The origin of the pain my friend is right above my knee. . . right where all the quad muscles insert. . in that area! as you drag your finger along your knee cap going upward, as soon as you hit soft tissue above the knee cap, is where the pain is!! :ntome: but it subsides after a couple of days. just need to make sure I am careful with lifting not to do too much cardio :grumpy:

hum, can't help you there. All of mine is the tendon part below the knee cap where most of the quad group actually attaches to the tibia. Watch that knee, don't need any set backs!

Day 12

Well I'm tired this morning due to some not so great sleep but i'm going to let the coffee and water do all the work!!! Just finishing up my eggs and oatmeal and am starting to question my diet. I going to try and bring the intensity up a bit and add for the last let since my s4 shat on me and won't be her to end of this week some time. I have added BLUE Up and will be taking 4 pills a day.
2am/2pre workout. I think this shall be good since i need the test flowing in the morning and some at night and hopefully i'll have some increase test with some s4 which will help jump start muscle fullness. :deal:

Day 13

Good MORNING MY FELLOW AM bruthers muahah!!! HAPPY BELATED MOTHERS DAY!!! :yup: I wanted to give some updates on my progress so far. . .

I have just found out last week that I have an UMBILICAL Hernia and will be getting surgery after my show. . . NO WORRIES!! No need to freak out because I already have but come to find out it is not a big deal :newangel:

S4 came last tuesday or wednesday and have been dosing a straight 75mg right off the bat!! hahah I Love s4. . . I'm even doing sublingual muhaha :fool2: the taste of burnt rubber means it's working hahah

YA the doctor was really funny when she was looking at my hernia. you could tell she was uncomfortable because she was thinking some very complimentative thoughts haha

I will be dropping the mesomorph due to the creatine nitrates in it. Time to start reducing sodium levels and anything that retains what is out. So for precautionary measures i will do so. Thanks Judgement for helping a guy out earlier this year and I will continue to use this after the show :firedevil:

Day 18 LEGS!!! WHOA!

Well everyone, I gave it hell and was in some serious shape!!!! I was beat by a spectacular looking man. I will say that it was close and he was stacked as was I but it could have gone any other way! :deal:

Alright all!!! Well All i can say is this was a blast as always!! Nice to get back into the grove of things!!! I would like to give a nice classic Big A Final Review !!! Lets break it down!!!

MesoMorph

Pump 10/10
Not much really needs to be said here!! To me MesoMorph is top notch!! The stim effect from this product is wicked and so is the pump. Allowing me to push through workouts much harder than before!!! I will say that when you are opperating at a calorie deficit level every bit counts! :deal:

Vascularity 9/10
This is a great part of this product!! I understand that i carb load prior to working out so that has something to do with it but I Vein out like a spider web baby!!! BOOOO YAAAA!!! It's a great feeling being lean and mean and having people look at you like WHOA!!!

I don't take supplements for their taste but when the do taste good it always a bonus!! A delicious sweet and sour grape flavor if i do say so myself! :32:

This products does not faulter after one hour. it stays strong for hours if you ask me. Maybe due to my sensitity to stimulants but I use to rock out stimulants like crazy :op: This product know's how to coarse throught your veins like whoa and than you can get up like wow!

Oh good ol Controlled labs!! haha they never seem to fail when it comes to great products at a great cost!!!! This was a gift from a friend of mine! Never rocked it out but I enjoy it very much!!! Lets take a look at some things i noticed!!!

Lean Mass 10/10
I will say that my lean mass stayed the same after i started rocking out the Blue Up and my diet changed very little. When opperating on a calorie deficit level and being a natural competitor this is near impossible unless you have product that works :deal: I will say that this is the real deal and helped maintain my lean mass!

Alpha Male 10/10
This effect happend hmmmm after 10 days, increase in blood flow :op: and serious alpha male!! This saved my libido in the final weeks of my show so for that i know the product works!!!
