I tore the gym up this morning!! I added a little extra in there with my arm workout...

-15min elliptical
-2x15 push ups
-2x24 sit ups
-2x24 air bike crunches
-3x12 hyper back extensions w/ 10 lb weight
-3x10 dumbbell bench 10 lb
-3x10 tricep kickbacks 40lbs
-3x10 seated row 40 lbs
-3x10 lateral side raises 5 lbs
-3x10 dumbbell hammer curls 15 lbs

Needless to say, my arms feel like spaghetti noodles at the moment!!
 
This happened to me once, and it gave me the option to delete but I kept forgetting to check the little box under delete this post, hope that helps

Great job in here Lil G! I love the noodle arms too. So those push ups full push ups or from the knees? Either is impressive just curious.

Ha she was supposed to wake up early the other day so I could take them before I left for school...that didn't happen lol. We will both have progress pics up within the next day or so...stay posted.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments!! I will be kicking my workouts up a notch this week and working extra hard on my diet. On Friday and Saturday, unfortunately, I had to work all day and was not able to go to the gym. On Sunday I went in for cardio and did:

-10min bike
-5min jump rope
-12min elliptical

wow LittleGreen, im very impressed with the results you're showing, i think im gonna get a couple of these bottles for my baby momma when i get back from deployment in december, you think this would be a great christmas present? our son would be 3 months old by then and she's all pumped of her and I going to the gym together hehe :) or should she wait until after shes done breastfeeding for good? ive been telling her about your thread over the phone for the past week or so :) :) keep up the great work!

You might not want to give that as a Birthday or Christmas present like ever. Even if she is pumped about going to the gym. You could maybe as a surprise gift, but Christmas or BDay present probably not. That is the time for romantical stuff and heart felt stuff. if you give it then, she may take it all wrong. Just my $0.02 though. My wife is all about lifting and leaning up but that would be disastrous on my part to give that as a gift for one of the big 4. IE Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary or Valentines.

I would wait for sure on the Pro Xanthine but the ALC+CLA should not be a problem. "I don't think."

Taste: 10/10 ( It taste like fruit punch kool-aid!!)
Mixability: 9/10 (This is when I mix it in a cup of water with a spoon) 10/10 (When I put it in a water bottle and shake it)
Energy: 10/10 ( My energy level usually increases within 30min of taking it)
Mood/Focus: 10/10 (I have so much focus when doing my workouts after I take this, I breeze right through)
Pumps: This is my first real workout taking it, so I can't give an accurate rating for this yet, but ill get back to you!!:)

KQ... What exactly is it that bothers you, help me understand? I mean if you can drink Tropical Fruit or Grape Kool-aid, then you can drink N.O. IGNITE!!! I mean are you scared it will be chalky or gritty or something?
 
She tried it today, gagged a little on some of the grit. She said she will try it again with more water though. She doesn't drink coolaid, pretty much milk, water, pepsi max and that is about it. If I remember correctly she got severely sick off of some type of powdered mix at some point and now it just gags her to try to drink stuff like that. I am sure she will expand on that.

Sorry to hear that, I hope she can get over it because both FINAFLEX N.O. IGNITE and G8 are awesome products!

I agree on the NO Ignite and will soon know about the G8. I am sure she will do better on the next time around. The cup was a bit too small for her probably only 6 oz for 1 scoop. I think more water will help with fully dissolving it. She did have a killer workout tons of energy and a nice visible pump afterwards.

Im wondering how it compares to Lit-up and others you have tried Kleen?
