So I think Thor is worth watching. A little cheesy with the love interest but playing to the masses. If you dont mind paying $10 for a movie ticket Id say go see it.

Lower back and left hamstring felt off. Hamstring felt like it was tight. Decided not to push it. Woke up today and my back especially my lower back is real sore. Was going to do legs but plan on holding off on them. Will do a miscellaneous workout today. Thinking arms(they dont get sore) and calves plus some seated DB cleans.

Leg volume isnt for me. Atleast not till I seriously build up my cardio. Going to do DC style leg workouts. Taking today off and hitting them sometime tomorrow. Have to take my dad to have surgery and grocery shop.

A friend of mine came over to buy some supps off me today. Was sad to see them go, but it was nice to get $230 for them :sgrin: It will go to a good cause. Might pick up a game and will have gym money locked away for a while. Plus need to get some kind of present for my friends' wedding.

Thinking I might cycle up again around mid June. Have a few drinking occasions ahead of me. Friend's bachelor party, maybe the wedding, and one of my best friends is finally turning 21(this will be an epic night lol). After that back on sober street.

Ya and tonight is not much better. Im going to pick my sister up from a sleep study tomorrow at 5:45am. I havent slept so far so I figure I will probably just stay up again.

Ended up reading something below my reading level(yes that can actually happen lol). I picked it up from the book store because it was $4. It was about a teenager who is learning to be a boxer. A kid from his school commits suicide because he was on STEROIDS :11: lol. Basically he doesnt believe it because the kid wasnt into sports or anything so him and his friends look into it. Basically the principal and some woman(he was having an affair with) who was running for governor were running an illegal scheme using kids to get rich. The boy who "killed himself" found out and the principal killed him. Oh ya and the principal was taking roids and giving them to the football team which he used to intimidate students.

I saw it had to deal with teenagers and roids and I knew I needed a good laugh. It definitely provided it in a way.

Ya I wont complain about having some money. Need to think of something to get my friend and his future wife. Plus got to bring a little something to drink to the bachelor party.

Ended up going to the FC today and did arms. Honestly had quite a good workout

Worked out at the gym today. Kind of worked out with my friend Matt. Did not use Wyked today. Friday I went and got C4 by Cellucor. Got 2 bottles for $42 so it was hard to say no. I really liked creatine nitrate with Mesomorph so it was worth a shot.

Workout

4 sets of leg press

4 sets of seated leg curls

3 sets of squats

4 sets of leg extensions

Legs were PUMPED today. Even noticed some extra seperation in my calfs today. Hamstring seem to be getting more solid while quads feel like they are getting bigger. Overall I look leaner in a good way.

4 sets upright rows superset with behind the back upright rows(?)

2 sets of seated DB cleans

Mixed in there were 4-5 sets of both seated and standing calf raise.

Tomorrow I am going to go help my sister with her workout. Pretty sure her form could be better. Should just be minor adjustments and help with exercise selection.

last movie my wife and i went to was titanic......it sucked so bad we haven't gone since!!!


i take the grandkids though-i highly recommend yogi bear!!!!

Yeah, they have free or $1 movies for kids during the summer out here. My wife takes our son there for that; I think that's all we'll stick to!

Just woke up. Had passed out for a few good hours. My body especially my chest is sore. Worked out with my friend Mario today. He hasnt been lifting so I can only imagine how he is going to feel.

For bench and incline we did 20, 10, 5, 3 and then 5 sets of 1.
Then we used a pec deck machine focusing on the top squeeze.
Supersetted a seated dip machine where we could just lean forward putting all the work on chest with DB pullovers to stretch. The last set of seated dips didnt quite lock out the movement so the pressure was on the chest the whole set.
Then pull ups to 30 reps. They seem to be getting easier.
Finished with bent over rows.
When I went to go help my sister I got in 4 sets of lat pulldowns.

I might need to chill out with the supplements. Last night I had a dream about supplements. For some reason(in my dream) my friend gave me a boatload of supplements. So when I woke up I was sad it wasnt real :lmao:

Haha ya I have stuff spread out all already the house. When a friend came over to buy some prohormones he was like geez because of all the bottles I had just lying around.

I passed out before 11pm last night. Havent done that in forever. Woke up past 3am super sore. Went back to sleep at 6am. Could not get out of bed till 12pm. I am hurting lol. My chest got destroyed yesterday. Did a total of 28+ sets for chest and 8 sets plus 4 more for back. Obviously next chest/back workout back will come first.

I was kind of disappointed. My sister said she wasnt all that sore today. Oh ya and deadlifts must be in our genetic make up. She is probably about 135-140 pounds and did 135 for sets of like 7 reps. She doesnt really do them and her form could use work too so definitely not bad.

I cleaned my pharmacy up and have it packaged mostly away in a bin in the closet lol. Now I only have 2 tubs of protein on the counter, some intra/pre-workout stuff in a cabinet and another cabinet is just vitamins and stuff that I either use daily or stuff that I'm more likely to use from time to time. I look a little less like a junkie...until they find my bin lol

So of course when I decide to leave the fitness center it actually starts having some decent looking females in there. Nothing to :32: over but enough to make you :veryhappy: Oh well I cant put up with that place. I was getting pissed off just helping my sister. Couldnt imagine if people were negatively affecting my workout.

I just do them light to help prevent injury. Most I have used is 20
I think. Yesterday only used 10 pounds. It was after my whole workout so didnt need much especially right after snatches.

Only had about an hour but got a lot in. Legs were feeling it later. Felt like they were going to lock up on me at times.

Later went to a pizza place that had karoke with some friends. This girl had one of those stun guns that look like a pink cell phone. Been wanting to try one for a while. I now have marks along both my arms and on my neck lol. Didnt think it would be strong but damn it was so weak.

Last day of helping my sister at the fitness center for a little while. I will admit I am going to miss it. Some how while I was away they imported hot girls. If it wasnt for the stupid fan and shitty equipment I could see myself being tempted to go back. Oh well I will stay at the dungeon where the females are few and often times fugly.

Well lately when I have been going no one has been there. There is one guy at the gym I wouldnt mind beating with a DB. Sometimes you just dont like people and he is def somebody I just dont like.

Felt good to pull 600 again. Going to make it a habit again. Start my back and chest workouts with back. Really killed chest on monday, but damn we both moved more weight on flat and incline today. After the workout went over to Mario's to eat. Ribeye steak, mashed potatoes, corn, and beans so damn good :32:

Thanks man it is a nice start. I think I will do back first from now on. Seemed to really work well today. Was so hungry since I hadnt ate for 21 hours at that point lol. Yup baked beans. Didnt have too many since they were added last and I was stuffed.

Idk it is definitely a possibility. I really want to drop some weight and get looking right. Will be harder to do if Im fighting for 700. Doesnt mean I wont try.

Well turns out my friend wont be coming into town this weekend. Wish she had told me sooner but oh well. Might try to go camping with some friends tomorrow now but Idk how well that will workout.

Ya that is the way I left the movie too. I expected to really love it, but I just liked it.

Anyway I decided not to go camping. Figured I would miss 2 workouts and that wasnt acceptable especially for what was planned. Which would be drinking with no chance of getting laid.

So I was told today I have 2 dates for the wedding lol. I guess it is expected I was going to bring one :whiner:
