Considering that I do 36 sprays twice a day and a bottle lasts me ~5 weeks, using 7-KE at 2 x 12 sprays daily, a bottle will last you ~15 weeks!

I find I get better effects at a higher dosage, but that's just me. You might also find that the effects kick in faster, but that's an individual thing, and 12 sprays twice daily is enough for most.

I did a 6 weeker and been off for 3 weeks due to pct, can i jump back on 7-ke after week 4 or wait a bit longer?

Got my stuff in this morning, dries so quick, success!

Just wondering, would it be any help to add some DMSO to the solution for better permeability?

i am a big fan of dmso-but don't know how it would react with the actives in 7-ke. dr.d once said that adding a little minoxidil [rogaine] to td's also helps absorbtion. i would like to hear what eric has to say.

Not yet, been wanting to just too many other purchases lately. Looks awesome though, I've compared formulas and servings and Taurus is the best IMO. I may have to get some for a possible natty stack to recomp after my recent bulk.

I don't understand why if a product is so good they only do limited runs? If this stuff is so good, I would think it being a best seller, they should keep it going. Makes sense right? then why discontinue it?

Larry, there are so many threads yes, and I manage to keep track of almost all of them. Check the Taurus Nutrition subforum or one of the Taurus Nutrition 7-KE promotion threads - it is in one of them (I remember, because there was a huge :wtf: when we announced the last run of 7-KE). But, really comes down to what I said briefly here - no need to go into too much more detail, IMO.

As far as your issue, supplements are NOT the answer, IMO. Re fat loss, in your current state, the best thing you can do is to get your NUTRITION AND TRAINING sorted, honestly, using on the basic staples (and anything if you have prescribed medication) until you are at least in the mid teens re body composition.

I recommend that you read some of the comments I just made in post #2 in Invalid Link Removed (HCG comments excluded, because they are not relevant to you).

If you want to lose the fat, then you can and will if you're determined and consistent enough. All the best.

Just got my two bottles today.
Waist is 38"+
bmi=35

I really hope this works on VAT as I've have a hard time of it losing the belly since my second daughter was born. I'm a guy with sympathy weight. My blood pressue is high and losing the VAT would be the best thing for me.
 
I have got to try this. Of the 3 main 7-keto topicals out there, this one seems like the best deal and intersts me the most...

All the best! Just noting also not to pay too much attention to BMI unless you are sedentary, since it's pretty irrelevant for anyone not sedentary. Losing weight (and fat, but more the weight) will definitely help decrease blood pressure - so will exercising, adjusting your nutrition ideal for it, stress management, etc.

I'll be honest bro... Im not huge on fat burners and such...and reduction products, ive really never had a problem in that area.. but 7-KE is for sure the bomb sizzle!.. i bought a bottle of Lipo burn from LG Sciences and runnign it along wiht this and im blown away with results thus far. My dumb ass should of stocked up on the LB when i repped for LG.

and now i see LG is doing a revamped Lipoburn now!!!! im an idiot! hahaha
