I am only going parallel but I go so wide that any deeper and I would tear my groin apart. Still it's getting fuggin heavy and even 280 will be a challenge today. I used to go above 300 but not as deep, which is ok when using a wide stance but got to be so hard on the knees so I concentrated on parallel and less weight. What is really helping me is my strong core from my wheel of death. Remember I am doing pretty much the same weight as I was 50 lbs heavier.
Damn You and that "Wheel of Death" I don't know if I'll ever get into that, I have one and it is hard as hell, I have still never been able to do one complete rep from the standing position!
I know I could do it if I stayed with it, especially as I get leaner and lighter, just becomes another thing I have to add to my already long routine, kind of low on the totem pole of importance right now!
Well was only able to hold my increases on back exercises on Saturday. Push press set one I did get 4 reps in with an increase though. I tried my best but I knew it was a stretch. Going to high reps 25 for a couple workouts then Saturday I will start my muscle saturation routine for 5 weeks.
Damn I'm getting lean, almost to the point where I need to take care, it still being almost 7 weeks out. I hope to do some pics this weekend. Have to get things set up.
Here is something of concern, I had my blood preasure checked on Sunday and I was pretty high 160/100 and I know I am just starting pct and have been taking too many stims lately, (I had taken 2 OEP that morning and another one around lunch). I was still a bit concerned. I have added in Hawthorn Berry and that should take it down some. I will check it again after PCT and then decide what to do. Hope I don't have to go on meds.

Sounds sensible Doug, but hopefully the HB will help. Do you use Cycle Support daily? I have found it to help and would have thought you'd have a ready supply![]()
No I think it was the OEP, if you read up on DMAA you will find that it was originally used for impairend breathing and that it constricts your veins thus the possibility of a temporary rise in blood preasure. I had 3 OEP in me at the time so I believe that is the main culprit. I show no signs of hypertension at all. I am playing it safe and using Hawthorne though.

Any place in the diet for more potassium? The AI.s gonna dry out your joints make thing rough on you in PCT. Look for some Hyaluaronic Acid it is specifically what the synnovial fluid is made of.

It can burn a lot of calories. I think its a good idea to do it even in the offseason a day or two after I do it I look better.

Gonna be sweet and yeah that is a lot of PCT Rev Black. 150 mg of Arimistane, whoah Nelly! That is like caps of Erase. BEAST mode but those joints probably don't love you too much.
They're a bit better today and I am not lifting heavy, more muscle soreness really. Massage tonight... but that's going to hurt a lot also...
Doug... If your joints get really sore, I would back off a cap/day and take it down to 100mg, maybe even skip a day and then back it down to 100mg, but if there is no joint pain or soreness, keep going because like Kleen said/says, it will dry you up really nice, which is perfect for pre-show condition!
That's what I am doing just playing it by the way I feel... it has not been that bad yet, a bit at first but better now.

Was pretty busy with hair removal and posing practice last night. It went ok, I seem to do a better job of holding them. I always look a little puffy a couple days after hair removal.

Started my carb up, 1 9 oz yam, 1 cup rice and 5 date squares... nice insulin buzzage let me tell you ... vascularity starting to kick in..not much more than from a normal meal surprisingly enough.
Doug... I am so eager to see your finished result right before and when you hit the stage! I mean what you have accomplished is amazing as it is, but to think you are about to take where you are now to a whole nother level in 5 weeks is mind-boggling!
