Hey everyone!! It has been a few days since I have been on here. I've been out of town and then wasn't feeling well, but I'm back and ready to get this thing started again!!

Here are some logs that I didn't post, for Friday (Sept 2nd) Saturday (3rd) and Tuesday (6th)
Friday
10min elliptical warmup
2x15 pushups
3x10 side lateral raise 10lbs
3x10 tricep pushdown 40lbs
3x10 dumbbell bench press 15lbs
3x10 seated cable rows 35lbs
3x10 alternate hammer curls 10lbs
3x12 hyper back extensions with 10lb weight
2x24 air bike
Saturday
2x15 butt lifts
3x10 push press 35lbs
3x10 barbell dead lift 45lbs
3x10 bent over dumbbell rows 15lbs
3x10 wide grip lat pulldown 45lbs
** my weight with the some of the exercises has gone up, which I very happy about, because I can really tell I'm getting stronger!

As an independent woman, I wanna be able to carry my own luggage!! HAHAA

Sunday and Monday I was not feeling very well, so I took a break.
Tuesday
I did just cardio and abs on this day
5min elliptical
5min jumprope
15min bike
2x24 air bike
3x15 sit ups
10min elliptical
I am about to go to work, but will be going to the gym tonight! So todays log will be up later
