This conversation made me think of this clip from power unlimited

It's great!! Enjoy..

Day 7:

10 caps nitrozine
1 rounded scoop mesomorph
1 tab boladarol AM, 1 tab PM

Chest:

BB Bench Press: 135 x 10; 225 x 7; 225 x 7; 225 x 7/3/2 (rest pause); 225 x 6/2/1/1

Inclinde DB Fly: 55 x 10; 55 x 10; 55 x 10/5/4; 55 x 8/4/3

Cable Fly: 60 x 12; 70 x 10/5/4; 90 x 10/5/4

Low Pulley Cable Fly: 60 x 10; 60 x 10/5/4; 60 x 10/5/4

Pushups

Static DB Fly Stretch: 55lbs for 45 seconds

So far about 1 week on Boladrol and I'm up 3lbs. I've added 1-2 cups of oats to my normal maintenance (usual bulking procedure for me, works well with my body) plus some added protein.

Strength is increasing, partially from recovering from some past injuries, partially excess calories, and partially supplementation. Gains I would say haven't been entirely lean, but overall I'd say body composition and gains have been favorable.

I ran out of Creatine Nitrate, I think I'll have to get some more just for the pumps. The Nitrozine is pretty good, but for my body I felt the Creatine Nitrate delivered more results. I got better pumps from the Creatine Nitrate than I have from GPLC and/or Agmatine Sulfate. I guess I found what works for me!

Overall, it feels good to be getting back up to real weights. This was my last day at my current gym, starting tomorrow (if I make it, there's freezing rain tonight) I'll be at a much cheaper gym...

forecasting freezing rain here to.

3 lbs aint bad for just a week-damn. next week sould really bump it up.

I don't like winter, can't wait to move somewhere warmer again!

I'm hoping it'll kick up a bit. I want a little bit more mass to shape!

Ya 3 pounds is nice for week 1!

Keep killin it!

I feel primed for some growth. I was up to 218 back in November and even my wife says I was massive (hard to get a compliment from her), and got a little too carried away cutting (and got injured). I'm hoping this time around I'll be able to keep and shape these gains, at least stay injury free to keep the strength!

Damn, your killing it man. That's a decent gain for the first week

Lots of meat and oats (with a little assistance)!

You seem to be doing pretty well from your log as well! You're eating a ton!

Day 8:

10 caps nitrozine
2 scoops LIT-Up
1 tab Boladrol AM, 1 PM
50mg Ostarine

Back:

Deadlift: 135 x 10; 225 x 10; 315 x 8; 405 x 5; 455 x 1; 500 x 1; 405 x 3; 405 x 3

BB Bent Over Row: 135 x 10; 185 x 10 (3 sets)

DB Row: 100 x 12 (3 sets)

Low Cable Row: 160 x 10; 200 x 10; 220 x 10

Pull Down: 150 x 10; 170 x 10; 190 x 10

Rear Delt Row: 70 x 10; 90 x 10; 110 x 10; 130 x 10; 150 x 10

Feels good to be back up to 500lb on the DLs!!! I had a little struggle locking it out, but got it up without too much trouble, maintained good form. The rest of the lifts were not bad at all, good burn and exertion. I miss heavy DB rows! I may have to get one of those short O-bars to load with 25lb plates to row...

It's funny though, the new gym I'm at barely had enough plates for me and a guy doing leg press (he was only using 5 plates per side). Good thing the place is empty in the morning!

The Ostarine tasted like CRAP! Worse than any RC I've tried. Burned a bit on the back of my tongue. I'm going to front load at 50mg today and tomorrow, then back it down to 25mg a couple days, then down to 12.5mg each day for the next 6 weeks. Hopefully it's as good as people have said! I may have to consider peptides if this works...

wow bro... I have to give you a A for Awesome with the Batman Mask bro. Just Awesome!!!

Thanks, gotta keep it interesting!

Maybe by the end I'll be looking like Batman, though I don't think I'll make it to Hulk status (I'd need Beastdrol AND Dielselbolan for that)!

Yah I have not seen 500 for quite a while. If I use conventional I get a pull in my lower back, switch to sumo and it's my hammies.

Yeah, last time I did 500 back in December I pulled a hamstring, so I've been working my way back up carefully. Today was not as smooth as it was before. I don't know whether I should press for more weight, or just increase reps now...

Lower back still feels strong though, so I'm happy about that. Upper back gets more sore than anything for me!

You must use sumo, no strain on the back but watch the hamstrings...

Great job on the DL's bro! I can't go heavy on those due to back problems, but I wish I could pull some weight like that..

No, standard shoulder width stance. I pulled my hammy when I sat back too far on the initial lift with tight hamstrings. I thought I had warmed up enough, but my form was off and Pop!

I think I just am fortunate to not feel much in my lower back, lots of training in that area from boxing and rowing.

