Searching for pumps with APS (sponsored)

Have to agree with ya, hot and spicy food is the way to go. I never really get a sweet tooth, but I'm always nagged by my hot tooth. When I'm dieting, I might get a hankering once every 2 weeks or so for chocolate or something sweet, but it's daily for buffalo wings.

Hey man, finally got around to trying your yams and bananas recipe. I added my own twist with some cinnamon and vanilla extract. Last time I made it, it got thrown outta the fridge, wifey thought it had been something that went bad,lol. Today I let myself have a few carbs, and this is one great mix buddy!! I can't eat bananas if they are fully ripe, but I can if they are in this. Seriously good recipe man, was hard to stop at a few heaping tablespoons.

I walk by those containers at sams club every time I go grocery shopping. One day I will purchase it . . . and it will be gone in 2 weeks.

I usually just buy the double pack of the bigger bottles.

btw-6 caps of cn with meso is great, don't see much reason to go higher. along with the meso 6 caps of cn = a full 8 cap dose of creatine nitrate.

I put it on just about everything! I use to be a big ketchup guy but now I am all hot sauce. From burgers to eggs to chicken to about anything. I know southercharm said he even puts it on his tuna fish... ehh I dont know about that but I am gonna try it out one day

HELLS YEA they are!! Especially if it is a keto diet.. :food: I love me some hot wings. Its what I always get when I am dieting and everyone wants to order pizzza I just get me a side of wings

I cant take credit for that recipe.. It was told to me by tomahawk but it is delicious isnt it. A great postworkout snack.. I think I might have one after my next workout now that you mention it. Its been a while since I made one and I got sweet potatoes already!!!

hmmm banana peppers???? Those are the spicy peppers they put on hoagies right? How do you use them? I will give it a try...
 
Not sure what a hoagie is, but these are the type of banana peppers I use. I put them on Mini pizzas, burgers and chicken aor hamburger pitas. Sometimes I just eat them 1 at a time lol, they are super tasty!

So as I posted before I had went to my sons school for a super bowl party and ended up having a couple slices of pizza so as a result I was going to do one of the P90x DVDs that night to sort of make up for it. Well I was getting ready to when I got a call from a buddy of mines that he got a flat tire on the way home from work and didn't have a jack so I left to bring it to him. Well what turned out as just a trip to bring a friend a jack lead to me in his garage most of the night helping him remove his strut. Apparently he hit a pot hole pretty hard and blew it out along with getting a flat tire, or so he says thats what happened. We broght the car to his parents house because they have a garage and it was way to cold to be doing this outside so his mom was making dinner and offered me a plate. I don't know if you guys are familiar with the customs of puerto ricans but to a mom for you to turn down a plate of food is pretty much a insult so with that in mind plus the food looked delicious I had me a plate of rice, beans, and pork chops. So not only did I have pizza earlier in the day but I also had more carbs that night. I think it has been about 5 days since I had any large amount of carbs so I am just gonna chalk today up as a somewhat refeed and move on.

Good overall workout today! I was up late the night before helping my buddy so I woke up late and didnt get to lift before work so I worked out after I got out of work today. Took my APS supps to work and started drinking my mesomorph on my drive home. I also tried to dump my CN caps into the shake as BigT suggested and also took 5 pre instead of 4. 3 of those caps were dumped into the drink and two taken orally. Let me tell you I was beat after a 12 hour shift and with only about 6 hours sleep but as soon as I walked in that door I was pumped and ready to go. There was no "feet dragging" like there typically is on a night workout. As soon as I changed I went right into my warmup and was lifting. Nothing ends the night better than some 12am deadlifting!!!

I did the triple extension AR exercise again today but with my sandbag and there definetely is a difference when there is a weighted load to it, plus the sand bag slides through your bearhug grip so you have to really squeeze it on your chest.

Woke up late AGAIN today.. I really need to get me on a good sleep session this weekend! I usually work fridays but I was off today since I work this weekend. I got up and called a buddy of mine and asked him if he wanted to roll around. I had a protein shake with like 6 caps fish oil and 4 caps flax oil and then a half scoop mesomorph with 6 caps nitrozine and 3 caps CN. At the gym we did some shoot drills and "off the cage" drills for abouot 20 minutes then just rolled around live some. I think we had about 3 rounds and just kept going untill one of us got gassed and it was NEVER me!! I felt like I could have went on forever! Dont get me wrong I was tired and muscles were feeling fatigued but when I went for something I exploded and went for it with 100% and mentally felt like I never missed a beat! I was really impressed and have to say it has to be the combo of the APS stack taken pre. Also I was way more focused than usual. Before when I get tired I would get sloppy and get caught in stupid situations but today I was more focused than ever and was able to avoid everything and remain in control.

