i seem to disagree. as I am stacking creatine nitrate with Hemavol at that moment, now if you were to take creatine nitrate, Hemavol and a GDA with carbs youd be talking business!

you get blood dilation via nitrates, cell volumization from the glycerol, increased nitric oxide from the citrulline malate, and increased nitric oxide from the insulin.... boom PUMP and VOLUME baby

I hear ya brother! I'm taking C-bol (creatine nitrate with a little bit of other creatines), Hemavol powder, Protocol (more agmatine), Glycobol and Slin Sane (awesome GDA combo!), Nitroceps (the BEST arginine basted NO and endurance product. it uses enteric coating to avoid metabolic deactivation in the stomach), Pump Bol (just ran out, but it's basically a great nitrate based pre-workout and stim-free), and that about does it. I'm going to end up getting more bulk agmatine, COP, and I'd like to add GPLC to my pre-workouts. I'm definitely a supp addict :(

I'm definitely interested in Need2Slin. I've searched around about it and I've definitely gotten a lot of useful info and I'm familiar with the ingredients. However, I am sensitive to stimulants and Need2Slin contains synephrine hcl and alpha yohimbine. I am 99% sure that I'm going to start a thread separately and ask this, but do any of you who have used or use Need2Slin experience ANY stimulation effects? Synephrine hcl doesn't even work (except maybe as an appetite suppressant) so I don't know why it's in there. Thanks for your help!

Just make your own on custom capsule without the synephrine.. the price isnt going to be that different than need2slin is
 
I just did it on CC and it came to $70.92 for 100 servings and need2slin is $58.99 for 60 servings.. not too shabby if you are really opposed to taking it with the synephrine in it

Thanks man for its price it's pretty easy to give it a shot in your routine and 1 cap can cover you up and over 100G of carbs easily, as far as N2Slin goes the formula looks really good but you could definitely make your own if you wanted to cut out the synephrine and alpha y. I don't know if you've tried it but give the pre-bed dose of SS a shot and see how you look in the morning, personally thats one of my favorite doses lol
 
I take 2 Need2slin's with nightime carbs, doesnt keep me up at all. I am also an insomniac too, if it had any stim effects i wouldnt be taking it past 4pm
 
im gonna try yoked and jaked today. (havent tried jacked since it first came out and ive never tried yoked)
excited to see how pumps go.

HemaVol is sooo much more than just Agmatine. Why settle for 1 good ingredient, when you can have a ton of properly doses pump ingredients....that taste like candy?

agmatine seemed to help with pumps in the gym, but i didn't get all day pumps like others claim. prolly should've upped the dose a little.

now arachidonic acid did give me 24/7 "pumps", but it was more inflammatory doms than anything else.
 
first time using yok3d gotta say its pretty freaking awesome. pumps were intense and rock solid, weirdly not a whole lot of vascularity change, but i do have a nice after pump in biceps right now, during workout i looked pretty huge too.

i took it with jack3d, i know pumps came from yoked because ive used jack3d and all it does is give me energy and focus, nothing for strength pumps, thats my experience with it.

BTW dosage was 3 scoops of jacked and 3 caps of yok3d.

I tried jacked first time about a year ago. My buddy ranted and raved about it. I was rather new to lifting. **** made me crash hard and was strong.

Tried it again few weeks ago. No crash and it was pretty stron still. I dosed 1.5 scoops. Right now I'm using monster pump and believe it or not it's pretty solid, can't say the pumps are the best but the energy is just right.
Yoked I tried a time or two but the way you have to dose it sucks.

I wish I got excited about food as I do supplements sometimes, lol
 
I get a pretty good pump with Slin Sane preworkout meal, and a scoop of N2KTS. Also another good pump I get is from N.O. Xhaust. Have a few samples I'm using up.
I don't care too much on how much of a pump I get really. Yeah its a nice feeling but it doesn't really do much for me, so I save my money for better things.
 
