Yeah I relized after a day that I was overly tired and slept an extra couple hours that motivate allowed me to push harder than I would have if I wouldn't taken it. At least that is my analysis

Way to be methodical about the recovery on the shoulder. I completely understand the work you are putting in to avoid a surgery. Hopefully with all this rest and what not you will be able to get it under control. So are you keeing the abs intact since you can't really focus on anything besides legs? Are you doing any isolated arm movements? Stuff you can take the shoulder joint out of the move or just staying completely away from all that is upper body?

Do you still or did you ever do the exercise DC put out for the shoulders to help aid in recovery? I use it when my shoulder tweaks a little and it always helps me get it under control. I should just use it all the time would make more sense. LOL

Yeah the overhead broomstick one. It really seems to help me a lot.

Vacuums are awesome for keeping the waistline cinched in and looking small. Some of the isolation stuff can add a little variety but you are right you probably won't lose much and muscle memory goes a very long way especially for those like us who have no issue retaining weight.

Went to 7th session of ART. Still taking off upper body and keeping the diet rolling. Right now 250-300 protein, 200-275 carbs, 25-50 fat, depends on the dat. Its a bit lower than normal since I am not weight training hardly

He recommended I start lifting lightly again and I refused. I think it is best i wait and take my time while I am getting ART.

Yeah I think Ill start tomorrow

Today was my eight session My ART therapist says its a good idea to start off lighting and keep going up in weight, if it hurts back off. He said my rotator cuff is really strong and he sees no reason why I wont progress very normally

I go back in two weeks to see how everything is progressing

Diet -about the same as now about 2,500 calories 300 protein(including bcaa's) 250 carbs , and low fat for the most part. Some days Ill up fat., as I work my way up in weights I might go higher in calories.

Weight is around 215-220 (yeah I lost a little in the upper body from not lifting for 4-5 weeks I think, plus maybe creatine and beta alanine weight) I feel the Hghpro , stoked, recoverpro really helped me keep a bit more- every bit adds up

and yes testopro is a good testosterone booster. Performs pretty wild as well for libido. I may have to buy a different kind of fleshlight in the future, the original gets boring lololol

wow the first day back felt amazing and my shoulders feel bigger

*also this is the first time since I sprained my ankle 7 weeks ago that i worked calves. i didnt completely do a full stretch at bottom just enough to work it because if I go all the way down I can feel the weakness. having said that, its has recovered well and still has a little ways to go.

*not going heavy just enough to stimulate the muscles a little from not lifting *

That is how they make them look so thick they press the back legs into the one in front so it spreads the front one out making it look much bigger. Kind of like when you used to see people acting like they were flexing their biceps and pushing the biceps up with a thumb or finger. Same concept, it makes the thigh look that much bigger, adds almost 2 inches to the thigh front to back doing that.

Had the runs bad and gi upset. Its strange because Ive taken 4 capsules before. I skipped a day two days ago then tried it again today and same thing. I havent taken glycobol in a way so it seems to be the stomach has to get used to it. Usually once Im use to it no issues

Good stuff and yeah after about 3-4 days straight of Perform I have to switch from boxers to boxer briefs, the "free movement" in boxers is just asking for a 6th grade boner experience it becomes so sensitive and ready to go.

I don't know if I will get around to making a video but if I do this weekend I will add that posing tip into it.

Good stuff and yeah after about 3-4 days straight of Perform I have to switch from boxers to boxer briefs, the "free movement" in boxers is just asking for a 6th grade boner experience it becomes so sensitive and ready to go.

I don't know if I will get around to making a video but if I do this weekend I will add that posing tip into it.
PLEASE no boxer briefs "free movement" poses LMAO!!!

Had the runs bad and gi upset. Its strange because Ive taken 4 capsules before. I skipped a day two days ago then tried it again today and same thing. I havent taken glycobol in a way so it seems to be the stomach has to get used to it. Usually once Im use to it no issues
