put it this way, i have been using anabeta stacked with at2/combustion and have not noticed ANY increase in appetite-UNTIL i went to 2 anabeta pre and post workout-then appetite went way up. i will stick to 1 anabeta 4xday.

My appetite is in the rising stages but hasn't become fierce yet. Maybe I will use this tactic to mitigate it should I go out for the day. I become anti social when I am hungry lol.
 
I'm a little reluctant to report on my experience with Anabeta just yet since I've only been using for 4 days but thus far the results are quite unexpected. I have gained 3 lbs in four days without any change in diet. I almost has to be water although I have not experienced any increase in thirst or hunger that some have reported. I also seem to have more energy throughout the day. I typically struggle with lethargy after lunch but I have not had this problem since starting Anabeta. I am taking 1/1/1/1 on non-workout days and1/1/2/1 on workout days, with the two taken pre-workout. I have also been using CN pre-workout for several months. CN provides for very nice pump but when stacked with Anabeta the pump was almost painful (I loved it). I have not experience a pump like that since I used real gear many years ago. I am also waking up with morning wood every day thus far. This is very preliminary and I hope all good things continue.

P.S. I have never responded this quickly to any other product I have tried, even real gear. I need to learn more about this product.

the at2/combustion/anabeta stack has been working great. i am getting ready to add in erase/endosurge-can't wait to see what that brings to the table, lol.

I am currently using AnaBeta and Erase together along with some DAA, the results are great :D

No, I understand what you're saying, macros are important as well as micro nutrients, I completely agree for total health and "specialization" like bodybuilding. If you take your example further and say someone just drank whey shakes all day, their improvement would be less than if you had a balanced diet with enough protein. Even further than that you can get into nutrient timing, etc. It can get very nuanced, but if you go for the 80% solution you just need to watch calories and macros for the most part.

Thank you for taking the time to post your mini review on here. Reviews like this are why I found AnaBeta so exciting because I responded the same.

I'm planning on adding DAA and Formadrol to the stack at some point but I wanted to see how I responed to AB first. I have used DAA in the past (TF-1) and although I didn't put on any mass I looked bigger due the a hardening effect. I am adding Formadrol just to control possible estro and prolactin sides that can come with use of DAA.

I just finished a cycle of Ostarine + Tren (pulsed) and gained a solid 4 lbs while leaning out slightly. I really didn't expect to make gains on AB. I was mainly hoping it would help me keep my gains.
 
I would be grateful if you took the time to post another mini near the end of the run please.

It is great to see you enjoying it, I know your cautious standpoint on most supplements.

I finished 320g of beef and dinner was being cooked for two hours later (fillet steak) so went for the double dose to get the appetite going. The experiment begins!

You just need to dose on a odd #, even #'s have been quite unlucky for you lately. Dose 3 caps and your g2g!

As you know I am a skeptic. Most natty test boosters are pure crap as far as mass building is concerned. They may boost test but not enough to make a difference in one's physique. However, that does not necessarily mean they are without value, especially if a person has low test values. However, when and if I find a natty that actually makes a difference, I will be glad to let the world know. I will also be glad to let them know if it doesn't. AB looks very promising at this point.

I think you will find AnaBeta most impressive :)
 
In terms of most testosterone boosters being useless for aesthetic changes I tend to agree. Small differences can be observed but I have never noticed anything so noticeable that I was desperate to run the product again.

This is originally why I was so excited with AnaBeta. It made me put in a rep application lol. :)

For anyone who is running AnaBeta and logging it. Please feel free to copy part of your mini reviews into this thread as you go along. It is the longest running of all the AnaBeta threads and therefore will have the most popularity.

We love collecting reviews and having them all in the same thread is very handy for people perusing the website. :)
 
Day 5 of Anabeta.. I'm using it as a part of my pct. its still pretty early to tell but so far i havent noticed any significant loss in strength. hunger is EXPLOSIVE and i have to say that is one of the main reasons i decided to add this in post cycle. pumps and aggression have been great and just an over all feeling of well being, which is very different from my last pct. what i think i like the best so far is the amount of energy ive been having through out the day...
still very early in the run, so im looking forward to whats to come..
one things for sure im definitely going to be running standalone in the nxt couple months
 
Thanks for your little mini review. There is a lot of variation between how people are dosing it so it is great to have lots of input from customers.

