AI's Super Swole Stack...GoHard's Quest for Strength Absolute

Damn nice workout GH.

Thanks! Im really feeling it today. Heck im just overall physically drained from lifting 3 days in a row.

Todays workout:

Standing Military:

190x2x1....this was a good indication that maybe i should have put a day of rest between 2 days of legs and shoulder.

Assistance:
BW Dips and close grip bench(135)

10 reps a piece for 5 sets= 100 reps total (actually 105)

Side laterals with band and with 25lbs dumbells for 4 sets. Supersetting till failure.

Band side later hold for 30+ seconds.( after 30 seconds i stopped looking at the clock).

Nutrition:

2 scoops myofusion

30 minutes later: 1 scoop Axcell, 1 serving Massport(free sample)

1 hour later: 2 scoops Golden Gains w/ 10 ounces milk(1%)

1.5 hours after golden gains: Whole meal

3 hours later: Whole Meal

3 hours later: Another Meal

3 meals combined contain:
1 cup brown rice
1 can Black beans
12 ounces Tilapia
12 ounces lean ground beef from Costco

Supplements:

Testopro: 4 caps

Might as well use them already. I got the Free Test during the sale where it was 20 bucks. The DAA for 9 bucks. The Alpha T2 for less then 20 bucks a pop. And the Vapor XT for 15.

Adding that to the Swole Stack is making a big difference to my physique. Granted my diet has been on point but still 2 weeks in and Im stronger and im looking better. This will be a great pre-cut stack b/c I can see its already starting to lean me out nicely.

DAA has a great leaning effect on me. But I to run it properly I need to control estrogen and prolactin. This the HGHpro and the Free Test.

But I can see now the when it came to libido and motivation the Testopro, Stoked, Perform stack was better. This seems to have a better leaning out effect. And strength is up about equally.


After this log I may just throw up a log in the training section during my cut. Not too sure what Im going to run but I know Im gonna go 8-12 weeks and get really lean. I may even wait 4 weeks so I can add Testopro and HGHpro to ensure I dont lose strength. We will see.

Thanks Don and Chris. Been hella busy. Hours increases at work. Classes are kicking me in the face.

On a bright note...Super Swole is my saving grace. Increased stres...and still lifting strong. Even when im mentally not on my A game, i can still have a great lift. Diet is more then on point (today is actually a perfect 40/40/20 split).

Body composition is changing for the better. There is a very gradual decrease in fat but a very noticeable increase in size. My friend even commented that i look bigger. Wieght is still floating low 190's (none keto...the minute i cut out carbs that will drop).

I have noticed a very prominent spike in aggression. It's almost at pubertal levels of aggression which i find myself constantly having to check. This is great in the gym. An dbeing that I am a normally aggressive person, a spike in aggression is maneagable.

Number are gonna be pushed to there limit hopefully. One more week of prep then one week of deload. Then I'll start going for those goals i stated previously.
 
The spke in agression, yah I experience that every time... have to really watch myself...
 
Nice work GH....I've been noticing that elevated aggression as well, isn't it wonderful when channeled properly.

Oh of course that is the true reason that we need testosorone in the first place. That's what we call the zone in sports. Can't let it get the best of us or it turns into rage. I wrote a poem a bout it called the Beast, it's in my contest log somewhere as I bring it up once in a while for motivation. When I am using testopro I can actually conciously control the flow right from my nads, it's true I can feel it.. think about something agressive then control and channel it.

Update:

So today was a great lift. I thoroughly enjoyed my level of strength and endurance in the gym. This stack has kicked in full blast and i felt like i could go all day and night in that gym.

I didnt lock out with 225 more so for precautionary reasons. My elbow and shoulders where hurting a bit so i decided to play it safe. Got the reps up over my head and kept the tension strong. Just didnt get that final lock out which looks pretty. I'll put on my good elbow sleeves next time and go for the lockout.