After this I went home for a couple hours and then got called into work till 7. Damn I was beat from lack of sleep the past two days I was walking around like a zombie at work. As soon as I got home at around 8 I just knocked right out!

My neck started to bother me again and my right upper chest was pretty sore too. Not sure if it was from the sandbag triple extension, since I had to really squeeze it to my chest or was from the sumo RDLs. I think I was kinda shrugging the bar up off the ground to get into the stance and I never really did shrugs before. Tomorrow morning I am gonna do some neck and shoulder rehab work before I go into work.

That's the same way I eat mines :thumbsup: thevother option is just out of the can or with mustard but the above way is the preferred way

I'm currently trying to devise a way to do it with my favorite hot sauce.

I am not a fan of Tabasco sauce. I have only tried it once before. I was at work and got a Cheesesteak from the cafeteria and it was pretty bland and there was a bottle of Tabasco sauce on the table so I figured eh what the he'll lemme try it out. I poured all over the chicken and after the first two bites ended up throwing the chicken away. In hindsight I probably should have put a little sauce on a corner. I like franks hot sauce. I am gonna try louisana hot sauce next time I run out

As for the tuna I know southercharm has said he mixes hot sauce into his tuna along with mayo, relish & mustard. Give it a try

I hate regular tabasco....The above bottle is the chipotle pepper sauce, its top notch

Did the seltzer water help any with the hunger pains? It's a life saver for me. Things I notice is the next day I usually wake up full of energy and easier; most times my eyes open before the alarm clock even goes off.

I really think the carbonated water helped a lot. And like you said, I woke up about 3 hours before my alarm went off ready to rock and roll. I will def be doing it again. But next time I thing I'll *try* to go a bit longer and maybe see if I can get some Keto going.

Hey I just found out the are called long hots and long sweets. It is a type of pepper so no they aren't pickled bell peppers. I asked a lady at work and she broke it down to me (her father owns a farm and grows them)

The trick is you do it from afternoon to afternoon so for at least 8 hours of the fast your asleep! If you stay busy and active plus drink water and keep seltzer water nearby you will be good.

That seltzer water helps me too. It really eases the stomach pains. Did you feel refreshed when you woke up? I usually wake up STARVING the hardest part for me is not eating when I wake up, especially when I walk through the kitchen and the wife is cooking. When I do cave it is usually then. I have read it takes 72 hours for you to get into a keto state during a fast but I'm sure this is totally dependent on how active you are and how much glycogen you have stored. I don't think keto sticks will be too accurate either since you won't be eating even if you go into keto you will be using it all for energy and probably not peeing any of it out.

Glad to hear it went well for you and that you will be trying it again. There are two books written by a guy called "warrior diet & maximum muscle" it is sort of a fasting approach where do only eat one big meal at the end of the day. I have spoken with a couple people who swear by it but I have never tried it before but plan to eventually after reading his book.

There is another fasting idea by Wesley (IA), during the fast he makes a drink of EAA, Glutamine, and EVOO and says it helps to prevent catabolism. If I find his write up I will post it for you.

if you do let me know how you use them and how it turns out. I can't picture them on anything else other than a hoagie. The lady that told me what they were suggested I try frying them up in a pan with sausage links, onions, & peppers,. I told her you had me at sausage links :food:

First off, I would like to add i was vaporizing herbal incense with a synthetic cannabinoid NOT BUD. I have been getting tested a lot lately for my new life insurance policy.

Second, the vape was so easy dude it's not even funny. Now don't get me wrong it's no volcano. But this works. I have added two pics (sorry for the bad quality these are phone pics) im not sure if you can really glean anything from it so I'll explain a bit.

The bottom is a soldering iron laying on a glass candle top to dissipate the heat to keep it off the table. I screwed off the tip and bent a small piece of aluminum with a hole into a 'bowl' shape. I then used the screw in soldering tip to secure the aluminum to the iron.

Next, I took a bottle cut it and wrapped it with aluminum foil extending the foil about 4 inches below the bottle. Making a small slit to go over the soldering iron but making a decent seal around the bottom everywhere else.

Finally, Fill the bowl and place bottle over the iron bowl combo (leaving the cap on) Turn on the iron and watch as the beautiful white vapor fills the bottle. Remove the cap and....Well this isn't a smoking device (sorry had to add that for legal reasons) . Repeat. :biggthumpup: Helll Yeah!

