I am only going parallel but I go so wide that any deeper and I would tear my groin apart. Still it's getting fuggin heavy and even 280 will be a challenge today. I used to go above 300 but not as deep, which is ok when using a wide stance but got to be so hard on the knees so I concentrated on parallel and less weight. What is really helping me is my strong core from my wheel of death. Remember I am doing pretty much the same weight as I was 50 lbs heavier.

Took me a while... at first I was not going all the way out.
 
I know I could do it if I stayed with it, especially as I get leaner and lighter, just becomes another thing I have to add to my already long routine, kind of low on the totem pole of importance right now!

Yah seems to be easier as I get leaner, priority moved up as well as it really does a number on your whole ab core alleviating the necessity of extensive abdominal training.
 
Well was only able to hold my increases on back exercises on Saturday. Push press set one I did get 4 reps in with an increase though. I tried my best but I knew it was a stretch. Going to high reps 25 for a couple workouts then Saturday I will start my muscle saturation routine for 5 weeks.

Damn I'm getting lean, almost to the point where I need to take care, it still being almost 7 weeks out. I hope to do some pics this weekend. Have to get things set up.

Here is something of concern, I had my blood preasure checked on Sunday and I was pretty high 160/100 and I know I am just starting pct and have been taking too many stims lately, (I had taken 2 OEP that morning and another one around lunch). I was still a bit concerned. I have added in Hawthorn Berry and that should take it down some. I will check it again after PCT and then decide what to do. Hope I don't have to go on meds.

Nothing wrong with being ready early :) Do you think the high BP could have been from maybe stress of diet, work or something?

No I think it was the OEP, if you read up on DMAA you will find that it was originally used for impairend breathing and that it constricts your veins thus the possibility of a temporary rise in blood preasure. I had 3 OEP in me at the time so I believe that is the main culprit. I show no signs of hypertension at all. I am playing it safe and using Hawthorne though.

Sounds sensible Doug, but hopefully the HB will help. Do you use Cycle Support daily? I have found it to help and would have thought you'd have a ready supply :D

yah I have been using a lot but not just lately. I got a good lookig HB product, it's in liquid form 5:1 extract. It was on special too at the healfh food store and the company has a good rep so I am hopefull. I do have some cycle support on hand as well.

Any place in the diet for more potassium? The AI.s gonna dry out your joints make thing rough on you in PCT. Look for some Hyaluaronic Acid it is specifically what the synnovial fluid is made of.

Sorry to hear about the BP, could be that you were just over stimmed. I remember when i took ephedra in a fat burner back in like 2002 and got my BP tested... they almost told me I couldn't join the 24hr fitness lol. But now I regularly test around 100/60 so I'm sure you will drop back down. Especially with the addition of the Hawthorn berry.

Yah I could add those as well...my joints are feeling a bit dry. I was considering going back down to 2 PCT blacd ed... but maybe adding these will help...
 
No other updates other than I am now doing 2 rounds of my compulsaries and my routine each night but only holding my poses for 30 seconds. I will work up to 3 rounds and then increase the time on poses.
 
That's a nice thing to be this lean at 7 weeks out man. You must be looking shredded right now! When are you doing pics again?

Thanks and yah it's quite a workout...

It can burn a lot of calories. I think its a good idea to do it even in the offseason a day or two after I do it I look better.

Well if that was a deload I guess I did it, 25 reps 2 sets full body... was harder than I thought didn't make it on a lot of exercises. I just didn't push that extra cuz it's supposed to be deload. The pace was pretty wicked though done in 35 minutes. I could only muster 13 wod, seems to be getting a bit harder since I passed what I deem to be 5%.... less support in the back area due to very low body fat or something. Maybe I am just tired. I think I will take it easier on Thursday. Maybe not...
 
Gonna be sweet and yeah that is a lot of PCT Rev Black. 150 mg of Arimistane, whoah Nelly! That is like caps of Erase. BEAST mode but those joints probably don't love you too much.

They're a bit better today and I am not lifting heavy, more muscle soreness really. Massage tonight... but that's going to hurt a lot also...

Doug... If your joints get really sore, I would back off a cap/day and take it down to 100mg, maybe even skip a day and then back it down to 100mg, but if there is no joint pain or soreness, keep going because like Kleen said/says, it will dry you up really nice, which is perfect for pre-show condition!

That's what I am doing just playing it by the way I feel... it has not been that bad yet, a bit at first but better now.

Fuggin forgot about my massage and missed it by 45 minutes. Had to reschedule for monday....

Was pretty busy with hair removal and posing practice last night. It went ok, I seem to do a better job of holding them. I always look a little puffy a couple days after hair removal.

Oh forgot about my dietary adjustment and added a bit of cardio...

I am more like 1800 cals on Monday and Wednesday instead of 2200 and I also added 30 minutes of cardio on those days. It's game time... I will probably start carb ups soon on Fridays followed by 1 hour cardio on Saturdays after my workout, my carb ups are about 800 grams carbs between 12 and 8. Sunday will be a burn day as well but stay at around 2200 to 2500 cals. Workout days remain at 3200-3400.

Workout was pretty good I am supposed to be in deload and I am doing light weight but the 25 reps is pretty challenging. I was much more efficient this time around and got more reps with increase in weight, except on front squats... my legs are toast. I don't have to work legs again till Thursday so I will be fine.

Did my extra cardio ...

I woke up this morning and the excess water from the hair removal is gone. One thing though I don't seem to have progressed much givien the adjustments I have made and I weighed in at 200.5 .. I had been down to 199 last week. Then it dawned on me, no more EPI-V... Anywho I still seem to be hovering at around 5%...

Pics will be a week from Sunday 5 weeks out. I will keep my adjustments and see how I look then.
 
Started my carb up, 1 9 oz yam, 1 cup rice and 5 date squares... nice insulin buzzage let me tell you ... vascularity starting to kick in..not much more than from a normal meal surprisingly enough.
