Done. Today was a good workout. Went back down to 1 scoop today. Feeling pretty good as far as energy. Back muscles died on those bent over rows haha. Sumo squat PR so that was NICE.

Food intake was high today. Got in a post workout shabu shabu buffet haha!
 
Good stuff, yeah the sumos are supposed to engage the quads first and many people can do more. However it takes practice but ones your from and adductors catch up in strength you should se a major increase in it. Oh you also have to develop hip flexibility.

My hip flexors are overly tight and sometimes actually lock up, one tendon slips over the other and locks it in place...painful and unexpectedly. It happens most often as I get out of my car and once or twice I've actually toppled over lol

did you ever have a pre-existing injury to that area? like a torn quad or problem with abdominal walls?

nope, always been that way hasn't happened in a while since I started doing ass to the grass squats, perhaps I've stretched it out some. the doc just said I had tight thick tendons

ATG squats are king! That's how I do all my squating now. Kinda why my numbers dont look very impressive... I had to change up my squating routine. Though oddly I can't even remember how i used to squat, now I squat to the "end" of my decent.
That reminds me, if the wife comes home late today I'm doing the epic squatting routine tonight... oh yes oh yes. either 20 sets of 10, or 10 sets of 20. And that's JUST the back squatting ;)

It depends on how my knee is feeling. I'm wondering if for my cycle I should use GVT, or if I should use GVT for PCT for enhanced GH release while on cycle I just do more intensity (weight) because up increased androgen flow... so much to think about before monday lol.
 
i have a tightness in my hip maybe the TFL...having some problems when i squat with knee and toe alignment tightness (0 degree angle of toes).
Also, bloody tightness when trying to power clean to overhead squat. cant get my arms all the way up and its so tight in my traps and rhomboids

Hmm, if you sprint a lot you might want to read up on Gregg Everetts article about toe position and olympic lifting. Also, for your shoulders, I think Dave Tate had his shoulder worked on in a youtube vid, or on their site.
Odd I have never had any problems with shoulder stability. My left elbow used to be sore, but I attribute that to doing bench 3 times a week for reps, and one of those sessions included around 30 sets of just chest for 8-15 reps... I was doing some crazy FST7 program combined with a Pyramid program... I had 2 workout partners... and basically followed 2 templates, running them both at the same time...

I should be living there by then. Manko should be moved back as well (though he has extended till next march).

I will be posting some lifts later on next week (this week is break from the gym because we have short one night trip)

Quite honestly, I am a little worried about using LeanGains during my run. mainly because of what I heard about Sdrol. Also, i dont want my performance to go down all that much.. hell if I can lift I wont get much better bodycomp/strength gains no matter how much stuff I'm on. Well i know that's probably NOT the case in ALL situations but I'm not a sedentary couch potato.
 
I would hate to run SD during the day without any carbs lol

I'm going to do my dose Pre workout. Unless you think it might be better post? But then again... i guess it would depend how FAST it works in me for glycogen synthesis for the workouts.

The problem with this particular PH is that it loves to make glycogen. So you'll be hypoglycemic if you don't have carbs. So now, not only are you going to be lethargic, and probably have a head ache from elevated Blood pressure, you will be in self induced hypoglycemia.

Epi, Hdrol, Stanodrol, Pmag, 11 OXO, Furuza, are all pretty much "dry" PHs. RickRock ran a log of tren/Hdrol recomping on LG. He loved it. Doing one now on Diesel/Epi. Only problem I forsee (aside from starting you up on PHs which I don't think anyone really needs unless they wanna get bigger than genetically possible) is that you live in Australia.... and they don't let much come through the border....
 
Alpha One, Dbol, and superdrol all gave me a nice kick in the gym when I dosed preworkout. Probably about an hour before. Superdrol and Alpha One I left at standard dose but Dbol I did 20mg, a double dose, and also took 10mg after my lift. Everyone has their theories though.

training fasted would not be a good plan if I did preworkout i'd think eh?

fcuk customs! self induced hypo's are no good. i remember running track one afternoon and about 150m into the 200m sprints training near the end of my session, i saw these flying black dots. head went all funny and i got these weak knees.
i have looked at 11-oxo.
I was wondering about a transdermal that would get into Aus aswell. hmmm...many avenues to help me out but only so many i can take/use...

Nice! Do you use wrist straps for the deads or shrugs?

above 225 I tend to use straps. but I use them more to protect my hands from being sanded by the bar then for actual grip strength.
Then at around 315 I'll switch um around so that they wrap the bar.

This workout I used the wraps for the bent over rows though... each rep was close to 5 seconds...

Hypo sucks... I think if you could get some 11 oxo you'd be good. Works more on cortisol manipulation. Transdermal DHEA might be a good option. The logged product here wouldn't be a bad choice if you could get it in.

I'm plenty loose enough for that, hasn't locked up in a while and usually after long periods of sitting. When she's here we don't do a lot of sitting ;)

Yeah...DHEA is no good here. If only NTBM could white that off the label for me I would be on it like a hooker with cocaine

Was looking at derma therm by PP but I want a DHEA. If I could turn say alpha t2 into a topical, damn!!!!

Maybe not lol. I mean...you could at least drink your bcaa's and take it with some coconut oil. But with no carbs not so sure. What's Unreal say about it?
I never really had the pleasure of going hypo on it but then like I said I always took it around a meal.

I would have to read the entire thread to see if anything about fasted training or cardio was mentioned. I'll report back later after I read it lol.

I doubt it though. Even BCAAs wouldn't be enough Id' think. For Mdrol anyway.

Just dose it with some fats. I dose my PHs in the morning fasted with BCAAs and fish oil. The fats will coat the molecules to prevent them from being broken down while aiding absorption. I know Chris always used a few almonds with his fasted doses, so that is another option you could use without having to worry about breaking the fast ;)