Agmatine 500mg morning 500mg before workout with something like Na-r-ala or some glucose management supplement. Creatine Nitrate as well.

okay so maybe the 3 scoops yesterday completely destroy my sleep, i got 3 hours of sleep. i could not sleep. i will not be doing that again 1 scoop it is. and yeah bro me too, i didnt like it back in the day but a lot of people did, and trying it again its actually pretty good stuff, with no crash this time either.

thats why i dont take 1-3 anymore.
 
yeah the one time i need a crash it doesnt make me crash. 1,3 does do a job on my hunger though, good if cutting.

True I had a better experience than the time and not a major crash lol. Anyhow I'm still pass on the jacked.
 
Are all those supplement for pump or vascularity and more veins? I think they are more for the 2nd.

Why someone want to have pumps? What's the use and the benefits..?

your not gonna ever get an all day pump. you work out you get a pump and then its gone like 1hr later. soem pumps throght out the day sure, but why does it matter so much.
put on more mass and over tiem you wont need ot worry about that extra 1" in size.

even on AAS its sporadic and not all day long.

Not a fan of GMS, its not that I'm afraid of the 9 calories its that personally its a super inflated pump that dies quickly. It would be like if your stims peaked at the beginning of the lift and then just dropped 2 sets in. I know this isn't the case for everyone but it is for me so I try to avoid it, only time I used it was with XF for dat der emulsification
 
Nutrigenomics Research Company (NRC) makes two products Cabergolean and Ergo-Blitz (intra-workout) both work well for pump and fullness. I've been using the Cabergolean for about 6 or 7 weeks the ergo for just 2.
They use NADH pretty promsing studies on its effect for N.O. production.

And here is the ONLY study on the planet that shows definitively that NADH indeed increases NO 10x greater than ANY OTHER COMPOUND known to man. It is hard to fully comprehend the impact of this study....it is a big deal!

I've come to learn like what people have said is the pump can be obtained through actual training, maybe not a major one as if you used a supplement but yeah an all day pump is almost impossible lol.

I think there are benefits including getting nutrients to muscles, & Ive recentlyvread a few articles about muscle fascia stretching and growth. Look into muscle fascia. -Maybe others can chime in on this
 
A pump is just increased blood flow to the muscle. Blood carries nutrients, so that's an increased flow of nutrients. Facia I believe is the tissue that determines size and shape of the muscle and my getting a goo pump you can stretch it allowing more room or muscle growth
 
Yes- it is a good feeling- but there is science behind the products as well (well some of them at least). I think that is a common mistake that people make thinking that if they cannot "feel" a huge pump then the product is not doing its job. You may not feel a pump; however, your muscles may still be receiving the increase in nutrients it needs to maximize anaerobic and aerobic output.

Increasing NO makes blood vessels expand. This should allow blood cells to travel to the lungs more efficiently and receive more oxygen (see study below done with Sildenafil which works by increasing NO).

Also, increasing blood flow to muscles during your workout will deliver more nutrients- so if you are taking an NO booster and a BCAA intra-workout drink you are providing your muscles the nutrients they need to grow.

Now if only some company made an NO booster that had BCAA's and Glutamine in the product as well? Boy THAT would be a great idea! And an NO booster with a constituent that is scientifically proven to increase NO? Boy that would be cool! One day I am sure.......

I am curious- is Agmatine Sulfate the same compound as GLYCOCARN (GPLC), agmatine sulfate,3,7-dihydro-3,7-dimethyl-1h-purine-2,6-dione? The studies behind glycocarn are very promising!

It is 3 compounds, GPLC, Agmatine Sulfate, and I'm fairly certain the fancy termed one is Theobromine, a xanthine. It will be a stimulant, agmatine for pumps, blood flow, mood, etc...

Quick and easy question. If this study was actually performed, why was it never published? Are we really supposed to believe that Malinski did this work and never published it and the only evidence that it exists is some powerpoint that only you have access to?