Here's another guy that has noticed an increase in energy so it's not my imagination. I have been doing a little experimentation. I find the energy surge I feel is strongest when combined with simple carbs. I know simple carbs are a “no no” for bodybuilders but this is where I find the most pronounce effect. I believe that AB is normalizing glucose levels. Normally with a high glycemic meal, I get a short term surge in energy followed but a pronounced crash.

The majority are getting appetite increases, a few get only mild increases and one female said it decreases her appetite.

For some who get increases it can be extremely strong. I fall into this category.
 
I noticed an increase at first when I went to 6 caps, but it subsided and now I'm back at baseline hunger.

Have you added carbs?

I'm an eternal low carber. When using AnaBeta I've found I can handle more carbs than I normally can, which is like a miracle to me.

Very positive. Ive added roughly 50g carbs to my daily intake and have noticed no additional fat gain or lethargy, which for me is a blessing.
 
So I think this is best place for this...after I get back from 7 weeks of training I'm going to start my anabeta run. My main question is 1 bottle or 2? Will I really need 2 bottles to make it worth it or will it be worth it if only run one bottle?

You can run longer if you want - try for two bottles (i.e. ~8 weeks) for the best results. Depending on how long you ran AnaBeta would depend on the break you take, but I would recommend 2-4 weeks (2 weeks for 4-week usage, and 4 weeks for 8-week usage). Re maximum period of time for a run of AnaBeta, as mentioned in the AnaBeta FAQ, "8 weeks is the maximum amount of time you should take AnaBeta, then followed by a 4 week break before starting again, for maximal results."

You can run 8 weeks. But you will see results in 4. Obviously 8 weeks you will see 4 weeks more of results.

AnaBeta also keeps working for a few days after cessation. Take 4 weeks off before starting again if you go for 8 weeks

1 bottle is good and enough for me to get results, but I'm stoked to have another few weeks for continued growth and strength gains. I'm about to post up my 1 bottle results thus far as I get into my 2nd bottle, and I've put on a quality ~4lbs, got leaner, and added a substantial amount of weight/reps to my compound lifts.

You can get 1 bottle, but I'd definitely recommend 2 since halfway through you're going to want to order more anyway!

Milas you have had almost exactly the same results as I did, maybe we are brothers.

Stopping AnaBeta at a month and watching your muscle hardness slowly deflate is the natural equivalent of coming off a steroid cycle without the mood swings lol.

Yeah, I took measurements today, and they're looking good. Best of all, wife noticed last night that I'm noticeably bigger. She asked if I need to get new clothes again, LOL! It's always a good compliment when someone who sees you every day notices the differences, the last time she noticed I was getting bigger I was using DMZ and LMG...
 
So because I call you on the spelling of ayurvedic you pick me up on that? You know what I meant! Admittedly I did get a bit grumpy when I came off this so the potential for mood swings are there. I was like a child who had his ice cream stolen lol.

Something I forgot about AnaBeta is that although I have no problem getting to sleep after a late dose I always wake up in the night to urinate.

I know exactly what you meant, it's just really fun to bust your chops! I would agree with the analogy though, it's been like a mild PH cycle IMO, maybe low dose Bold or 1-Andro (new version, not the old)...

I think I'm going to be grumpy when I come off too, I hate seeing gains stall out!!!

I take a dose of AnaBeta pre-bed with BCAA, and while I don't have to wake, my bladder is ready to rupture when I get up!

For people like me whose postman gets annoyed because you keep stopping them on the way past to ask if they have a parcel for you.

I have noticed hunger and thrust increases at times. I think it is generally when I take higher doses (i.e. two tabs at the same time). Yesterday I took one tab in the morning, another at noon and another with my supper about 6:00 P.M. I attended a birthday party about eight and we had ice cream cake so I took another just before the party (I believe it normalizes glucose levels). I then took my last dose just before bedtime about 10:30P.M. I tend to be an insomniac and wake up numerous times during the night. Last night every time I woke up I had wood. It’s actually kind of annoying especially if you have to take a leak. But it certainly lets me know something is happening since this is not normal for me.
