You guys have a lot of awesome burger places down there. The good ones here are mostly indepenant. There is some good chains in Ontario Licks and Whinpeys are pretty good...

I found yoga to be good for muscle separation as well. Made my muscle "pop" when I was still doing it.

It's both a blessing and curse having tasty, fast food near by. Makes for a real test of will power.

I used to go to NYc as a kid , lived south of New york in northeast Maryland for 14 years- so Im really not a southern and talk mid Atlantic and talk about the best pizza ever! I had one of the best pizza's I ever tasted in NYc and I forget the name of the restaurant

I've visited NYC 2x so far to see my uncle and i haven't found a place with bad pizza yet haha
 
Ok enough pizza talk lol one thing I have not found in Montreal yet is a great Pizza. Takes money to make a good one and the 2 for 1 places have taken over the market.

Hammered the fug out of it the gym I know it's only the first day of 5 reps but I did 3 sets per body part and the pace was rapid...

I finished off with 16 wheel of death!! That's a record, and they're hard to come by now I have reached 15...

Weight is down to 202.5, abs are cut a bit deeper and the veins in my lower abs are a bit more visible. Striations all over.

haha you misread that. I have no BAD pizza places. I live in NY :thumbsup:

EDIT: unless you wanna count Domino's pizza or those weird chains like them... I don't since I would never eat that kind of pizza.

yah I live in the heart of verdun and on the street I live on there must be around 25 places you can get potine... all these fast food joints. I don't know how they all stay in business. I hate poutine so that's no problem but there are pizza places and other restaurants as well, some are actually pretty good.
 
Man really got worked over with the massage last night, really painful and I am damn sore this morning. I might be able to improve in just a few sessions she says.

Yoga was a bit tough after the beating I took on the massage table....

Definitely showins signs of leaning this morning so I think my 5% goal by the weekend is pretty realistic or close. That is if I was say 5.5 to 5.75 in my last pics... I am to the point that if I just stand and relax my abs look pretty ripped. More vasculariy than I ever imagined I could have.

That sounds awesome man! Things are moving along great it looks like. You are going to own that stage when the time comes! Having my ABS look great while relaxed is what I'm trying to get to. The only issue I have in that area is the loose skin so I have to be careful not to slouch, but it does become less and less of an issue..

That is where I am. My abs are visible but not overly defined when not flexed, but when I flex they pop real nice. From the side no matter what i do you can see distinct dents from the horizontal rows of abs, even completely relaxed. When I distend my gut to pretend I am fat they still show. When I just let it hang out totally relaxed still show but they don't look like DW's did in that last set of pics for sure.
 
You need some hGH for that skin...
 
Holy popping abs! Got up this morning and they were really jumping out. Striations are just pure madness..

I didn't get my pace last night I had a former trainee asking a lot of questions and he wanted to make sure is form was on. I got all my reps and sets in except for push press. My theory is that my left side is pretty tired from the deep tissue massage the night before. I will put that theory to the test on Saturday.

Get this down to 201 yesterday... I can't believe I can actually lose weight with all I am eating. If anything I have increased calories. I come off the EPI-V this weekend so I will have to watch things cuz I think EPI-V eats fat or something... This is just nuggin futs!!

Well officially 3400 and 2200 but I have been sneaking over that lately, more like 3500 and 2400 on average. Maybe not quite that high. Now I will do extra cardio when I overdo it, so that might be the difference. Funny thing though on previous diets doing cardio never made up for overeating, I think it's because it's usually done fasted now. One other thing my cardio is quite mild so I can go for an hour or more easily but rarely do.
 
Today is extended fast so I will be taking OEP and then do some cardio before I break my fast. Did some extra eating yesterday and might tonight as well. I have tomorrow for cardio as well if I need it. I think I made my goal but remember these estimates are made on my pics so like I said if I was 5.5 to 5.75 in my last pics then I have definitely lost .5 go .75 percent in the last 2 weeks. This pace will have me at 4% 4 weeks out. I am ready to make adjustments when I need to but lean gains and EPI-V have been phenomenal and for the first time in my life I have not had to make any adjustments except to eat more!!

I live in Lawrenceville, GA which is approx. 25 miles NW of Atlanta, Marietta is approx. 25 miles NE of Atlanta, and Lawrenceville & Marietta are approx. 25 miles from one another, like a big upside-down triangle.

Anyway, Doug, to answer your question, you know I'll be there with the whole FINAFLEX crew rooting you on!
 
