Volc, I would either do 2 smaller loads during the week or one bigger refeed a week it is up to you. I like a good 150-200 gram refeed meal the middle of the week and a bigger one like Saturday so say a 200 mg Wednesday and a 400-600 g carb feed on Saturday.

Also if you are spilling over quickly limit how much water you are taking in during the refeed. Limit it about an hour before and for an hour or two after. Helps from prematurely spilling over.

Yah I am doing on big one about 1200-1400 grams per week. It lasts about 18 -20 hours... I still lost 3 lbs last week...

results already man this is going to be a good log to follow.

Man now that I am all carbed up and flushed out a bit I look very large indeed. Similar to what I looked like on cycle but leaner... I think I'm starting to figure this out. I can carb up and not spill over to much then it only takes me about 18 hours to flush out.

The stuff was lethal right from the first sip, I mean the stim kicked in fast and hard. I sipped it on my way to the workout, I was a little concerned that I might have over done it....

I wasn't completely wired I had plenty of focus and I attacked the weights with unbelievable ferocity.. yah my first day on 5's and I knew I would be able to go full tilt and not get too winded...

Front Squats 245 X 5 X 2 low and slow made it hurt...
Incline db press 95 X 5 X 2 stellar form with a pause I ate it alive!!
Lat pull-down 175 X 5 X 2 blazed through this 3 second negatives...
Bent over rows 105 X 5 X 2 crushed!!
Push Press 145 X 5 X 2 good reps but wait I was supposed to do 150 I added the weight an did 6 ...
Decline tri ext 115 X 5 X 2 really held it to enhance the amount of strain...
O bar curl 150 X 5 X 2 not too much body English and lots of power, yah I wasn't burning out the way I would have on 10's
Calf raise 140 X 5 X 2 maximum range of motion slow reps...

Total domination!! totally pumped my upper body was huge and my waist looked tiny!!

Strange brew is now a Sunday ritual!!

I hate to use the mirror to guage my progress but I can't help but marvel at the changes I am seeing as far as quality of fat loss. Keeping my protein high must have a lot to do with it.

At this rate another 20 lbs and I will be in very nice shape and I have the time to do it. Still I doubt it will be contest shape more along the lines of the way I was for last years contest. About 2 weeks out.

Doug that is beast status on the workout man!!!!! I will have to see about doing the NTKTS/Jack3d/DominATP combo as I have all three. The flavors are all different though, should be interesting...

That was what I forgot to mention, I thought the flavors would clash but it was pretty good... delicious in fact. I used flavorless BCAA's ...

I love to lift, it's my passion that's what makes the difference. What makes me take the pain... well I kind of like that too. If you have these symptoms you're an iron addict for life...

Yah I have a tendency to be over optimistic at times, hope that's not the case here. As long as I don't lose too much muscle I should be able to get right to where I was last year at contest time which I estimate at 7%..

I see i'm not the only one who likes pre-workout concoctions! My favourite is N2KTS, Maniac, with a little NO shotgun mixed in.

Now I am reading that DES is better used post wo, don't like the thought of going into the stall in the dressing room with as syringe....

YOu could always load it and then pin it in the car after your workout. Oops wait a minute you walk to the gym. Probably not gonna work...

Yah but loading it is a good idea, I have to mix in BAC water 5 to 1, does anybody know do you just draw the DES with the AA and then draw the BAC water into the same syringe... I know you're not supposed to reconstitute ahead of time.
 
Turns out the source does not supply the acetic acid, I guess I have to find that somewhere....
 
yeah, buy a whatman filter, it goes on the end of any syringe that uses the standard Luer Lock, and you put a needle on the other end, insert into vial and squeeze :)

It does seem like a lot of hassle DW, that's the only thing really holding me back right now too. From making/buying AA, getting BAC, getting slin pins, finding the right time and place consistently for pinning (gym, home, car), wife finding pins, etc. Really a hassle IMO, not sure if IGF-1 gains are worth it or not...

Where is this putting you calorie wise Doug? It looks like you still have a decent amount of carbs in there as well so you have room to make adjustments in the future.

I think that when I go on cycle I am going to need the calories to reamain around 500 then the last 4 weeks I may just go straight to lean beef, fish and Grapefruit with just one refeed...
 
Well customs is holding my shift order, I had eveiscerate and Erase in that order as well, Health Canada will come and look at it and I'll see...

I have 3 different research lab orders on their way and my sarms will ship out the end of February. I have my IGF-DES, Tor and clen coming and some AA... say a prayer for me that I am not on their radar....
 
My main purpose for using The DES is to get some extra development in my chest but I am assuming that I only do bi-lateral injections in the chest on days I am actually working it. I will be using a 3 day split so I guess I will have to inject other areas dependiing on what I am working or it doesn't make much sense. If I thought I could just do the chest injections all the time and still benefit that's what I would do. Is there any protocol for treating a particular body part besides post workout, may morning injection etc... ?

it should be ~40-50mcg clen per dose of clenvis.


Here are some simple directions, since yours is 100mcg/ml, double it.

"Just to go over the mixing again... so no one cooks themselves...

-Most liquid clen is 200mcg/mL and comes in a 30 mL bottle. That equals 6000 mcg of clen per bottle.

-Eviscerate is 180 mL per bottle. Each pump of eviscerate equals 1 mL.

-If you put an entire bottle of clen into an entire bottle of eviserate that means
1 pump of the mixed solution has 33.3 mcg of clen per pump.

You should be able to fit an entire bottle of clen into a bottle eivscerate by pouring out just a tiny but of eviserate before pouring in the clen.

If you do it this way... start out with ONLY 1 PUMP PER APPLICATION until you know your tolerance! Remember, this stuff can take a while to fully kick in after application, so start with a lower dose."

I just made mine tonight, about ~47 mL of Clen in the bottle... should be some good ol potent clenviscerate!!!!!! :spank:
