I am still alive, just took the weekend for myself. I ate decently this weekend, I still relaxed but nothing like I had been doing. I was noticeably leaner Saturday morning. Interestingly enough Jeff, (onlychevy6) came to the house just after I had my shake, and then we ate hamburgers and I had some graham crackers with pumpkin spice dip. Well about 2-3 hours into the visit Jeff asks me how did I get so big all the sudden. Of course I was like what do you mean, and he was all man you blew up just in the couple hours I have been here. I told him yep that is the power of food. Getting a food pump is pretty much the norm with me on Lean Gains.

Well by the end of yesterday I was definitely full and had a pretty big weekend of eating compared to what was intended but still better than the last few weekends. I really think that over the next week I should be able to pull out a good bit of leaning up and come in very impressive for the end of the run. I will do a body fat test and some final pics at the end of this. Just want to display the changes all at once to see if they are even more noticeable. I have a feeling I should be able to make some good progress between now and then. Seems the increased dose is having some effect.

I am about to go outside and do my walk at lunch, should be good to get outside and sweat a little. I always feel better after that. Tomorrow is another leg day, woohoo, just need to figure out if I am going to go up in weight again or slow my res down some more. I think the weight is plenty heavy right now to cause growth so will probably just slow the reps down a bit.

Saturday's workout was just an arm day. Nothing special of course Arm workouts are never anything special to me but I had one hell of a pump when I was done.

He is not joking either. When I saw him he just looked lean but a few hours later I noticed he looked fuller and I was amazed. It was as if he just came in the house from working out that is how swollen he was.

Good sh!t brother very proud of you. Or should I say jealous. Lol

Thanks Jeff, you were looking quite a bit better yourself. I know the scale has not went down as much in the past few weeks as you wanted but the amount of muscle you are carrying is obviously more than you had before. I even saw the outline of your triceps and you didn't have any discernable tone before. Keep on killing it Jeff progress is coming quickly for you even if you are'nt sure how much I am sure it is quick by what I am seeing from you visiting every couple of weeks it is obvious to me and JoAnn.

He just sent me an email saying here it is "AL doing 13 plates for 13 reps" and there was no attachment and I was like "Come-on WTF!!!" I swear I'm trying, if it was in my hands it would be posted immediately, why I hate relying on other people, never as important to them as it is to you!!!
 
Of course not but at the same time we aren't in a big hurry here. I mean I am sure you are excited to see me bow down but other than that no real hurry.
 
I just got back from doing my walk at lunch. We have mirrored doors on the inside of our elevators and my abs looked pretty damn good in the elevator on the way up here. The horizontal lines are definitely deeper looking and the line down the center is pretty deep between the top two and getting more pronounced in the second row, another couple lbs and I will make the transition from lean to ripped.

So far I am very happy with the results of just cleaning up my weekends a bit.
 
Good stuff Kleen! I know what you mean somewhat on filling up and getting those nice Lean gains food pumps. On them days especially where I extend my fast, for the time preceding breaking my fast I will look at myself and be like "damn I just look deflated and small right now", but then I go have the big a$$ meal with a moderate amount of carbs and come back a couple hours later and look like a different person to myself. For awhile I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me, but after you basicly describe what I've been experiencing then I relate and am very happy I have the answer to that phenomenon :D

Oh yeah it is definitely not your imagination. It is the result of fasted muscles hoovering up glycogen, other nutrients in the blood and water filling them up like hard water balloons. Veins pop out after every fast breaking meal even if very carb restricted. I have felt my shirt tighten up around my arms and shoulders within an hour of eating a decent amount of carbs on more than one occasion. Just think about it that extra 2-3 lbs you wake up with is normally all inside the muscle belly not under your skin. It is only when you have reached saturation that you will start to hold water. Interestingly enough that can also be an indicator of when you should stop with carb intake. The signal to increase fat storing takes place when the muscles are already saturated with glycogen. The glycogen is then easily converted into fat. If you notice much water coming on and you continue to consume the carbs you will indeed add some fat as well. Of course if you may spill over prematurely if your carb up consists of a lot of salty foods.

I am using a sled, have not seen the one you use to know if it just like it, but it is not like the one Chris uses, I am familiar with the one he uses and it is nice, wish my gym had one, they are very smooth, easier on the joints in my opinion and just all around a smoother lift! Still waiting on that email, I will see him again in the morning and he better be ready to send it to my email from his phone right then and there or he no Train with me...!!!

Im getting a nice pump in my gut when I shovel in 1,500+ cals haha. I honestly havent noticed the food pump yet, but Ill be more observant when I eat today. I do notice some serious changes happening which is pretty awesome for being a week and a half in. Ive been progressively pushing back my break and it seems to be working better for me, I enjoy the empty feeling all day and it keeps me feeling light and definitely more vascular.

So this morning things are looking good. I was not really feeling like working out but once I got started doing the damn thang it ended up being a great workout even though I never really felt "into it".

Today I moved my legs in a little closer on the platform to see how it felt and it shortened the ROM some but still stimulated the quads rather well.

Leg Press - 6 plates, 12 plates, 20 plates +10 lbs, 20 plates +20 lbs, over all increase of 20 lbs since last lift. Was a little easier this time but the last one of the final work set let me know that it was a heavy weight.

Squats Widow Maker - 135x12, 255x20 - PR! , 10 pounds heavier than my last attempt at a widow maker and the most I have ever done for a widow maker as well so several weeks in now and still gaining strength and setting some PR's.

I got up late and didn't have time for anything else but calfs were the ony thing I missed and I don't need any work on them anyway.

