Dude that stack is SICK!! My gym carries Free-Test/HGH Up and i actually read the label today and said i gotta try this in the future! This will be an epic log!
 
Man that was a lot of reading to catch up on. Informative as always in a Judo log. As busy as I have been I foresee a need to have a good 20 minute free every time I click on a Judo log. :) Great stuff and no doubt the Free Test is an interesting product.

Always down for some advice/input for the kleenster! Matter of fact I was just thinking the other day of figuring out a way to add some strip sets into my supplemental exercises but not too sure, I might just add a fourth day every once in a while and warrior it up! Especially since I am starting Judo back up, nothing has helped my endurance as much as that warrior workout!

Minor update:

I have been feeling like sh1t recently! Dont know what it is but I just have an overall feeling of laziness and just run down and beat feeling. No drive or motivation what so ever plus my neck has been killing me. I am pretty sure my neck is the result of me sitting at the PC too long with bad posture and I am thinking the run down feeling has just been from too low calories combined with over training.

Anyway I started to take some action towards some rejuvation consisting of:

My daily SMR routine
Nightly hip opening and calming yoga routine
Salt baths
2 cups Epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3-5 drops lavender oil
3-5 drops chamomile oil​
While in my salt baths I listen to this - Invalid Link Removed
Contrast Showers
three minutes as hot as I can stand followed by one minute as cold as I can stand & repeated three times​


I have also started to take Bio-Mend & Complete Balance along with some probiotics I had already.

Tomorrow I work and am planning on fasting for the day and will drink a mix of EVOO, EAAs, BCAAs, Glutamine and Taurine. Typically I take in about 20 grams EAA's, 5 grams BCAA's, 5 grams Glutamine & about a tbsp of EVOO but I am out of my EAAs :( but luckily I have a couple tubs of LGs BC+EAA mix. For tomorrow I will use 7 scoops of BC+EAA mix (which is 10.5g BCAAs, 9.3g EAAs & 4.5 Glutamine) I will toss in 2.5g more of glutamine (for a total of 7g) and add 3g Taurine to the mix. I will prolly end up taking fish oil caps with this as I dont wanna lug a bottle of EVOO to work.

Lastly I have stopped taking my testforce2 and am going to save it for another time. I have 2 tubs of Lit-Up and the profile is too damn good to just not take everyday. I started adding in about 1.5g of beta alanine and 2g of TMG (betaine) to it as well.

Interesting bath man. I am looking for more stuff to enhance relaxation. My IBS (I pretty sure its IBS), still leads to pretty red toilet paper. clogged pipes mixed with complete flushing. Anyhow, you know any other good "relaxants"? I know magnesium is good anything else you know? Im probably placing my order to swanson today. ;)

ummm.... You could try "Full Spectrum Mint & Dill" from swanson. Both works towards relaxing the smooth muscle in the digestive tract

You could also invest in some cummin. It has a plethora of benefits to it including anti-inflammatory and could be helpful to you.

I just hate taking time off especially in the middle of my planning (the HGHup/Lit-up/free test cycle) so I am crossing my fingers that some increased salt baths, contrast showers and a day or two of fasting combined with some mega glutamine dosing helps rejuvenate me back to life.

BTW, I dont know if you noticed but I stole one of your quotes for my motivational video thread, hope you dont mind! :D

So I have been experimenting with making my own salad dressing recently. What sparked this was someone mentioned to me that a majority of Italian salad dressings DONT use olive oil! I was seriously blown away by this. I mean it is Italian dressing, how does it not have olive oil. So I went to my fridge and checked all my bottles of dressing a all of them listed soy bean oil as their base! WTF

So anyway this sparked some "make my own dressing experimentation" and after making some disgusting dressings I thunk I finally found my favorite and wanted to share with everyone.

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp Oregano
2/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Stir the white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Gradually whisk in the olive oil to make a thick-ish vinaigrette mixture. Stir in garlic. Add shredded Parmesan cheese just before serving

This dressing was AMAZING!! :food: I am still messing around with apple cider vinegar trying to get something just as delicious with ACV as a base. If anyone has any recipes please do share!
 
Sooooo....

I completely forgot I had this log here :D

Here is a quick update:
Starting weight - 204
End Weight - 189

I used 2 bottles of Free Test and 2 tubs of Lit-up. I was taking the lit-up daily. Pre workout or in the AM on off days.
After the first month I added in IGF-2 and stacked it together with HGHup as so:
HGHup -2 caps/ IGF-2 - 3 caps taken first thing in the AM and again in the afternoon and lastly pre-bed. I was playing around with a couple different intermittent fasting protocols so was fasted majority of the day and was able to take my 2 morning doses on a empty stomach no problem.

Currently I am floating around 186lbs. I should weigh less but this past week I have been sloppy with my diet and barely lifting at all (damn you holidays!!!) Been taking formadrol, Forskolin and still doing the HGHup/IGF-2 stacked together. Been also playing around with taking BC+EAA during my morning fasting period too. (Pretty much had some old LG stuff laying around so I figured I would take them and not let them waste) My goal right now is pretty much to try and maintain my weight will after Christmas and then possibly PSMF for 2 weeks or so (damage control from holiday eatings) and then back to normal dieting.

Honestly, I do a piss poor job of tracking my lifts most of the time, but during these past 2 months my main goal was to just maintain my strength and muscle.

lol.. Yea yea I know. They are such a hit or miss team. Against teams like Green Bay we play great and then against Redskins (who are last in the division) we loose, TWICE!

You just never know what team is going to be playing that day. It really is just any given Sunday.

Well anyway we still arent out. Right now we are in a position where we control our on destiny (not dependent on any other team). As long as we win these next two games we are in! Just got to look forward and really step it up against the Jets this week!

Free Test really is a great all around complete product. 3,7 Keto DHEA, NAC, ALCAR, Forskolin, Resveratrol, Quercetin and they also throw in a B Complex, Magnesium, Zinc & Selenium.
 
So I am thinking I will start PSMF now.

This past week I have just been eating whatever I want and went for 186 to 193. Now I know I must be holding a decent amount of water but I am going to commit to PSMF from now till the end of the year and maybe a week or two more into the new year.

I will post more on the diet later
 
So I am fasting today at work. Not sure if ima eat when I get home at 11pm or not. I may just continue it overnight to tomorrow, havent decided yet. If i do eat tonight it will be some cottage cheese and egg whites most likely.

For those who arent familiar with my fasting.. I usually do at the very least one 24+ hour fast a month. I do it mostly for health and longevity benefits but it doesnt hurt that it also creates a nice big calorie deficit for the week and allows me to eat more on other days. During my fast I usually take in an amino mix and some fish or olive oil.

Here is my mix:

Each fasting drink is this mix:
20 grams EAA's
5 grams BCAA's
5 grams Glutamine
And 1 tbsp of fish oil or EVOO

Also I threw in 2g of PLCAR and 5g taurine.

I usually will drink that 3-4 times a day when Im fasting. Today however, I havent had any yet and am about to drink my first amino drink now (@5:23pm) so I will probably have one more tonight and then eat before bed.
 
Also to add I am taking 1 cap of recompadrol prior to the above amino mix, mainly for the vanadyl sulfate and banaba and its ability to prevent gluconeogenesis.
