have near that jump in my first 30 days.

I did at first, you work into it. The 6 hour is just how it works out, sometimes it's closer to 7, but yeah I eat at noon and I eat around 6, and then a couple snacks inbetween. I might have a cheese stick or a piece of beef jerky if I'm still really hungry late at night.
