Obliterating fat deposits with ECA,SHIFT,7-KETO

Yeah, I have been tempted to cheat every weekend when my wife gets to eat everything she wants :D I almost bought a Dark Chcolate bar to munch on but I threw it away just before the shop attendant was about to cash it. :lol: Got some strange looks then!

I was thinking of bridging the Ephedrine with 1,3Dimeth and taper off slowly during the last 3weeks just to avoid any major stim crash. Even though it feels like I have crashed already while on the stims :11:

Ya it does sound like you have crashed from the stim, I def feel 1'3dime makes you crash less, I don't find it heats my body up and makes me worn out like Ephendrine, but I really wanna get off stims after this break, if ultima wasn't so $$ I'd give that a try lol.

I hear they are bring Vat Attack back, that was an amazing fat burner, I wanna try stacking that and shift, I think that plus a good diet would give some nice results.

The reviews on Ultima are great, although I'm gonna go with Focus XT after this cut. Too bad it has caffeine in it but I figured wth :) It's just caffeine :p

I've been wanting to try Focus XT as well, I may just give that a shot after my 6 week break and then maybe give stims up :lol:


How about I mix some focus xt into some ultima and call if stim free :lmao:
 
I dose my eca about the same way you do CC. I do 25 mg of E twice a day in split doses about 6 hours apart. Yesterday however, I decided to go up in dose and took 37 mg of E for each of my split doses. My C is always about 200 mg. The funny thing is that after my last ECA dose in the afternoon (no carb day at that point), I went and took a nap! The bad thing was that I started getting a nasty headache that wouldn't go away. I suspect it to be my BP so I checked it and sure enough, it was high. I went back down to 25 mg e today! Low carbs also play a role in that, since it is our body's primary fuel source. Hopefully your energy levels start picking up. BTW, under 2k cals is VERY low. I drop weight fast at 2k and have to supplement with a lot of BCAA's to keep from losing muscle mass.
 
Try using some nootropics with you need more focus.

Pre workout if any focus is needed pre, PWO after lighter sessions to recover SNC.

Simple L tyrosine + DMAE make a huge diference.

Try added in a Non weight lifting day some BW exercises and at the end add the Neuro drink and see what happens ;)

Yeah, recently I have been able to take naps after dosing my ECA too :11: No headaches though.. Yeah low carbs make a difference to say the least. And I do think test levels drop while on a cal deficit, correct?!
I take BCAA's every 4hours :D +added Leucine in my protein shakes :thumbsup:

DAY 47, 48 & 49

Well as crap is I felt I decided to give my body a couple of days rest. Took Friday + the weekend off and rested. Did absolutely nothing that was stressful, just decided to take things slowly.

I took a lot of naps during the weekend though :lol:
 
Day 50

Finally my energy is back up somewhat so I decided to hit the gym for some cardio after work. Did 30minutes on the treadmill. Ran a little over 4km in 25minutes. Felt pretty drained after that, but I manage to push myself over to the stationary bike for an added 5minutes of cycling.

Felt good afterwards even though I was exhausted. Feeling eager to hit the gym on Tuesday :thumbsup: Gonna have to trash my chest & shoulders like never before :D

I started feeling that drained feeling last week, I had 1 carb up day sunday and today felt amazing and still down half a pound. I think I'm gonna add 1 carb up day a week while cutting, not over amount of carbs, but decent:)

Well I was away over the weekend so yes I did have some carbs :p
Might be the reason for sure ;) Didn't pig out though :D

I carb up day / week is what I'll be doing after 2 weeks throughout the summer for 2 months. When September hits it's cycle time :thumbsup:

Or twice...Or every other day, LOL...Yes, it does. Calorie cycling is definitely the best nutritional method for fat loss, IMO.

Yeah, I'm doing it now and have found it to be effective but tough to stick to. Worth it when you can stay motivated to stay on it.

Very true, I used to stick to this in my earlier years, but since I need to bulk up I got side tracked from it and now I am slowly trying to ease into it again :)

After this week I thought about having one carb-up day/week for the remaining 2 weeks.

I also threw in some DAA yesterday evening when it arrived, and to my surprise libido was raging this
morning :wow::11: For those that fell off the wagon regarding my supplement regime, as I changed it a lot,
here it is again;

Week 1-8
ECA 2caps/day
SHIFT 5caps/day
7-Keto 200mg/day (w.1-4), 400mg (w.5-8)

Week 5-8
TTA-500 4caps/day

Week 7-10
6-bromo 50mg/day

Focus XT
X-Pel, Shedding water ;)

DAY 51

Aaaaah, it felt great to hit chest and back again :yup:
Felt eager to hit the gym once I got home from work. Dosed my regular pre workout and was on my way.

  • Military Bench Presses: 210 x 8, 210 x 7, 210 x 6
  • Incline DB Presses: 80's x 8, 80's x 8, 80's x 8
  • Flat Flyes: 55's x 8, 55's x 8, 55's x 8
  • Pull-Ups: BW+35 x 8, BW+35 x 8, BW+35 x 7
  • Seated Wide Grip Row: 175 x 8, 175 x 8, 175 x 8
  • Seated Close Grip Row: 175 x 8, 175 x 8, 175 x 8

Decided to try seated rows instead of bent over rows and I can say it hit my back pretty good. Gotta up the weights next time as it felt a little easy doing 8reps with those weights :p

The sad part is I got a splitting headache during the evening. Out of nowhere it hit me :( Hit the bed early to get enough rest.

