Good back workout today got some light deads on

closegrip lat pull down 160x10x10x9(concentration on form and TUT)

lat pull down 160x10x10x10(same as above)
closegrip rows 150x8x8x8(same as above)

cardio afterword with 7.5 g of bcaa and full spectrum of b vitamins
 
today is arms with abs and cardio ftw
 
Arms/abs great success

my weakest point is biceps-but they getting stronger, left one is a little smaller than right one- so i did more werk with the left one
 
Um, hell yeah! Why not? Legal is the way to go. NO ONE can bust me for my use. I could shoot up in the front yard. Also a good way to protect your family.

nice log . idk how but wit my luck i always follow a random log thats not even that good and ALWAYS find the good ones later....anyway, npp + mast sounds great. mast in my head on its own sounds great. i saw that pic on first page, looking real think. and id say your 14% TOPS. you can easily cut 2% and gain another 5lbs of muscle + hit ur weak spots (i believe left bicep) while on this cycle. have fun bro!
 
Yeah NPP+ masterone is my favorite of all time excellent recomp- and it continues in one way or another- soon i will be on Doctor prescribed HRT- IE: Nandrolone, Testosterone, Anadrol, and Anavar will be my only accessable compounds- and expensive- but its legal so there

some dairy- milk for its casein (a brotha broke right now)

only source of carbs- fruits (apples, oranges etc) and milk

yeah it was- i dont really press myself TOO hard when i do dumbells- i tend to focus more on ROM and TUT than raw weight
 
i could have easily gone to 115 lbs dumbell presses and probly 85lbs incline dumbell press- but as i stated i tend to shoot for ROM and TUT > weight with dumbells

for being on so many different aas/ and your age and size, your lifts should be bigger (dont ever sacrafice form... not telling you to do that)

i understand bodybuilding isnt all about big weights.... but for hypertrophy, you shouldnt even pick up a weight under 70% of your max



tbh, id like to see you go for a bit more volume, with bigger weights... personally, i think you would see much better gains-


NOTE: i know i can sometimes come off as an assh0le, or a dbag.... but i am honestly trying to be as nice as i can while giving you this advice....
 
I don't think you're alone in thinking that... I know I do. I've also always been confused by how much he weighs. I'd say I'm about the same size/height as him, maybe I'm slightly more muscular but he has better abs so its up in the air, but he is allegedly 50 lbs heavier than me.

i agree with taking it a little easier on dumbells if your just transitioning from barbell - db...

to be honest i think you have a little more strength in you than these weights your posting up

try this:

if you can get 120lb dbs up for 8-10 reps,

warm up with 40s, then 70x10 (another warmup)

and jump right into
95sx10
100x10
115x8-10 or lower reps- these are the kinds of weights you should be holding


if you are working out with weights that you can easily get 15+ reps with, simply put... you are NOT going heavy enough... whether youre a bodybuilder or powerlifter, you shouldnt be using these light weights for anything but a deload... (or warm up, unless you are doing a high volume program such as german volume training)





dont think what im saying is "go as big as possible all the time, no matter what your form looks like"

what im really trying to say is "You arent even tapping into 1/2 of the strength you have..... step it the fock up"

anyone can bulk up to 250... doesnt mean any of it is muscle

schwell prob has about the same amount of muscle on his frame as i do, if you cut off the extra meat hes carryin around id say if he got down to 10% hed be around 200-210

and im about 200-205 8-10%bf maybe less who knows

Ok 40 lbs heavier than me. I'm 188 this morning and I still don't think you're 40 lbs heavier than me. 230 is ****ing huge at 6 foot tall. I was 235-240 when I was 17, squatted 605. Quads were so big I had to wear 38s... I know what being that big looks/feels like.

today is back day(weighed in at 227 this morning) with arms too and some cardio
 
update

back /arms day

i will list highlights and rough outline of workout

pulups(bw) super set with decline skull crushers(I added 20lbs to my working set of skull crushers, i will be adding 10lbs to pullups next week)
tbar row super set with rope puldowns(I added 20 lbs to my tbar rows)
seated close grip rows super set with cgbp(i added 10lbs to my seated close grips)
underhand pulldowns superset with dumbell curls(added 10 lbs to underhand puldowns, and 10 lbs to dumbell curls)
spider curls super set with forarms

cardio for 20 minutes
 
some of schwell's weight may come from his legs. his legs are massive compared to the rest of his body. since legs are half of your body's muscle mass, maybe that would explain some of the weight. I am only 5'6" so i have no relative idea of what you guys are talking about. schwell, post a pic of your legs... i'm curious as to what these guys think.

good point my legs do grow much faster- and are my strength my 1rm is 515 as of now i havent maxed lately i may try to bump it to 530 next week

I think you have to allow about 10 lbs for every inch of height. So someone who's 5'6" and weighs 165 lbs would be comparable to someone who is 5'8" and 185 lbs, I believe. Of course you still have body fat %, so not everyone is gonna look the same even if they weigh the same.

dont do that...

youre not doing enough volume to be able to afford a carb load day.... if you wanna be lean you need more sets/reps with heavier weight with less "carb load" days


IMO, you need no pizza... its not a healthy food choice... believe me i love it myself, and i enjoy a gluten free pizza maybe once a month if im bulking.... but on a cut? i wouldnt dare
