One of the aspects of bodybuilding I really enjoy is the multitude of opinion, most of which actually have a lot of merit, because more so than any other endeavor it's usually based on real trial and error and self-application. That being said...

Please offer your own two-cents on YOUR CHOSEN TOP-1 OR TOP-2 ingredients for the following:

LIVER PROTECTION & SUPPORT
1. NAC
2. Phosphatidylcholine

BLOOD PRESSURE SUPPORT
1. Taurine
2. Olive Leaf Extract 18%

SHBG BINDING/T FREEING
1. Unsure
2. Unsure

MUSCLE/FIBRIL VOLUMIZATION
1. Creatine Nitrate/Nitrates in general
2. Unsure of a 2nd candidate

As you can see, I've added my own choices above, but as I said above, solely based on my own timeline and experiences within this iron culture and arena of athletics. So... suggest away fellas :)

ALL GREAT replies, thank you to everyone so far... I'm going to make sure to reply to everyone one-by-one below. Some of you brought up ideas that I'm already using and basically forgot to mention, thanks as always for the needed and welcomed refresher. Things like Agmatine for example I've been using religiously EVERY workout for a long time now, even make my own capsules from the raw powder - I just forgot to mention it. Hope everyone is doing very well! :)

Agmatine would be a top choice for me
Right on! I take 2g ~30 minutes before every workout. I can't mention the site I get it from because of the rules, but I take it in both pre-mixed powder form and also cap my own in 1g capsules.

for muscle look into nattokinase
This sounds interesting... I will definitely be looking into it.

I'm totally on board with you concerning the ALA at those high dosages... but it's hard to come up with yet another hundred bucks after spending so much on my upcoming cycle and cycle-support supplements. I would love to have all the advantages of ALA though, including the insulin modulation along with the antioxidant protective properties.

SHBG id say divanyll and testofen
Thanks a lot, I'll look into those... I've been using a couple products with those in the blend, but I'd probably be much... MUCH better off just buying them in bulk or as a standalone supplement(s), in order to get EFFICACIOUS dosing of each. What I'm trying to accomplish is making my exogenous testosterone MORE effective by trying to see less bound by nasty SHBG, in essence/theory making my cycle more powerful.

TUDCA is tops for liver support.
I just bought Liver Fix by Myogenix, along with Liv-52/Liver Care by Himilaya... but I have heard of Tudca before, isn't it in Liver Longer? Not cheap! But... if it works as just one-capsule per day, I'd actually end up saving money. I'm just always weary of the purported (but not proven?) claims of things like Milk Thistle causing some interference with optimal testosterone production... of course, I'll be on cycle, so who cares I suppose?

LCLT
Erase - for an AI
MCC for a creatine
Ahhh yes, LCLT! I don't go a day without it! I should have mentioned this as well... I have been reading it's great for recovery and even muscle pumps as well as the primary reason I use it (androgen receptor density).

I have also heard a lot about Erase... if I have Letrozole, do you still believe Erase would be needed while on a heavy cycle? Oh, as far as MCC, I take 8g every single day to compliment my 3g/day Creatine Nitrate.

I like kre-alkalyn a lot for my creatine
I have tried this, several times, during my lifting career... and every SINGLE time, I double dose it, triple dose it, and even quadruple dose it... and I see and feel LITERALLY nothing :(

celery seed extract for bp support
THIS is the other one I've always heard is king... I'm wondering what the optimal dosage per day is? I'd be skeptical of getting truly efficacious dosages from capsules, I'd probably look into buy a kilo of powder from one of my usual raw supply sources.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

OTHER THOUGHT:

I know this wasn't on the original list... but I have been reading about something I believe there is a lot of promise in, which I'm almost certainty include into my next pre-contest cycle for 2012: URSOBOLIC by E-Pharm, which is pure encapsulated ursolic acid. I have tried this before years ago I believe in a concoction sold by Dave what's-his-name who left MD and now owns his own forum/site. Oh, Palumbo. Anyway... there is newly published research data on this compound, and it looks very promising, but the suggested use is around 18 CAPSULES PER DAY!!

For BP I love Hawthorn Berry, with celery seed. Price efficient, very effective, and research backs them. I never use taurine for BP, maybe if I am getting intense back pumps, but i recommend Hawthorn and Celery.

Life support is half the serving amounts as cycle support so its not as good of a value per dollar. If it was the same price per amount. I would be all on it like a fat kid on a hot dog :)

buy your ingredients in powdered form. you may not even need the standardized extract.

id get a pound of celery seed, hawthorne, and whatever else you want. and dose each like 2g a day maybe a lil more last long. cheap, effective. pluse full powders have full spectrum of things in it which may serve multiple functions. may end up being better in some cases.

Agreed^^^

Agmatine is probably my solo favorite ingred
Agmatine is nice but not good for asthmatics. I had a nice run with Agmatine but the risk of asthma attack from someone who has EIA isnt worth it.

5 days a week... Have been for months
You're stim heavy anyways... You're a beast.

I use agmatine sometimes on lifting days works great for pumps. Get the ****z sometimes.

I recently went about 4 weeks no/low caffeine and finally able to use 1 scoop lose dose PWOs and they seem effective now. Before I was taking 2-3 scoops to feel anything and using caffeine pills in the am glad I dont need to do that.

Anyhow back to agamatine :)

studies show blunted fat loss, thing is for how long dose it activate these receptors and to which effect is the oral availability along with dosing we use.

could go either way. but seems as though pre workout wouldnt matter much as theres not much in our system to store

activate all you want if you have in no cals or burning cals there shouldnt be any storage or burning. its the hours after your taking it when the fat burning continues i would imagine.

Really interesting discussion here guys, keep it up!

I have been using 2g of Agmatine 40 minutes pre workout for about 2 maybe 3 months now. I buy bulk and cap mostly. Anyway, I haven't noticed any fat loss suppression, but that's just one point of view.

Anyone have any thoughts on:
- Creatine Hydrochloride (hcl)
- Formestane (raw powder in a topical carrier)

Thanks! :)