I started my last bottle of 1-Andro today and thought I should give a nice synopsis of how things are going at the higher doses. I have to admit there is not anything I "feel" with the increase other than some lethargy. However the strength is coming on moreso. Also my libido seems to be getting higher in occasional bursts but for the most part I don't have much of one right now. As far as my physique goes, I am definitely leaner than when I started and way about a pound more right now. I am expecting to be even leaner by the end of this and hopefully still up a pound. If I can lean up nicely without dropping any LBM then I give this run a very positive mark considering I just came off a progestin that added a decent amount of lean body mass to my frame, gaining much more while leaning up was / is unlikely and yet it looks like I am going to end up doing just that. Strength gains are obvious on this, although the feel has not been overly androgenic the increase in strength has been consistent and impressive. I would really love to run this at 800mg for about 6 weeks and see what it can do when run fresh instead of at the end of a bridge. Right now I am impressed with this run for what it is and I think I should actually be able to recovery pretty well from it as far as the HPTA goes. I am shut down but not real hard, enough to feel a difference though.

OK, so the problem he seems to be having is that when he filmed the video (supposedly in HD) it is too big of a file and cannot send it via email, so I suggested that he use his hard wire and connect his phone to his computer, download/transfer the file over to his computer and then email it to me, well he left the gym at 9:30am and it is 12:00 Noon here and still no video in my inbox! I hate this, it is making me look like a liar, if it doesn't come through, my next heavy leg session will be this coming Monday morning and I'll just have someone else film it with my phone (not HD) and I'm sure it will be plenty good enough to see the # of plates and how deep I'm going, I done videos before and they are plenty good enough to at least prove my point, LoL! Sorry about all this BS guys!

Good synopsis Bro, I'm just a little surprised about the shut-down, I mean aren't you taking the PURE TEST now, or are you waiting to do it with your PCT? If you are taking the PURE TEST now, then this is very strange, if you are waiting, then it is understandable! My last run a year ago when I did the 6 weeks of 1-ANDRO immediately followed by 6 wks of EPI-V, I was extremely shut down, the PCT definitely did its job to block the estrogen and protect my vital organs, but was not dosed high enough to keep my Labido from shutting down, which is why I always suggest the PCT & PURE TEST together for these big runs!
 
I stopped the FREE TEST temporarily. I just feel it may be better used in the PCT. I was not noticing too much from it at about 10 days in. That with the fact I have not seen any proof that it works to keep testosterone higher on cycle. I figure since I am this far along running the DAA now may just be a waste and I might as well use it during the PCT where I know for sure it works well. Seems taking it while increasing the 1-Andro dose would probably waste it to me.

I don't agree completely, as in I don't think it is a waste, but, with estrogen conversion it is quite possible you are right! I do agree it is extremely effective off-cycle like when taking your PCT, for shizzle!!!

I think you need an on-cycle AI if you are taking DAA, not only will any test increase increase estrogen BUT you have to also consider there will be a noticeable prolactin increase as well that will need to be dealt with or libido will drop. Whether or not you experience the signs of E2 going up or prolactin for that matter are individual specific but it is safe to assume them will happen with taking DAA on cycle.

I would love to know for sure but since I do not I figured I might as well use it during my PCT where I know it will work. Not saying I think it would be wasted but it COULD be a waste and not sure I am in a position monetarily to take that chance when I can hold off and use it later during PCT.
 
You are 100% right my friend we do not have proof either way, so better safe (as in not wasting it) than sorry!

i think pct black will have you covered on free test, just my opinion. besides imo adding something to increase free test when test level is low is a waste, best to add something like divanill at stat of 2nd week or even day 10 of pct-again this is just my opinion.

FYI, right after that set I did a set with 14 plates on each side, but semi-assisted at the bottom the whole way for 10 reps! Your call bro!

Hell yes. That was deep enough. That's about how far i go. Well take that back I have a gut in the way so maybe a tad shorter but under normal workout that's how far I used go. We have similar leg press machines I think ours is a Hammer Strength. Nice Job. :clap2: :banana:

I appreciate that, but I'm not sure if it is deep enough for Chris and the fact that I had my arms down to help me stop it from crushing my ribs so bad, I still say it is up to Chris from here!

Honestly, I always judge if it's deep enough by how far the stoppers on the bottom of the sled go. If the stopper passes the last safety stop (the handles you turn), then that's deep enough though you could go deeper. If the stopper doesn't go past the last safety stop controlled by the handles, it's not deep enough. Just my unbiased and honest opinion, at least how I measure myself.

The last 5 or 6 were deeper than the first ones...you can see in increase in ROM...they're deep enough for sure..all of them especially the ones at the end..

I was looking not too much on the free test increasing products, and I am of the opinion when serum test is low you want as much of it as possible to be free and useable.

In all honesty, the first half of the reps were a tiny bit short for my taste but right about the 7th rep you increased your range of motion. I am honestly having a problem deciding. I am pretty inclined to say that it was a success even though for me personally I probably would not have counted some of them as full reps. Then again, we have a huge difference in ROM, I went back and looked and I have about 6 more inches of travel to my ROM than you do, and knowing mine are really deep it is hard to look at mine and compare the two. The differences are pretty much apples to oranges when it comes to that. I would say that since others have said it was deep enough and my depth is excessive that yours were fine. Your hips and knees both went to a 90 degree angle and I think we can all agree that parallel is the measure of a squat so with that in mind you indeed succeeded. On top of that I think I need to shorten my ROM now that I am getting into the higher weights. Unfortunately I don't think I have anywhere I can load 26 plates on a machine to challenge that. I will have to look and see what I can get on that machine. I imagine if I shorten my ROM up I may have a SMALL chance of getting that. However for now you can expect to see the video of me kneeling to you put up within a day or two.

Man that machine looks nice, like it has some great movement for a sled. They definitely didn't skimp when they bought that one is it as nice and smooth as it looks for a sled?
