Retails for $1,300 for the most basic version, so I'd say it's a good deal! I actually prefer walking on the treadmill for my cardio as opposed to running, so I'd think the treadclimber would actually be better for that. Some good quality LISS to target fat burning.

This is my last week of SD, starting Epi next week and keeping the tren rolling.

I don't think these should be causing too much water retention though (other than in muscles, which are depleted), they're all considered dry. However, I guess whenever your hormones are off there's always a chance to hold water among other things.

Interesting idea, so should I stay on Epi/Tren for the contest or stop 3 days out?

Gold's Gym? I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing the components won't be the greatest (i.e. motor, track, rollers, belt, etc.). If you're looking to do HIIT or running rather than walking, I would think it would wear out quickly. If you were going to use it for solely walking, you could probably get away with it.

Check the reviews, I'm sure there are plenty of comments.

That is awesome! You'll have to buy her a gift card somewhere to be nice, that's what my wife would make me do.

I am jealous here with my $700 treadmill... Let us know how it works out.

I just bought some Bowflex SelectTech Dumbells that go from 5-52.5lbs each. I got it for $240 + tax but with free shipping.

I'm just looking forward to being able to hit my ancillaries at home since I tend to run out of time at the gym. May be good for my wife too, she's been thinking about doing P90X.

I love getting new equipment!

It is freakin' awesome, make sure you have a TV near so you can watch all sorts of stuff while doing cardio. I love it, actually I'm heading to my treadmill now!

Yeh man that is something I need to look into myself, there are so many advantages.

Especially right now when the weather is getting nice and its next to impossible to get on a treadmill before or after work because of all the people that showed up all the sudden thinking they can lose the 70 lbs. they need to lose by walking on the treadmill for a couple weeks..lol

Still might have to do some cardio when theres some nice ass on the ellipticals :yumyum:

But usually theres no hotties at my gym when I go, then cardio is just too boring :lmao:
 
I did an hour of LISS last night, but missed my morning workout today (legs) :( so I'll have to make that up tomorrow, and maybe something on the weekend (or just extra cardio).

Instead of legs this morning, I ended up doing 20 minutes of HIIT and 10 minutes of LISS before work. I'm going to try to get in my 60 minutes LISS this evening.

Quite a few! Hoestly, I haven't kept count, but it's somewhere in week 2 I think.

I can definitely tell the difference with AndroLean, making me sweat like a beast! Last night when I did my hour LISS, I SOAKED my normal sweat rag (literally dripping), and then soaked a towel through!!! Yeah, intense sweating going on.

I'm really starting to lean out too with the added cardio, but I have to think all the supplements are helping. Nothing beats good ol' hard work though!

I think I'll be ready for my contest on April 23rd, I just have to get my posing right. I weighed in around ~193 today, 15 pound loss so far.

I just got my first ab veins. Never had these before! It's getting harder to pinch for sub-q injections for the Melanotan-2.

Love handles are almost all gone, serratus and other lines are coming in too.

On the negative side, I think I've been losing some muscle mass. I feel smaller, though definitely getting shredded. I guess it'll help in the NPC contest if I can get in a lower weight bracket!

Legs were feeling really shaky after the 2 sets of squats, I had a hard time with the lunges. I'm hoping to get better leg definition (size I'll have to bulk up later), trying to get all the quad muscles to pop.

It was a good leg workout, even though my hip was a bit sore from all the added cardio lately. I had a hard time walking up the stairs this morning.

Something that occured to me today is that I'm experiencing absolutely no sides from the SD and Tren. I find it really odd, I would've thought lethargy would be a beast by now but I have actually had more energy. Conversely I'm not really experiencing any positive sides, strength and muscle size are pretty much constant (other than dropping fat like it's hot). I'm using M-Drol and X-Tren both from CEL, both sealed and bought from reputable stores. I don't know if it's just diet related, I guess I'll see when I get on Epi which I know bumps up my strength well. It's just odd...

First blush is that it's good, but not worth the price. I'd pay $30-40 for AndroLean.

That is kinda what I thought. Whether it works well or not, there are many products out there that work too for a hell of a lot less.

Even my wife is impressed with the weight I've been losing with the increased cardio and supplements. I'm excited to see how I look in the end!

Yeah, last night she was helping me with posing, finding the right way to get the muscles to pop. I have a really hard time at it! But then she put DC Cupcake on the TV and made me sooooo hungry for sweets!

Just 1 more hour of cardio to go today, shouldn't be a problem! Gotta do some posing too!

OMG dude. Milas have you tried Adderllin yet? I took my normal 2 scoops N2KTS, well i decided to stack 1 Adderllin on top of that. Dude that **** is sooo potent. Was a little too stimmed out, i think 1 adderllin and 1 scoop N2KTS would be tits.

It was nuts, normally on the elliptical i have to have the resistance at 8 and speed at 6. Well within minutes with the resistance at 3 and speed at 6 my HR was up to 150. CRAZY! This **** is not joke.

I had a little cheat today, I was super stressed with my son having a terrible day listening, so I ate a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (mmmm carbs = comfort). It was sooooo good. At 140 calories, not too much damage done, but still I came off diet. Usually I'll have 1-2 M&Ms if I can't handle it, just a taste is usually enough to satisfy my cravings.

Oh, and I got a bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce. That sh!t tastes good on eggs! Now I'm gonna put that sh!t on everything! Where has this been all my life?

I am going to have to try that on tuna. I'm not a huge fan of the canned stuff, but I've got to up my lean protein, so tuna and hot sauce it is!

Overall a good chest and back day. I had good endurance and could feel the reps in all the right places. Despite the lower calories and increased cardio, I'm still going strong on the weights which is good.

My bodyweight was at 190lbs yesterday. I'm dropping weight a little too fast now, but the leaning out is incredible! This is definitely the leanest I've ever been, and the progress is going very well. Awesome striations, vascularity, and muscle definition. I can't wait for the competition just 4 weeks away (and I can't wait to get off this F'in diet!!!). Who knows, I may shoot for middleweight at 176.25lbs...
