Now that my daddy kingjames is done derailing this log...lol...on to update!

Obviously nothing special to report, only been taking this for a day. Took my 3rd dose last night around 10, and my first dose today around noon (I woke up late).
Hopefully this can help my sense of well being today, I'm hung over lol. I meant to just have one Pumpkin Ale, but one Pumpkin Ale turned into two Coors Lights on top of that and I am a genuine lightweight :(

This was actually Leinenkugel's but I am pretty sure Sam Adams has something like that too. Only one out of the 1394732947 party stores in my town have it in stock.
And yes it is very good stuff! Glad you agree, nobody else seems to lol. They make me feel like an outcast.

God...exact opposite is happening to me. Takes a lot of effort not to go all-out on the drinking these weekend nights. I seriously blame the recent popularity of house/techno, clubbing was never this much fun.

When I take it I always seem to get a increase in my mood. Its quite nice.

So you're saying you take 2-3 caps pre workout? I haven't tried this yet...on workout days I have been spacing the dosage in 3 different doses.
I think I have noticed a nice change in my mood around an hour after dosing, but I need to keep assessing this in the next few days to draw a conclusion on this. It's kind of like a nice, ease of mind, smooth feeling.
I have a workout coming up in a few hours, and when I finish I will update with that workout as well as the one I have written down from my last workout.
I think I will try your dosing plan today Daycrawler.

That is how I dosed it yesterday and think I liked it better that way, I took 2 preworkout and then one about 5 hours later. Will try it again today and see what happens.
 
Yeah. I like dosing PLCAR before working out rather then split up throughout the day. It's good stuff. The results keep getting better as you continue a steady intake of the product..
 
Flex let me know how you like that 1g pre-workout, I believe that is the sweet spot for me at the moment!

Well I planned to update this way earlier today but it has been a very busy birthday, full of making sure everybody got to see me lol.
I didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to the gym today so I didn't want to do a half-ass workout and ruin my workout for tomorrow, so I did a half hour session of abs.
I did as you suggested DC and took 1 gram about 40 minutes before I hit it.

4xfailure hanging leg raises
4x25 reverse crunches on a flat bench
4x10 ab machine

I was only resting about 45 seconds between most sets, I feel like I am seeing the enhanced recovery benefits. I felt good about the workout today too. I didn't take any preworkouts because I wanted to judge the PLCAR all by itself today, since I was unsure of what was giving me the sense of well being and speedy recovery. I can now safely say it is the PLCAR that is doing it.
I felt the same mental ease that I had talked about earlier in this log too. My last dose of PLCAR just went down the hatch about half an hour ago. I am not taking any sleep aids tonight. I want to see how this works for me during sleep. I can say that I don't notice a huge energy kick from it so I feel comfortable taking it before bed.
Will report back tomorrow about how this worked out. If I like what I see, it may be my new protocol.

Also, any SNS reps that can give me some input on this feel free. I am wondering about the guidelines of logging this stuff, what I was thinking about was taking none or maybe just 1 cap on non workout days, which would allow me to do a 2-3 cap serving preworkout on training days and a 1-2 cap serving before bed. Or if this is not such a good idea that's fine, I can go 3/day. Just let me know what you think :)

Also anyone have a guess on the half life of the PLCAR? Some days I hit the sack 2-3 hours after my lift, so there would be a 4 hour gap between servings.
 
Nothing wrong with PLCAR pre-bed, but IMO it won't have the same benefits as when taken at other times of day in terms of what you "feel." It may increase GH output pre-bed as evidenced by various highly rated GH boosters.

Are you telling me what to do in my own log? Lol. ;)
If my very short resting periods on abs proved anything they proved that 1g preworkout will probably be my new protocol.

Fightback, I have some Anabolic Ignite and Competition, I'm not sure about the Ignite but I know the Competition has Agmatine in it and I have to agree with Daycrawler, fun results :) Then again last time I did that, it was only 500mg PLCAR.
We'll find out after this night shift and my morning workout.
 
