I'm really training for focus on building a awesome painfully full pump. Not really worried about strength right now, but it's a plus. I'm really squeezing the muscle.
 
Haha! I noticed the weight decreases but the pumps are so full they hurt like a mofo!! I'm really trying to figure out my training and diet to perfection so I can get my lazy ass on stage.

You should DEFINITELY compete... it's amazing. As I always tell friends and clients, I have NEVER ONCE heard someone say "I regret competing."

I'm really training for focus on building a awesome painfully full pump. Not really worried about strength right now, but it's a plus. I'm really squeezing the muscle.

This is what I always train for, or try to achieve. I've never once cared about strength for the mere purpose of lifting more, it's all about hypertrophy.

This is the plan. I just started a new job at a higher paying PD so I won't have to work two jobs anymore !! Just focus on overtime, school and getting freakishly lean. It's something I've always wanted to do and this new job is the perfect place. Small quite town :)

Hey, look on the bright side. You can now get 20 hours of recovery on some days. 12 hour shift = sleep, then 8 hours at home. Or maybe you could use the 8 hours and just workout that whole time. Use the other time to eat.

You'd be huge.....

I think early 2012 will be realistic. I need to figure out what works best for me. I've never really done a cut I've always trained to get big and bigger. Really gonna be focusing on my nutrition A LOT! I think I eat to much, lol 400 grams a protein a day is done easily! I have one hell of an appetite.. I just ate two 4 ounce turkey burgers and I'm still starving.

I'll never get big because I simpyl cannot eat all the whole foods to get there...I am trying. I just started a Ebol and Pink Magic cycle to hopefully help and upped my intake but it says I have to take in 50g's more protein a day...wtf...Looks good bro keep up the hard work and grats on the new job and I hope you hit the competition goal.

I LOVE GREAT VALUE'S VERSION OF FAT FREE CHEESE!!!

5g Protein PER slice! My eggs are boosted by 15g of pure protein!

HAHA!! Then add half a can of members mark chicken and you're over 60 grams of protein. Takes then 5 mins to eat after 8 hours of fasted sleep!

You're scaring me! I have been adding the Sam's Club shredded canned chicken to omelets for a long time - we're like....... brothers.

Buy the Maple leaf prime ground turkey at Walmart- assuming yours has a meat section. The town I previously lived in had ground turkey for about 6 bucks for 300g which is standard for B.C, Canada. Walmart occasionally has sales on it. A week ago I picked up 14 packs that were 7-800g each of extra lean ground turkey for 3.50 for a huge pack. 176g protein for 3.50. Hell yeah. My freezer door barely closes on my fridge for under 50 bucks. I can make 4 big patties with one back. This deal made me as happy, if not happier than when my first daughter was born. lol

I love Sam's club. I keep cans of chicken in my duty bag, car, and a whole bunch in my locker at work.

Someone just messaged me on Face Book and told me the same. I used to really enjoy these, bought a few cases last year for contest prep, and like many things, ended up getting REALLLLLLLY burned out on them - way too much spice in the patty!

I use em when I'm in a hurry. 5 fit on my gorge foramen and cook in 10 mins flat. Haven't good burnt out on them yet... But I do have 4 boxes I need to return now lol

too damn funny on the Tbooster you don't even know how to spell. GL on the TB. I have done 8 weeks of p6 with nothing worth writing home about and I just started a Pink Magic-Ebol stack with hopes for something...anything worth mentioning...I'll watch your log and see what goes.

Yes I am lifting light weight I know. Remember, I'm lifting for a pump and the pumps are insane. It's paying off too. I am noticeable thicker and my veins are crazy. I've never had veins in the front of my biceps before. I'm loving it.

You know what sucks about posting from my iPhone? I can't quote multiple posts at once.

Hawk, I training to add more size and definition. All part of my plan to compete.

I don't care about about gas prices anymore. I'm averaging over 40 hours over time month.
