Well here it is sir! You told me to throw the log up when it was time.
 
So.. Today is sunday... If I workout today there is no body part left to work on Monday. But I probably will find something to workout on monday cause im insane. I did legs last night, if I do chest today... Should I do chest today? lol. I did some arms last night.. but my arms usually heal in 2 days... and on food plus mdrol they heal over night... haha. Hmm... to do chest or to rest... tonight's xmas dinner will probably be pretty damn bad for me...

So last night I didn't really have much to eat. Dinner was chili. Was great! haha. For a planned cheat meal it was pretty tame. Got right back on track when I got home.

Today is still 20mgs Mdrol/ 6 AH.

Sides: Nothing that noticeable yet.
Feeling pretty strong right now.
Today is a rest day (should be). hehe.
Calories back on the higher side. Bumping up to around 3200 (From 2600).

320g protein (1280)
240g carbs (960)
110g (990)

Calories will be somewhat around this level on workout days. Burn days are pretty much just protein and veggies.

I might actually have to decrease them a little. Im seeing some possible skin folds developing under my pecs. I usually stay around 8% with the caliper in that area, and now it's at 10%, getting nervous.

Small update. Finally feeling my muscles being full. Pumps all day yesterday and for the most part of today. Other than that nothing. If I run this cycle again I'm going o start at 20mg and run it for four weeks.

My next cycle might be a cutter. We shall see. I have decided that cuttin on mdrol is not for me lol. The glycogen load is too much of mental let down lol. Plus body comp goes down a tad for me.

So... What's good to cut on? Anyone try ultra drol? Lol. I have some.
 
yeah my cut on SD was a total bust, damn hunger gets me everytime lol ill let you know how it goes when i roll into EPI next week.
 
I think the best cutters are Helladrol (hdrol) or EPI. My cut with Helladrol was incredible, and my last day of that cycle is where I took my avi pic. I started that cycle at 170 @ 10%-10.5% bodyfat and ended at under 8% at the same weight after 6 weeks. It was an awesome cycle. My strength wasn't great on it, but I got pretty ripped by the end

I've decided from watching RR that epi is gonna be my next one. I figure after this bulk I'll need something a little more like epi.
 
meh... I wouldnt choose Ultradrol... the very quick accumulation of weight leads one to believe that it does its fair share of glycogen hoarding as well and will likely leave you feeling hypo all the time on a carb depleted cut...

Luckily when I cut, Im ACTIVE, my work keeps me VERY busy and thats the only time I cut, when Im working... So carbs are still a must and fatloss happens regardless, so im a happy camper on a cut...

But the rest of the year I cant go too carb crazy, my mostly sedentary off season would def lead to fat gain.... SO now Im just going to bulk...

Okay so I have been on 20mgs for around 5 days now and I must say it is amazing. For real, next time I make a bulk cycle it's going to be mdrol @ 20mgs for 4 weeks. Maybe bridged into something weaker or a non methyl.

Unfortunately, I hit a new high on the scale... I think it was the massive amounts of veggies I ate last night but morning weight was 96.6kgs... haha that's around a 8kgs weight gain (for those of you who don't want to do the kgX2.2 that's around 17.6lbs!) I figure around 12lbs of that is water so I gained maybe around 5lbs... pretty damn good for a recomp/bulk. Anyway still hitting my 20 mins of cardio 2 times a day and my workouts of about 1hr almost everyday.
Like Sourdough said about the glycogen retention I will NEVER use sdrol to cut again. Therefore....

With regards to my next cut cycle, I will use the wonderful "cutting" supps because my appetite is insane...
Thinking I might just stick to some AndroDrive/Hdrol. Or something like that because mental fog and lethargy was my main downfall on hdrol. All I remember on hdrol was I felt like crap, would ONLY feel like I was alive when I lifted, and still ate like a madman....

Hopefully I will hit chest with 315x5 as today I have a spotter! Thinking i'm going to deadlift on Thursday as well. Try pull up 385x5. I think I will max rep this though.


Oddly... I think I was running Mdrol TOO LOW in comparison to my AH dose. Mdrol being a "wetter" ph in comparison to AH makes me think that doing what I want to do next is pretty dumb... but... I donno... Let's hear some feed back.

Because I bumped my dose to 20mgs on day 18 I don't think carrying it out for 6 weeks (42days) is a good idea... So lets say I keep the dose at 20mgs and run it for around 2 weeks (making my cycle 32 days), then hitting the last 10 days with AH @ 12 caps a day. That probably would dry the hell out of me but I would switch my workouts to something like GVT where I would focus only on muscle contracting and not much on moving a lot of weight. Would that be a good idea? Or should I just take it further with training the same way? (though risk killing my joints... cissus, fish oil, MSM gluco seem to be pretty much worthless in keeping me lubed). OR should I be insane and just take it all the way @ 20mgs... haha.

Questions more organized!


1. Should I stop taking Mdrol and AH after 2 weeks @ 20mgs?

2. Should I stop taking mdrol after 2 weeks @ 20mgs and up the AH to 12 caps for the remaining 10days?

3. Should I stop training in the higher percentiles (5x5 training) and move to a higher rep deal for the increased Ah dosage (provided I stay on JUST AH @ 12 caps)

4. Should I just run it @ 20mgs for the remaining 20 days...? (FL3X I somehow see this as your choice).

5. Other???

BTW, my goal now is to get stronger and put on some mass with minimal fat gain.
Currently I have cycle support from AI, and bulk NAC which I have been taking throughout. TUCDA is hopefully on its way now...

I would finish running the SD at 20mg for a total of 3 weeks, so another 16 days i think. Keep up the good work sorry both our cut attempts with SD kinda bombed lol lesson learned huh!!
 
I think you should either keep the mdrol going at 20 for a longer period, or bump it to 30mg til you finish your month mdrol cycle part.
And I think you should keep the AH at standard dose. You will probably see more cutting/drying/hardening benefits just simply from running it without the mdrol, so no need to bump to double dose IMO. Maybe up it to 9 caps a day if you really like the whole "go hard or go home" mentality lol.
And I think your workouts have enough volume already lmao.
Maybe stay with heavier weights and throw more volume in as well, then go straight up high volume in pct.

Agreed here. 20mgs then I'll just drop mdrol and see. Maybe up to 9 tops.
Volume wise I'll just exchange the heavy weight sets for volume. :)

Odd you say you had severe lethargy with hdrol but not mdrol. I'm having the opposite feeling so far. I had absolutely no lethargy with hdrol. Just goes to show how compounds work so differently from person to person.
 
It's weird to me that everyone is stacking with these $100 bottles of AH, why is that? Is it not good enough on its own?

If u got the mdrol run it till you finish the AH, old arnold cycles he ran 60-100mg Dbol for 20 weeks+ lmao

Really really odd. Manko was dying on mdrol he actually had to stop his cycle th lethargy was so bad he could barely function. Though on epi and hdrol he said he felt no sides at all... Lucky? I donno. Lol.

AH is like pretty much a gyno insurance ph. Increased dht levels so estrogen doesn't get out of control on cycle. Arnold... Hahah. Man I wish I was that big.
I have enough mdrol to run. Just worried about the amount of damage I am taking lol. And coming off mdrol I would think a week on AH might help with reovery. I'm not sure how but I think it might. Being really low on suppression it might be good or keeping strength up and gyno at bay. I am very scared of developing gyno as I was a fat boy till high school and probably had some gyno as a kid.
 
The way I see the AH and strong methyl stack is the methyl pretty much makes a strong yet slightly fluffy mass, while the AH keeps gyno at bay and aggression high. Then when the methyl is cut out, the AH builds a solid "shield" around that fluffy strong mass. It compacts the internals of the mass, and hardens the surface. Lol :)