Schweeet!! I have to try it sometime. I havent really smoked.. umm I mean burned incense :salook: in a verrry long time. I think the last time was a year after highschool. All my buddies still do though but for me it just wasnt the same anymore. Wasnt enjoyable for me.. So as I said earlier in my last update today I planned on just doing some light prehab/rehab type movements for my neck and shoulder. I will lay out what I did here

First I did the upper body warmup routine from Defranco..
(the video from page 5 i think)



Than I did this quick routine





Then I did..

Banded neck rotations
Towel neck extensions with a 8lb DB
Neck rotations off my flat bench both CW and CCW
1 arm DB shrugs with a 25lb DB
Bent over shrugs
DB Retractions
DB Protractions
Cuban Rotations with 10lb plate
Posterior Capsule Stretch

Now as a side note just something I want to add....

As I was doing these in my basement I had the TV on and was playing was an old episode of the Daily Show. I have these set to DVR as I enjoy his and Stephen Colberts show. For those who aren't familar with the show it is a political satire show. Basically they poke fun at the madness and lunacy that is overwhelming pleasent in the media today. They are not news reporters but comedians and it is nice to laugh at the stupidity once in a while instead of the usual yelling at my TV.

Anyway I was DVR the shows and watch a couple at a time so I was listening while I was doing my rehab/prehab work and this show really bothered me.

I just felt I had to share it so I decided to post it in my log..

Just finished making my food for work tomorow and checking in real quick. Sorry I have been a little busy past couple days and havent had much time to sit and type up my update from the past two days.

To sum it up real quick I had my RE day on Sunday and it was AWESOME!!! I lifted before work and again had to rush through it but it was not a problem thanks to my mesomorph. Seriously I love the focus, drive, energy, and just the I wanna kill weights attitude I get with this. It really puts me in the zone mentally more than any other product I have tried before. Definetely felt the pumps today and it was a NICE feeling! I did mixed grip pull ups and afterwards my biceps felt immeadately bigger.. made me want to do some preacher curls badly but I didnt have to time to try and squeeze them in. Next RE upper day I will MAKE SURE I have the extra time to do some bicep work just so I can see my arms finally grow. I dont usually train them by doing curls but I really have a urge to do them since taking CN and Mesomorph. Umm... I had my workout on my PC in a open word document but today when I came downstairs the computer was reset and it is gone now :( I know the exercises I did and I am gonna try and remember the weight used and reps acheived and will post them up tomorrow after work. I also was keeping track of my diet and gonna post up like 3 days worth of eating to give an idea of how i am eating right now too and this shuold be posted tomorrow as well.

Monday (Today) I went to BJJ and again the energy was incredible! I think I am gonna be using mesomorph and CN every day for the rest of my life. This stuff is so versatile. I was afraid before that I will get too pumped up and it will hinder me when rolling around but it hasnt been a problem. Yea I feel the pump while im rolling but it isnt so much that it effects anything. Noticed 2 pimples on my face today... wonder if that is the testatrophin v2 or just me being dirty?..LOL.. I havent commeneted on it yet because I figured it was too early to try a gauge it. This is my second week of lifting on it and I am down 5lbs so I will like to my lifts continue to go up and weight continue to either maintain or go down some more. Diet has been at maintence or a little below and activity has been way up so I am hoping for some fat loss WHILE gaining some strength and size.

I have noticed I have a little pain in my front upper groin area. I first noticed it when I was rolling around yestarday but it was very very minor and I brushed it off saying I didn't warm up enough and will just roll on it and do some stretches and it will be fine. Well this morning it was a tad bit worse.. still not anything crazy I mean its barelyt noticable unless I move my leg certain ways like lifting it up to do high hurdles. Also when I press on it I feel a small lump there.. the lump doesnt stick out at all but I dont have the same lump on the other side. I am hoping it is just a minor groin sprain and it will go away.

Anyway todays workout is

Tomorrow is BJJ, I dont want to take off since my time avaible to go is so limited throughout the week I dont want to miss it. My work schedule switched up some so I will be off work thursday and am planning to do some sort of strength conditioning work in the AM and maybe some extra BJJ in the PM. Maybe something like a GPP circuit or something.. I dunno I will throw something together

Oh also I forgot to mention.. a local BJJ gym is having a in house tournament coming up and my instructor wants me to go and compete and see how I do. I have competed before in a Judo tournament in philly before (Liberty Bell Invatational) but this will be my first BJJ one. It is a submission only event so no points and no time. Should be fun, hopefully I dont get gassed too early and win at least one matchup
 
Just wanted to share a quick shake I made after BJJ yestarday

2 scoops egg protein
some pineapple slices
coconut oil
blend all together and you get a high protein, healthy fats, good fruit pina colada smoothie.

Also I am out of anabolic pump and am going to start using my Na-Rala/cinnamon/YG mix pre carb meals and I am cutting out the p-slin as well.
