Oh ****... I didn't even catch that comment the first time around, sorry about that! That is very odd that the combo would make you feel sick, I mean they are completely different from one another, one is full of energy and the other just stimulates the body to burn more fat for energy, I will be curious to see how you feel when you are only taking the ALC + CLA alone, maybe there is something to one of those two ingredients that does not agree with your stomach!

Yeah, I don't know what it is. If I take Pro-X alone and then ALC later in the day, I feel fine. So I guess something just doesn't agree.
HYPERFIT DAY 4
-elliptical 5min at 2% resistance
-elliptical 5min at 3% resistance
-dumbbell squat kick 20 reps each leg
-speed walk on treadmill for 4min at 8% incline
-squat straight blast dumbbell punch 30reps
-speed walk on treadmill for 3min at 10% incline
-speed walk on treadmill for 4min at 8% incline
-squat straight blast dumbbell punch 30 reps
-elliptical 5min at 3%resistance
-dumbbell squat kick 20reps each leg
-jump rope for 5min, 30sec on/off
-sit ups 2x20
Any good update picts? There must be a pretty noticeable difference at this point in the game with all you have been doing, etc. Either way, great job, keep killing it and it will come!

-Incline Dumbbell (15lb) Press on Stability Ball
-Downward Jumping Jack to Full Upward Jack
-Staggered Squat to Bent Over Row with Dumbbell (10lb)
-Squat Jump to 2 bounces
-Triceps Push-up on Knees to Clap
-Squat to Dumbbell (10lb) Overhead Press
I did each of the for one minute without breaking in between each. Total 3 sets of each.
-25 min elliptical
2x15 straight leg crunch
