Volc, I would either do 2 smaller loads during the week or one bigger refeed a week it is up to you. I like a good 150-200 gram refeed meal the middle of the week and a bigger one like Saturday so say a 200 mg Wednesday and a 400-600 g carb feed on Saturday.
Also if you are spilling over quickly limit how much water you are taking in during the refeed. Limit it about an hour before and for an hour or two after. Helps from prematurely spilling over.