What u eat today?

I had 2 pc fish and sweet potato fries and 2 pc wheat bread and 2 up you mass shakes (800 cals each) this morning. :)

Yeah. I only use Plcar on lifting days now...

Just givin u sh!t brother lol. It probably will but I didn't get a chance to lift today cuz I had to switch to nights, but I will put it to the test again around 6:30.

WTH makes you think you can still burn fat on that and not just go into starvation mode??? What else are you taking besides PLCAR to keep your metabolism going and muscle wasting to a minimum???

So I dosed .5 grams PLCAR with my shake-breakfast at 6pm, and dosed 1 gram about 30 minutes preworkout.

5x5 today looked like this...

Flat BB bench- 140, 160, 180, 225, 245
Hack squats- 3 plates, 4 plates, 5 plates, 6, 8
Weighted pullups- Bodyweight, 15, 25, 35, 45

Ended it all with inclines, with a weight I could do 6 times, resting 20 seconds between each set, 6 reps the first set, then til failure every time til I hit 30 reps.

Notes:
I stayed with 245 as my last set because I missed a workout over the weekend. For one, I was very busy and two, my neck was pretty bad. Hoping the doc is available black friday (hey maybe I can get a bogo sale on painkillers lol). So I wasn't sure if my body was ready for another 5 pounds. I am confident in it now so I'm pretty sure I will add ten pounds next week.
Did hack machine versus bar squats to take the pressure off my neck in hopes to let it heal faster.
Pullups simply because I wanted to do them, was very excited to hit the weighted belt with these since I don't do it enough.
Using widest grip possible, I busted out 20 reps at bodyweight with good form for first set (yeah I probably should have done 5 for the sake of my split).
I did happen to take one scoop of Pump Fixx preworkout as well. I wouldn't have made it to the gym otherwise.
Being a stim junkie, one scoop of any pre isn't enough to give me any benefits besides a little energy boost, so I am confident my good attitude towards my workout today and my speedy recovery between sets was thanks to the PLCAR.
I think next time I will try 1.5 grams preworkout, and I am going to do this on a day I don't work a 12 hour night shift so I don't need any caffeine.

Bed time in a couple hours. May take another .5 grams in an hour to test my sleep theory.

Do you see a chiropractor for your messed up neck? Have you noticed any other benefits from PLCAR yet or still in the testing it out mode?

Not true. That's only if it's a crappy chiro, which, granted, there are a lot of. But there are also some really goods ones too that know what they're doing and and how to adjust properly. I actually went to one yesterday (for my neck as well) and I feel much better today. It also helps that I know the guy and he went to one of the best chiro graduate schools in the nation. PT's have their place for sure, but they can't do spinal manipulations/adjustments.

This is very true I went to a chiro one time for a few blown disc's I have in my back, he completely messed me up worse. My doctor suggested I see a "PT" and the one I was directed to ended up being a PT/chiro who did spine manipulation's. He had what it took to help me, unlike the previous chiro I left feeling amazing and even after a lot of my pain went away I still would see him for the added relief on my muscles in my neck etc. All depends on who you go to!

I am thinking I may want to visit a chiro soon. My buddy's dad runs a place in my home town and straightened me up (not a homo joke lol) when I threw my back out on shoulder press.
I will say that I may be noticing some testosterone support from the PLCAR if you get my drift...
Accidentally overslept before work last night, due to some sleep interruptions from the lawn care crew and Fed Ex knocking on the wrong door, and decided 1 gram PLCAR at midnight was worth a shot, noticed a "happy" feeling. And then of course enhanced recovery, or I guess not feeling as worn out.
So for sure we can conclude it is having positive influence on:
Testosterone
Well being
Recovery
thus far

That was the doctor's suggestion as my next step. I was supposed to see him again last week if my neck hadn't gotten any better. But I don't want him to tell me to take time off from the gym!
