Thanks bro. I have people turning heads asking me how I am lifting for my size etc and I for the first time felt pretty freakin awesome. 1 out of 3 people ask me about the isolator and the range of motion.
Thanks. I eat till I cant eat no more. Believe me when I say that.
No offense, but if your goal is adding size and mass, shouldn't you be more focused on heavy compound moves, not isolation? I notice you typically do the isolator after some working sets to target the muscle, understandable, but I still don't see the heavy compound lifts. Your exercise program seems to be in contradiction with your goals.
I honestly think if you want to add size you're going to have to focus on things like BB Bench Press, Squats, and Deadlifts. I'd drop the isolator in favor of a dip belt and do weighted dips and pull ups too.
Go heavy and go hard. No knock on your ROM or anything, but to really get growth you need to add weight and hit the entire muscle group, not isolation. Different is not always better. I don't see any IFBB pros using isolators, just something to think about.
I hit it very hard today. Loving the big meals with need2slin. I tried the yoked and besides the nitrates not sure if the pumps were any better than creatine nitrates by aps and I had good results with it. What I am trying to say is since both are good and I still need creatine would it be better to take creatine nitrates vs argininie nitrates?
Killed the gym like a carnivor would kill a animal.
Not bashing at all, I know you're working hard, I just would expect to see compound work as the core meat and potatoes with maybe a few ancillary things thrown in. More like a 5x5 style. What I take away just from a cursory glance is that you're mainly ancillary with a few compound lifts.
May just be me and my bias, but I think you could add more size by switching to 5x5, 5/3/1 or DC style training.
If you're meeting your goals currently, then more power to you, I'm just trying to offer some constructive criticism and ideas to help you reach your goals. I think it's healthy for everyone to have an outside perspective to help evaluate what you're doing.
I would agree here. Compounds are the way to go.
I love squats, and deads along with the pain they bring.
5x5 Starting strenth is a great program also. I run it once a year for 12-16.
Leave it all in the rack and dont look back. Eat and Sleep right, you will grow!!!

I am hear to learn my friends. I am for sure getting a lot stronger and I will be weighting my self next week again to see my progress.
