Yesterday's eating

2 cups salad greens
14 oz chicken

1 Nectarine

After workout
3 servings whey concentrate

One hour later
6 turkey sausages

Doug you have been adding muscle so your body is definitely going to need more calories to feed the new muscle.

Good point. That's why I have sped up, have to watch that may have to increase cals before this is done.

Doug 2 PCT Black will be enough man, Chris and I both tried it at 2 per day and after about 4-5 days your joints are very dry. If you were coming off something like Max-LMG that will aromatise at a high rate, it might be needed but Epi-V is very dry. I am getting by with 2 Erase per day and am dry without any discomfort (while taking a natty t-boosters and the triptorelin 2 weekends ago). Just wanted to give you a heads up, the AI in PCT Black is VERY potent.

Not much to talk about concerning the workout as it's only day 2 of HST and the weight is still light, a bit of a better pump. There were about 4 to 5 striations in my shoulders as I continue to get lean and dry. There is one concern though, I lost another 1.5 lbs down to 202.5, I am losing a bit fast so I will make one small adjustment, I will add 200 cals on wod's bringing it back up to 3400 and keep burn days at 2200. My buddy at the gym is telling me to be careful cuz I am losing so fast but he really doesn't understand this kind of leaness. I am 12 weeks out and dipping under 6% though so time to slow the loss down some if I can.
 
The thing is that you will need to increase your carbs to be able to hold on to any water with the taraxicum, you will definitely see some large fluctuations due to it and carbs fighting each other one trying to pull water in and the other trying to excrete it. I would not make too many adjustments. If you can hit 5% then hold there for a month, playing with macros it can be done i did it for my comp. You are probably already pretty dry like you would be for your show due to the diuretic so I really doubt you will experience the WHOOSH effect of weight loss going into the peak weak, so what you are seeing now minue about 1-2 lb of body fat is probably what you will see on the day of the show when you are nice and dry.

Also I would expect a little water rebound in your PCT since you will no longer be taking a diuretic. So your body weight will probably go back up a little at that point.

Yah I considered that and the small adjustment I am making should be ok, it's not a big adjustment and I am not touching my burn day... I am not seeing any real muscle loss so I am not panicing yet.

I am extending my fast again today as I am going to eat fairly big tonight (friends taking us to a buffet, not a chinese one) I will eat mostly meats though.

Tons of fun when you get your gorge on...

Had a bit of a carb up last night, fasted all day and pigged out. Looking damn good this morning. I think my carb up is going to be just fine. The show starts at 6pm so I have all day to flush and manage my intake. I will probably be able to handle it with some rice, just have to maintain my volume.

I had an amazing workout today!! Still not too heavy but the reps were superb, squeezed the juice out of every last one!! Lookin big lean and mean with all my new striations. Have to do some manscaping and try to get some pics down next weekend!! I am not worried about size anymore, I was lookin huge!! Finished with 15 perfect reps on bar of death then a full ab weighted workout....I did 7 really nice pullups too. I am not going up in reps but they are definitely very good quality with a dead arm hang before each rep.

Isn't it weird the way some exercises (pull-ups for me too) are just way harder for some people? I mean even when I was my leanest ever, I still could not just crank them out like some of the guys I've seen, I mean I knew this one guy, he could do pull-ups as easily and for high reps like I could do push-ups or un-weighted dips, he could just go and go and go and he was not a 100Lb stick either, he was about 5'10" muscular 180Lbs and around 10% BF.

Well we both have long arms and I have the bad shoulder that acts up, shorter guys have a much easier time. I can do around 12-15 without the bad shoulder but that's not that great either. Another huge factor is leg size.

Oh forgot to mention time to go heavy duty with the BCAA's I have been doing 12 grams pre intra a post and been mixing the Raspberry Recoverpro with the Lemon. Man you guys who have both flavors have to try this it's stellar...

I will have to try that. I picked both up in the 50% sale, and I love raspberry lemonade. Sounds like a great mix

That it is, add a couple ice cubes and it's just a great summer drink!!

I need to try this being that I have both, just not at the same place (work and home). I look forward to my raspberry goodness every morning I have it, really is the best tasting BCAA drink on the market hands down.

Ok 4th day at 15 reps on HST and still not very taxing I have very good power. I am kind of surprised I did not know I would be getting so much strength increase on EPI-V. I got 13 really nice wheel of death last night, short of my 15 last tuesday but I had 1 day less rest from my full ab workout on Saturday as I decided on Monday this week instead of Tuesday.

I was up about 1.25 lbs at weigh in but I may be holding a tad more water. Lots of trips to the bathroom after my workout. I am still very striated so no worries. If I can take it down to around 200 and sit at around 5% say 8 weeks out then I could still shoot for under 4%. I may got back to 3200 cals on workout days after Thursday, depends on what happens in the next couple of days.

I bought some revamp to reset my adrenals but it doesn't say how long it takes for a full cleansing....does anybody know? I think it's similar to Reset AD.
 
A couple observations, I was a little wetter when I weighed in on monday and Revamp just rocks!! And it's cheap too.... I did a little experiment to see what 2 motivate would do and Adrenals are back baby!! After 3 days!! I knew something was up right away when the stim in the EPI-V was feeling strong. I wish I bought more... dollar for dollar one of the best supps I've ever used.
