Great work! Very Impressive!!!!

Jo and I just started a high volume circuit that we do when trying to burn the fat and it is a beast, 27 sets of 20 reps all non stop. It is about the same volume 540 reps of insanity.
 
Last Wednesday:
45min on bike

-3x15 Seated Calf Raises 80lbs
-3x10 Hip Abduction 80lbs
-3x10 Hip Adduction 90lbs
-3x10 Plie Dumbbell Squats 20lbs

-3x10 lateral side raises 5 lbs

-3x12 hyperback extensions 10lbs

**I'm still taking Pro-Xanthine but had to stop taking the ALC+CLA. I have noticed that when I take them together I feel really sick all day. I am noticing little changes but nothing extreme. I am definitely getting stronger, that I can tell. I'm just going to keep working hard and work on my diet.

Good stuff Lil Green sorry to hear you fell sick all day when you take them together. So do you feel okay if you take the dose separately?

Oh ****... I didn't even catch that comment the first time around, sorry about that! That is very odd that the combo would make you feel sick, I mean they are completely different from one another, one is full of energy and the other just stimulates the body to burn more fat for energy, I will be curious to see how you feel when you are only taking the ALC + CLA alone, maybe there is something to one of those two ingredients that does not agree with your stomach!

-8min speed walk on tread mill with a 6.5 incline
 
Started Hyperfitness today. Workouts with change every 2 weeks

Today (Monday):

-Incline Dumbbell (15lb) Press on Stability Ball
-Downward Jumping Jack to Full Upward Jack
-Staggered Squat to Bent Over Row with Dumbbell (10lb)
-Squat Jump to 2 bounces
-Triceps Push-up on Knees to Clap
-Squat to Dumbbell (10lb) Overhead Press

I did each of the for one minute without breaking in between each. Total 3 sets of each.

-Alternate Lunge
-Side-to-side squat with hand swoop
-carioca

With these things, I did down and back (15yds) x3

2x15 straight leg crunch

That would be very cool. If you come this way there is me and cathie (chevy6s chick) and then Chris and Jo. And can't forget OUFinny. And now Rosie lives about 4 hours away from me as well.

That would be one heck of a lifting session. And a boat load of food to be swallowed down after wards .LOL

Some people have a little issue with ALCAR souring their stomach a little bit. Add stimulants to that and it could be enough to upset your stomach a bit. As a matter of fact sometimes I get minor issues when I have added ALCAR into my pre workout. I don't seem to get the same with other forms of carnitine. Perhaps the Acetyl makes it too acidic.

Any good update picts? There must be a pretty noticeable difference at this point in the game with all you have been doing, etc. Either way, great job, keep killing it and it will come!
