Well can i give a classic CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA CHOOOO CHOOOOO!!! haha this was a nice back workout that i had and I will say that the I tore it up. Super Sets just kick my ass baby haha :firedevil:

WHOA!! That was a nasty super set!! Not sure if i would do it again but haha either way it was nasty! :fool2: with that being said. Was feeling very lean in the gym and i've been tanning too!! I need to do a full body shave somethime this week!!! Going to do it lil by lil not to shock the shizzle out of my body!! haha
