Damn jan 16th I am so screwed. Lol. It is all good no matter what. This whole thing was and is a motivating factor in my training. I have been proud to be a part of this log.

Nah it is all good. I have planned out epivar, clenbuteral, T3. Now since a care package is coming from taurus whuch should be here today. I have some m1p oh yeah and some transaderm.

And for pct I have cycle assist, subres, daa-hcg, clomid, n2gaurd(which will be taken during cycle).

I think that is it some time it is hard to remember everything. Oh wait some beast mode for pre workout. Going to give that a shot. I dont normally use a preworkout so we shall see how it works.

Rolled out for some AM cardio, 24 minutes random hills, 100 cals. The whole point was pretty much to get a burn started on the day. Got that done.

It's a lighter cycle. The main reason we can't do orals as long as injectables is because of the sides and stress on the organs. Once shut down I don't think you can get mor shut down. You'll just experience the stuff the guys on trt. Stuff like testi atrophy and other stuff. Lol. But short cycles have their advantages.

Nice Dude. I am not really looking to actually do a show, would just like to be stronger than an ox and look the part with out resembling "a Bulgarian Power Lifter" LOL.

My primary goal is to be 200 lbs and 10% bf. Now the actual number is not important to me as long as I am able to get lean. My goal to reach by my bday in April will be 8-10%. Will it be tough to get yes. Have I ever ran anything like this. Sort of all I have ran in the past for the first time was the EPI-V from finaflex and Rs Transaderm. This new cycle has a lot more involved so I have higher expectations. I have not taken a current body fat test but i would estimate i am in the upper 20's currently. Since I am a single man for the weekend I can't take pics. I will take some next week and post them up. My current weight as of this morning was 244.

In all honestly I did not start this to become a bodybuilder to do shows. I want to do just one show with my brother in law Kleen aka Chris. He is responsible for getting me motivated to get my life back. And I want to prove that no matter what the age anything is possible with hard work and prove to myself that once I get to where I want to be I can do anything I set my mind too. Every since I retired from playing football I completely gave up after the many surgeries. I do not like to lose. My motto for many years was 2nd place is the 1st loser.

No the show is not in April. My Bday is on the 5th of April. As far as the date for a show it is up in the air. But it will be in 2012.

Mr. K seems like an awesome dude, I know he came and backed me at one point when someone was being a complete ass to me. Not that I needed it, but it was appreciated and I will always be grateful to him for that. What a great resource of knowledge you got there. I'll say this much brother, I know you got the internal fire, but I will gladly continue to follow and nudge you when needed! :)

Was debating on deadlifting or just hitting cardio today after work. Knew my answer by the way I felt this morning. I need to heal up some, so cardio only it is.

Well, the Epi/1 Andro/RS Trans run went very smoothly. Picked up about 9 pounds but am still leaner than when I started. As an aside, despite using it for a total of 60 days at 5 pumps, I still have some RS Trans left, dosed it Sunday and Today too, with aout an inch left in the bottle, very generous serving NTBM.
 
32 minutes random hills cardio on the stationary bike, 203 cals. Dietary for the day: 2210 cals(132 carbs, 220 protein [plus 12g bcaa], 88 fats0 with an estimated burn of 3612. Tomorrow, we pull 400! INCOMING!!!!!!!!!!!

I use straps and wrap them just about in line with the smooth ring on each side, slightly wider than my bench grip.

Ah, okay. I added snatch grip shrugs. I'll work these deads in again on deadlift day with your recommendation. Maybe I'll vid it.
