Today was cardio day:
-5min bike
-10min elliptical
-jump rope 1min on/30sec rest (5min total of jump rope total)
-5x15 sit ups, with 20sec rest in between

I took pro-x this morning and alc+cla 2x3 today! Pumped me up!!

I'm there with you on that bro, I give them a ton of credit. Not many women would stand in front of the camera for progress pics to be posted for the world to see. Hopefully they will inspire others to follow their lead.

X2 on everything you guys said, ultimate respect to the girls, I remember the first time I posted pics during last year, I was really concerned and I'm a bloke!! Interestingly it was Kleen & Armyguy (who used to post here) that convinced me to do it...

Let's face it we need more Kleen's and Green's in the world, whether male or female respect to all of you...

Today was cardio so I did 10 min of running on the treadmill and 15min on the elliptical. I took Pro-X this morning with ALC and had scoop of protein tonight! I'm definitely starting to see improvements in my body, and it feels GREAT!!

I really need to get my cardio up, I doubt I could even do that!

Nice discipline on the diet, must be shinning through if you're already seeing improvements in your body!

So wait I'm confused... does LG stand for LittleGreen or does LG stand for Lean Gains? I think it is a sign that she should follow the Lean Gains protocol!

Another thing... diets don't always have to be so boring, I know I keep mine very boring for simplicity, but if I really wanted to spice things up, you and BigGreen could get together one morning this weekend and make a really nice breakfast or other meal, I guess I'm thinking about breakfast right now because My Wife and I's anniversary is this Sunday and I'm going to cook her breakfast! I am going to make an 8/2 egg white/yoke omelet with all kinds of greens and veggies, etc. I'm also going to make some really good protein pancakes, same as the protein waffles, you just pour and fry using only fat free, calorie free, butter pam spray, and to top it I will have some sugar free maple syrup, sweetened with splenda on top! Also will have some different hot sauces and salsa to go on top of the omelet, but I will do that on the side because the way I like it compared to the way my wife likes it (spicy food) is way different! Anyway, just thought I would share a good healthy breakfast with you and anyone else that this sounds good/tastey to!

Hahahaha, I think that it is a sign too! I'm doing my hours from 11:30am-7:30pm. That breakfast sounds absolutely AMAZING!! Also, Happy early anniversary:)

Thank you! Just remember if you are anything like me, breakfast foods are good no matter what time of the day or night it is!!! So no need to break the fast, just have a most wonderful Brunch at Noon!!!
 
Man I haven't eaten a really (early morning) breakfast in a while now. I don't break fast until 1300hrs, but yeah that sounded good Doc and congrats bro!

LiL Green, sorry you weren't feeling good, always the best thing to take a few days off when that happens, no need in wearing your body out even more than whatever has it down to begin with, as in it is actually more detrimental to your progress to try and work through it when you are truly sick, best to rest and come back and fight the fat another day so to speak! But with all that being said, looks like you are back and feeling better which is "GRRRREEEAAT!" Welcome back! Excellent workouts BTW, keep up the great work, can't wait to see some good update pictures, Oh and as far as update picts, I would not do them more often than like every other week, that way there is a bigger difference from one set of pictures to the other, which even though it is all mental, sometimes that is the hardest part to over-come when dieting, don't let a plateau get you down, just change up what you are doing and progress will resume, I promise, Consistency, consistency, consistency (diet/nutrition & working out)!!!
 
Love the independant woman comment. The Queen is very independent too, and sometimes so much that I have to remind her that I want to take care of her or be the gentleman on occasion. She will drag everything we have in the car into somewhere while I am picking something up or helping my daughter out of the car and turn around and she looks like my pack mule. I walk in with 1 item and she is loaded down but wont give up any of the load to me. I walk behind her as a gentleman does but have to run in front of her to open a dang door before she does. Forget about pulling out a chair for her. LOL Even as independent women don't forget that sometimes it is nice for us guys to feel needed too.

Glad your feeling better!!!!! Awesome workouts by the way.
 
I worked out legs tonight, and was very impressed with how much stronger my legs have gotten over the past few weeks. I went up in weight on all the exercises! Clearly, I'm very happy about that!!:)

-5min elliptical warmup
-3x10 plie dumbbell squat 20lbs (went up 5 lbs)
-3x10 leg press 160 lbs (went up 30 lbs!!!)
-3x10 seated leg curl 60lbs (went up 10 lbs)
-3x10 leg extensions 65lbs (went up 5 lbs)
-3x15 seated calf raises 60lbs (went up 10lbs)
