Yeah I relized after a day that I was overly tired and slept an extra couple hours that motivate allowed me to push harder than I would have if I wouldn't taken it. At least that is my analysisI think motivate is my favorite stim product now. It lasts and is very smooth...
Yeah I am doing vaccums which seem to help a good bit and watching diet.Way to be methodical about the recovery on the shoulder. I completely understand the work you are putting in to avoid a surgery. Hopefully with all this rest and what not you will be able to get it under control. So are you keeing the abs intact since you can't really focus on anything besides legs? Are you doing any isolated arm movements? Stuff you can take the shoulder joint out of the move or just staying completely away from all that is upper body?
Do you still or did you ever do the exercise DC put out for the shoulders to help aid in recovery? I use it when my shoulder tweaks a little and it always helps me get it under control. I should just use it all the time would make more sense. LOL

really I am only doing legs. I tried an isolated biceps and triceps machine last week and may do that again this week, and also hit forearms. Not that worried about losing muscle because I tend to hold it well like yourself.

Diet is still on point and I am keeping lean 2,500 calories on average. It may go up next week when i start lifting again. , ive added more fish in and I seem to respond well to fish, less calories due to the low fat content.

I am holding off on adding testopro in for now. Once I get in full swing I ll be taking more AI Sports Nutrition's products. I am going really slow and not many any big jumps in weights. like 5 lbs increase every week.
First Nice workout. Second the bolded part, with the size of you rlegs I can't imagine you not having good hamstrings. When you do your shots do you step into the pose and use the groin muscle of the leg away from the camera or crowd to push in against the front leg to mash the hamstring flat? That is how they make them look so thick they press the back legs into the one in front so it spreads the front one out making it look much bigger. Kind of like when you used to see people acting like they were flexing their biceps and pushing the biceps up with a thumb or finger. PLEASE no boxer briefs "free movement" poses LMAO!!!Good stuff and yeah after about 3-4 days straight of Perform I have to switch from boxers to boxer briefs, the "free movement" in boxers is just asking for a 6th grade boner experience it becomes so sensitive and ready to go.
I don't know if I will get around to making a video but if I do this weekend I will add that posing tip into it.

Had the runs bad and gi upset. Its strange because Ive taken 4 capsules before. I skipped a day two days ago then tried it again today and same thing. I havent taken glycobol in a way so it seems to be the stomach has to get used to it. Usually once Im use to it no issues