Excellent progress Doug. Yeah that EPI-V looks to be a cutting wet dream. Don't be alarmed when your weight goes up after wards once the diuretic is out of the equation. All of your PCT stuff will start dropping any fluid rebound relatively quickly with the anti-e.

Thanks and Oh yes, Yes I do!!! When I first saw itr come out I was like Holy Shiz! I have only ever seen Franco Columbo with that and was amazed by it. Yet there it was on my like a gift.

Of course the rest of the development and size he dwarfs me.

Yah I looked into it but going down there would be damn expensive and it's only 50 dollars to fly to Toronto one way. Just makes more sense. Would have been nice to get the support but the numbers were a bit steep.

I still have enough of the EPI-V to last me till Tuesday, no sense wasting it I will do the whole 45 days. It is still keeping me very lean and dry. I am at 5% for the first time in my life and I don't feel any loss of strength, which is pretty remarkable when you think about it. I am eating quite a bit and still losing fat, I am pretty sure I will have to cut calories sometime soon as I stop using it.
 
Not to mention the strongest one of his time. He had a thick frame where most bodybuilder do not.

Yeah definitely, that pic of him deadlifting with a dog watching is sick!
 
Well I slayed it except for db inclines and I always get stuck at the 100 lb db's, I won't go up till I do the reps and my shoulder does not feel at risk. I had problems with push press on Thursday so I kept the weight at 155 and completely destroyed it this time, the third set the weight seemed to be floating up. I went up on all other lifts and had surprising power.

15 bar of death each one as close to perfect as I could. Really concentrated on getting all the way down, my thighs were grazing the floor on some reps.

Man I did lean up some this weekend. I felt pretty burnt out yesterday and had a bit of a headache. My guess it's fasting and having such low body fat. I will have to monitor that carefully...Could be I just have to get used to it as I go along. I appear to be sub 5% or in that neighborhood.
 
Sounds like things ate shaping up great DW. That is incredible if you are just under 5%...shredded!!

I have enough time to get under 4% but that really depends on how acurrate my estimates are. Under 5% is a certainty I believe but beyond that it's hard to tell. I am very striated in a relaxed pose.

Thats no joke about the area. Most of the time when I go out there I am down in albany. And if not there I would be in suwanee.
 
My biggest fear so far is that when I go off EPI-V and I will not be as dry and find out my perception was skewed by my dry look, plus it's such a big psychological boost looking ripped all the time. I am hoping the difference is not that huge...

I drove 45 minutes one way, turned around when I realized I was going the wrong direction (I was on a conference call on my other phone). Then I stopped at a gas station, got sketchy directions, drove that way 30 minutes and didn't see anything, so I drove back and stopped to get directions at a church. The guy said I was going the right way, I just had to keep going! LOL, I had to keep driving up to Atlanta too which was another 3.5hrs!

I would want to start drying out earlier so should I lower the dose over a longer period? I know Epi-v supplied good results in about 7-10 days with lower dosage. Not sure how they would compare dosage wise. I could cut the dosage in half and go 12 days I guess.

Here is a story for ya. My first trip out there. I flew in to atlanta. Got picked up from the airport drove what seemed to be maybe an hour. Ate at crystals. Ordered me a dozen of those little burgers. While in the drive thru there was a couple of girls flirting with me. The old lady at the window said some language that made my jaw drop. When she was telling theae girla to leave her customers alone. So we leave there and head towards albany. We stop in a town that baffled me. They fricken had crosses burning in every other yard. I was in complete shock knowing people actually did this crap still. Of course this was also the late 90's but still. Finally made it to albamy and was just in disbelief on all the events that happened my first day there.

I think you will be surprised how dry you stay when doing just the revolution black and pure test. Assuming that is what you will be taking.

That's 2000mg dandelion per 4 caps. Also, the total of 4 caps is 10,000mg. That seems really unlikely since most caps do not go over 1200mg. Those must be some BIG ASS caps (I don't think they even make caps that large, it'd have to be tablets). It's more likely that it's 8 caps for the 10,000mg dose... Maybe Canada has bigger caps (would've believed it if it were Texas...)?

That looks like some pretty good stuff Doug, I always took EXPEL, not 100% who makes it, but it comes in a dark blue transparent bottle with EXPEL and the other writing in bright yellow!

I didn't catch that, but come to think of it, that is why we only put 500mg of DAA in our pure test because the max we could fit in each capsule is like 600-700mg/capsule, and we use all standard sized capsules!