Still got that splitting headache today. It comes and goes but it is very annoying. I had to take the day off and rest, cuz it was driving me crazy :blink:

Hopefully it is over by Thursday so I'll be able to trash my legs and shoulders again. Looking forward to shoulders especially :p

I am lucky I don't suffer from migraines, but I do get them once in a while when hitting the gym very hard. Especially while on cycle :D

I get that blurred vision followed by a brutal pounding headache, and the worst part is the 2 days after that when I can still feel I had it :tragedy:
 
Check your BP when you get those headaches CC. I had those as mentioned before, with higher evening ECA dosing.

Yeah, I'll have to do that. I have gone down to 1cap ECA in the morning during this week as it will be my last (8th) week on ECA. Gonna start Focus XT next week to taper off the stims ;)

I never used to get them. Only since late 2004 - guess that it is a long time now, though...
Headaches/Migraines are the worst imo.. I'd rather have stomach ache than headache :fingersx:
When I get headaches I take taurine.
I just ran out of taurine :( Maybe that is the cause to this :think:

Have you tried if neck/traps massage would help with that headache? Hopefully it gets better, I know how annoying it can be..

I'd have to agree with Rosie and David. Taurine did nothing for me yesterday :( Just have to let it be and not think about it too much. (Might be stim withdrawal though, I dosed my first scoop of Focus XT yesterday and I was in the ZONE :blink: No headache the rest of the evening, but it is back this morning :tragedy:)

Taurine is great for muscle cramps but I've never had it do anything for headaches (for me personally). I still think you should check your BP when it happens. It would at least narrow it down if nothing else. If that's a little high then you can take some hawthorne berry extract or Cycle Assist and that will help. Just an idea...!

Sorry for being MIA for a couple of days. Have had much on my mind and feeling generally down the last few days.

I started carb cycling a few days back and my energy and motivation is through the roof again. Also took the last few days off from the gym cuz I was feeling overtrained..

I will finish this cut by the end of this week and give a full detailed final review of everything, along with fresh pictures ;)

Hope everyone isn't too disappointed in me :p

Sounds like you need some Picamilon or Phenibut! :D I find it harder with no carbs as well and have had better success when cycling them instead of cutting them out altogether.

Final Review:

First of all I’d like to thank everyone that was following along! Thanks for the support everyone! :)

The drop in cals was the hardest part in my opinion. The last 3-4 weeks I was feeling very tired and unmotivated all the time, even though I took a bunch of stims. :(

The ECA took a toll on my CNS I think. So I was glad when I stopped taking it. My appetite was gone during this time so I didn’t feel any hunger, or at least very little. Irritation was noticeable and I snapped at small things all the time. I felt frustrated all the time during the last weeks. :rant:

Shift was a very nice addition to the ECA. The thermo effect was nice, and the fact that it donät act as a stimulant on your CNS makes it perfect for pre-bed dosing. I really liked dosing 2caps pre bed and waking up feeling leaner and leaner every morning. Once I got used to it after about 2-3weeks I didn’t notice much from the thermo effect, but the leaning effect was pleasant and continued throughout my whole 8 weeks. :thumbsup:

7-Keto was also a very interesting product. It certainly preserved my muscle mass during the cut. My strength is almost the same as when I started and I am leaner. Can’t complain about that.
The dosing at 200mg was good, but I felt 400mg was much better in terms of preserving strength and leaning out. Might be it lost it’s effectiveness after 4 weeks at 200mg..:dunno:

I also added in 6-bromo at the end at 50mg pre bed. My libido that was crushed at the final weeks of cutting suddenly was revived! This was my first time using 6-bromo and I really think a low dose is great for lowering estrogen ang boosting libido and test. I felt like a teenager again. :hump:

After the 8 weeks when I came off the stims, I added in Focus XT as my CNS stimulant, milder than E, but it certainly got me focused for the gym! A small transition off the stims and bridging off with Focus XT kept me from total crash once I was off the E, so I am very happy about that! :head:

So, lets move on to the statistics and measurements, everybody’s favourite part! :D

Starting stats:
Waist: 36.2inches (92cm)
Weight: 210lbs
(These will be my only measurements. Dunno my exact BF% but maybe some guys can guestimate?! I'd appreciate it. (According to my calculations it is ~15%))

Ending stats:
Waist:33.07inches (84cm) -3.13 inches!!
Weight: 196lbs -14lbs!!
(According to the same calculator my BF% is around 9% so as an indication I have lost some BF at least!) -6% BF!! (Not totally accurate, but somewhere near that number at least if you can rely on the calculator..)

It seems like this cut was definitely worth it :) Good progress.. Damn, you are over 30lbs heavier than me but your waist is smaller than mine :D

Your chest looks huge especially in those before pics, no wonder that you're doing so well at military bench :)

D'OH, I have to spread some reputation before repping you :(