I love my super swole stack very dearly. I really dont feel like i need to dabble with hormonals when i can reap natural gains they way i have been. Definitely a stack that brings out your true natural potential. I cant wait to see how the next 5 weeks treat me.

This morning I didnt have much time to bang out an extensive workout so i just went all out with deadlift:

315x18 PR...put it down then hit 2 more so 20 total

Very little rest between the 505 and the burn out at 315
Did 3 sets of curls but I had to run out to get to work so I'll leave arms and neck for later tonight after lab.
 
Excellent, better than expected composition changes and a PR. Shows that stack is a bad beast. That and the guy taking it. :)
 
WOOOOHOOOO!!!! Just when i thought i was plateauing....i bust through that mental barrier by the grace of God and the mental push of my dad!

Preface...diet has been on point...stack has been ridiculous...and now this workout 4 weeks in is just a by product of everything coming together. I did not think it was going to be a good lift....the stars didnt align...i have just gotten stronger...and im loving it.

425x1....with a spot so it wasnt 100% me...dad said he helped very little but it wasnt all me. So hey first time i push 425 in my life even with a spot.

are you still taking glycobol?

4+ a day. I took it with my pre-workout meal and my first meal of the day. I also just took one now. I really have to say it's truly amplifying my diet.

Question.. have you noticed any problem with meals that contain fat in them while taking glycobol? Someone warned me of digestion problems when you eat a meal with fat in them and take nutrient partioners like anabolic pump or plsin. I was wondering if same thing applied to glycobol

Ive heard this warning...but I dont take much head to it. Ive taken it with pizza...ive taken it with double bacon cheeseburgers with extra cheese and the burger also had mayo. Dont find much of a problem.

If anything i think it helps prevent fat accumulation with these meals. With some it may cause GI distress...but i get more GI distress when I take too much glycobol rather then having a heavy fat meal. Like if I pop 4 glycobol pre-cheat meal that will have like 300+g of carbs and 200+g of fat...yeah im gonna have have to buy some extra TP.

I tend not to mix carbs and high fat regularly....only on the occasional cheat day...but beyond that it's not something i do b/c of dietary purposes more so then anything else.

It is not adding fat to glycobol that causes the problems. Some people are just sensitive to berberine alkaloids. If you are in this group you will have gastric issues with Glycobol, Anabolic Pump, and Recompadrol to name a few. If you are not sensitive to berberine then you wont have any issue. It really is as simple as that.

It is not adding fat to glycobol that causes the problems. Some people are just sensitive to berberine alkaloids. Haha well if they are like a punch in the face you just cant stand there and take it. Man up and post up some crazy lifts my man!! It's all about slow and steady progress.

Anyway...a lot of my progress is due to learning from more experienced and knowledgeable individuals like you, Kleen, DW, punthra, John....etc etc. Im still a novice so it's only up from here!

On day 2 of some Alpha T-2 and Erase and loving it so far. No jitters which is a HUGE plus in my book.:approve:

Dose A-T2 with some motivate. Thats a win-win combination. Clean energy plus increase thermogenesis. AT2 def going to be part of my upcoming cut.

So today I worked my legs to hell and back. Hit them in a completely different way to induce some gains. Hit up box squats for the first time and BAM found some more weak points that I can improve on so that I can take my squat to 600+. Here is the workout:

as atgsquats, leg press and esp hack squats and smiths seem to make my legs look much better than squats alone. That is just me though

Front squats for me but they are murder on the knees...

Yikes 600 lbs would do more than tax my CNS.:yikes:

No...every workout would be madness. Maybe 2x a month....3x most. But 1-2x a months is good enough.

You are right about hack squats...front squats...ATG for shape and phsyiqe. But remember Im all about raw power so I will compromise how good I look for gorilla like strength.

For shape...leg press...narrow squats and low...front squats....ham curls...and hack squats are way better for pump and physique then the box squats...or wide to parrallel...but it all depends what you're going for
