I also am no longer a part of the Primordial Team.. Personal factors, my job, and my family are taking the front row right now. I myself really havnt been to busy on the forums lately, outside of my one log that im doing for APS.

Wow, more and more people leaving just before the release of the AndroSeries. You can't tell me this is coincidence. All seem to have the same reason for leaving which is also suspicious. Maybe I'm just being biased because I have been waiting since 12/29/2010 for compensation I was promised by Primordial Performance. Not that I was expecting to be compensated, its just that it was promised I would be. Maybe I have little patience. My experience with Primordial Performance products has no doubt colored my opinion of them. Still, am I the only one that can see the forest for the trees?.

Well, in this case, it seems to just be a snowball effect. This is what happened with lg a couple months ago. Follow by example, but I don't think it has all to do with the androseries. Great bunch of guys(and girls) up in the rep market now though

I can assure you that my reasons for leaving are not due to the AndroSeries and im pretty positive most others arent leaving because of that either, although i cannot speak for them.
Being in the Military and just recently married, especially with my JOB in the military takes a lot of time even when im not at work, so my excess time is used to study, workout, and figure out what i plan on doing with my family to move them up here with me.
If anything why would we all leave when being a rep we get compensated? That means mostly free androseries. So i can pretty much guess its not due to that. Maybe im wrong.

Just looks like restructuring. All corporations go through it, especially when investments are high and turn around is slow. PP said the Androseries and other projects have taken a lot out of their revenue shares(close to 800k or so I believe), so some cut backs have to happen in order for the ship to stay afloat, so to speak. It's basic business 101. I wish all the reps (current and old) all the best in their future endeavors.

One can also argue that after making such investment the next step is to beef up the sales force, in this case PP has done the exact opposite by letting their reps go voluntarily or not!

Rest assured that Sean and I leaving has nothing to do with either the AndroSeries or company restructuring. As has been previously mentioned, we have our personal reasons for no longer being affiliated with Primordial Performance.
As far as the team that Primordial does still have, I have every confidence in the ability of those six to "man the fort".

I can totally appreciate all the reasons you folks are listing for leaving, especially the family ones. Seems I either have time and no money or money and no time, the two never seem to come together for me at least this last year or so. I'm not on near as much as I used to be, but then again, I can't offer anywhere near the advice you folks can. All the best.

First of all I vote John (Trauma) for MOD. Also I would like to say that John has done a lot of things for the AM community, not because he was a rep, but because he is a genuine person with the want and ability to help others. Also Rosie is another example of this, a great help to AM and its members. I would like to thank both of you for helping make PP a better company. And for reaffirming why AM is the best forum on the net. Good luck to you both, and the rest of the former reps and thank you.

+1...with all due respect to those leaving, I am having a difficult time believing that all that are bailing at the same time happens to be coincidence.It would be like Jeter, Texiera, A-Rod, Rivera, and CC all leaving the Yankees the same day and saying it had nothing to do with upper mgmt/ownership. Possible? Yes....Plausible? Not so much. However, good luck to each of you, your contributions were valued highly.
