Primordial Performance 4-week contest for FREE AndroMass!

Dam !!!! jumped the gun already into week 2 of my andro h/l cut, awesome product. If mass is as good it will have certainly worth the wait.

Believe it or not, I actually hope to place 3rd and get the Androlean. Even after this month I'll still have lots of leaning out to do. And, since I'm new to the Andro-series and all, I'd prefer something not too hard-hitting.

That's funny because I want to come in second for the androhard :)

As for the newspaper do you think i could take a piece of paper or something and write the date in HUGE letters in permanent marker so you can actually see it?

lol, will be fun to follow along to see how you guys manage this

Getting a paper is going to be hard lol. I'll just have someone save it for me when I get home from work. And I don't know how hard it's going to be to drop even more BF%, just actually do cardio now? HA

Well if by chance I managed to win I'd offer to swap with second place :)

I just did a bit of calipering and everything worked out in the same range, so surprisingly I'm at 11.5%

Awesome promo guys! This is gunn a set some awesome logs up. IMO make the three winners continue the logs with pic's! It's only fair.

Damn 5% is a lot to lose in a month and your goin to try again, its goin to be tough bro, good luck.

Yeah. I'm in the same boat. :(

I'm watching all the other logs but think it's near impossible for me to keep loosing fat at this rate... While gaining muscle as well at least. I'm down about 7% in 2 months ish.

WTH, I'll kick this off, already had pics of me posted in my stripping thread at 322 up, may as well put up some at 277.Invalid Link Removed

3 point caliper (chest, navel, thigh) totals 58 for an estimated BF% at 19% which is consistent with my results here:

Post them here for now guys, will get some more clarification tomorrow on how we will proceed.

Ready to start this challenge and hopefully win myself a bottle of Andromass!
I'm really excited to get this crap off me i tend to hold all the fat around my midsection it's annoying and i was pretty lean last year but i want to blow it out of the water and see how far i can get in 4 weeks! Cardio today was really hard but i pushed through and got it done. I really hope to inspire some people! :bigok:
About me:
Weight - 236.4Lbs
Height - 6' 4"
Body-fat Estimate Based on Site given is 15%
The stretch marks were from my initial first bulk (went from 155lbs lean to 245lbs YIKES) and i did get somewhat fat (worse than right now) but my strength has skyrocketed so far and now i have a good idea of how i'm progressing (using HIT) hopefully i can throw on some more lean bodymass while i cut down by lifting heavy.
Current diet is:
Days TRAINING: around 2500-3000 calories and 230-250grams of protein. no cardio for these days i'm taking a shot in the dark with manipulating calories on training days for possibly supporting more muscle development.
Days OFF: approx. 2000 calories or so and 150-170grams of protein along with cardio. I might add in more cardio depending on where i'm at halfway through this :D
Training is;
Wednesday:Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Thursday: OFF Cardio
Friday: Legs
Saturday: OFF Cardio
Sunday: Back/Biceps
Monday/Tuesday: OFF Cardio
I'm really dead serious about this and hopefully it shows in the next 4 weeks!
:cool2:
My goal is to increase all of my lifts and possibly gain a little bit of muscle through this cut while losing fat. I'm aiming to lose around 7-10lbs of fat which should put me right around 11% or so :D
Now for pic's

OK To begin, I am not a bodybuilder by any means. I am a guy who has been overweight his entire life and a few years ago, decided to make a lifestyle change. I felt it made more sense to utilize the minds here than on some random fad diet website and for the most part, y'all are a bit over my head when discussing clean diets, and workouts, but I am doing my best to stay afloat.

I endured some success a couple years ago going from 302 lbs to 265 lbs, however, I was assisted by SX and have not been able to maintain since my magic pills went away.

I fell off the wagon the last year or so and have unfortunately found myself back at 295 lbs as of this morning, so with that, we are going to try this competition, not really looking for supplements, just some folks to hold me accountable.

About me
Age: 38
Current Body Weight: 295 lbs.
Waist: 55 in.
Hips: 47 in.
Forearm: 13.5 in.
Wrist: 7.5 in.

Your Results

You have 34.6% body fat.

You have 101.9 Pounds of fat and 193.1 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

This BF% was calculated using the link at the beginning of this thread. My photography is crap but its the best I could do with my head behind the newspaper.

My goal for the month I will list as 15 lbs, although I will be stoked if I can get to 10 as I have had a hard time cracking the 285 mark. Had to use yesterdays paper since I only get Sunday delivered :)

Good luck to all participants.

Don't sweat it dude, like my pics are something to brag about :)

Don't worry about the pics, my pics won't be anything to drool over, either. Speaking of which, I'm in finals week right now and I won't have a newspaper and a chance to snap photos until later tonight. Is there a cutoff time?

I have pics taken sunday but forgot to take it with a news paper. WTH!!! Real bust with work this week and not sure if my girl will have a chance to take more.

Contest begins today guys so se if you can get those pics in. Good luck to all of the participants!

Welcome to the journey Easy, and the rest of the participants!

Now time to get to work:drillsergeant:

I'll have photos up shortly. I'm running #s thru a few different calulators and I'm getting widely different bofy fat percentages. I tried getting an appt for a caliper assesment, but there were to slots available for a couple of days.

I forgot to grab a newspaper from work :(

Here are my pics. Several calculators put me at 25% bodyfat, give or take a % or so. I still intend to get a professional caliper measurement done within the week.

Damn I want that Androhard lol

Best of luck to all of you! May the fat drop like tomahawk cruise missiles did on Libya! :usa2:

Did cardio this morning and DESTROYED IT! Seeing changes already from the hard work going into this! Really motivated to try and win this thing :firedevil:
Keep up the hard work guys!

I'm already hating my diet, I can't add hating doing cardio to it ;)

You know, whenever I start copping this attitude, I ask myself 2 simple questions: 1) Is this going to help you or hurt you in achieving your goals:, 2) How bad do you want it?

You have done it before Easy, doing it again ain't no big thing :bigok:

yeah, actually I plan to add cardio if losses start to stall. I'm already losing at the rate I want to without the cardio, just using a combination of pea/phenethylalanine/ECA/Vapo XT and dietary control. If I were to lose much fasted, i'd be scavenging more muscle than I want to lose.
