take the number/letter code after the = sign and put it in brackets with yt.... so [ y t ] an [ / y t ]

this will embed your youtube vid the easiest... other way is use the filmstrip icon in the advanced editor next to links and pictures right below the smilies button....

Well after FINALLY reading the write up I am interested to see how I respond to this. Havent gotten too much out of what is on the market. But I have never tested it solo. So if it shines for me now I know it is worth my time.

Dang it I was hoping to say I wasnt the last one to get mine. Got mine today too. Thinking I might start mine up on Monday also. Will be a nice fresh start with the workout.

Got the box, and I'm excited as hell! Gonna increase the 'intimidation factor' on sunday. I spent this last week getting a baseline for all my lifts, for the workout routine recommended. Though I think I'm gonna get this log going either tonight or tomorrow. Pics of the toolkit will be going up, along with the usual fare of the logs around here: libido checks, and just basic awesomeness!

QUESTIONS:

1. Is this stuff flavored? The scoop seems like it is way too big for the allotted serving size if not.

2. Does this need to be taken on an empty stomach?

3. Is it going to be in powdered form when it's released, or is it going to be capped?