Thanks, I love DL's but suck on everything else! I put up a good effort though, and hope to continue getting stronger across the board. Maybe when I'm on cycle I'll shoot for 600lb DL and get back in the 300's on bench, we'll see how stupid I get...

When I was rig pigging it back in the seventies I lifted this 100 lb drill bit and pulled my back muscle on the top of my left glute. That's the muscle I pull when I do deads..

Wow, still hasn't healed properly? Sounds like it was a really bad injury.

I sometimes worry about stuff like that and my back, and wonder whether I should push my luck going heavy and possibly paying the price further down the road...

It heals but just gets pulled again when my form is a bit off, I prefer sumo now but my hamstrings do get very tight.

Story of my life. I re-aggravate my low back at least 3-4 times a year and mostly it happens with I get back into dead lifting (old L3 slip disc injury).

I've never given sumo a real chance, it just feels awkward and lacking of power for me, but again, its just not given it a chance I suppose, cause I think more competitors use sumo then traditional.

Work you stiff legged deads and it should get you hamstrings some extra spring... you have to drive with the lower body to get the weight moving... us big backed bastards like to pull more...

Do you think I could get away with doing DLs on back day, and SLDL or Sumo DL on leg day? Then I can have 2 days of DL fun a week!

Day 9: off

Day 10:

9 caps Nitrozine
2 scoops Lit-Up
1 tab Boladrol AM, 1 tab PM
25mg Ostarine

Leg Day:

Squats: 135 x 10; 225 x 10; 275 x 5; 315 x 3; 315 x 3; 315 x 3; 225 x 10

Leg Press: 450 x 10; 540 x 10; 630 x 10; 720 x 6
Calve Press: 450 x 10; 540 x 10; 630 x 10; 720 x 6

SLDL: 45 x 10; 95 x 10; 145 x 10; 195 x 10; 205 x 10

Calf Press: 5 sets

Leg Extension: 150 x 20; 170 x 20; 190 x 20
Leg Curl: 110 x 15; 130 x 15; 150 x 15

Today wasn't great as far as moving weight, couldn't get in the groove on squats, but still felt a burn throughout. I don't know what it was, but I just didn't have the endurance on squats, or power. I could've probably gotten a few more reps on 275/315, but it wasn't feeling right and didn't want to do anything stupid. I hit leg press a little harder, which felt good (nice pumps). Leg extensions and curls are getting easier too.

Now that I'm out of Creatine Nitrate, I realize how much I miss that feeling! The Nitrozine is good, but I'd say the Creatine Nitrate is Great! It was even better with the 2 stacked!!!

JD, please let me know the next time APS is having a good sale on Creatine Nitrate, I need it back in my life!!!

I'm getting Creatine Nitrate back in my life by tomorrow. I'm a big advocate of the Mesomorph/Creatine Nitrate stack.

Same here man. I think i'm just done with that movement for the rest of my life. Sucks as I was pretty good at it.

I cant imagine lifting without doing deadlifts. To me I think deadlifts are the greatest exercise. If I had to choose only one exercise to do for the rest of my life it would be either deads or power cleans

very solid numbers.we all have off days but lucky there are other exe you can always hit hard to make it all work by the end of workout.

I had never done deadlifts until about a year ago. Now I'm in love with them, and couldn't imagine lifting without them. It's such an alpha move, it really makes me feel strong in the gym when few others are doing them.

Well I guess I worked them alright because I was sore and had trouble getting up off my butt several times last night! But yeah, next week I'll do better!

Today I tried Creatine HCL to see if it could come close to Creatine Nitrate. No contest, Creatine HCL did almost nothing! I took arm measurements after, and was .25"-.5" LOWER than when I use Creatine Nitrate. Yes, the pump is THAT different!!! Arm pumped and relaxed was about 15.5" and 16.75" flexed. Creatine Nitrate was 16" relaxed and 17" flexed.

That's enough evidence for me, I'm stocking up on Creatine Nitrate! Creatine HCL was my last test, and it failed. Honestly, even Nitrozine isn't doing it as well for me as Creatine Nitrate. I enjoy the Nitrozine as a "sometimes" supplement, but I consider Creatine Nitrate a staple. The stack with Mesomorph is great as well.

On a side note, I'm beginning to question the Boladrol. It's day 11, and strength really has not changed noticeably. I think I'll tag on an extra week to make it 3 weeks to see what it's got. I'm skeptical now, thinking Dieselbolan v2.0 would've been a better choice since I know that blows me up...

Nice workout, I'm digging the super-sets. Also, I had the same experience with Creatine Nitrate. Once I got off of CN, I had Orotine to fall back on and in comparison, it just felt like I wasn't on any creatine. My CN should be coming in today. I'd love to be back on it for tonight's workout.

Good job killing them arms and shoulders bud!

Doing great man!!

How do you like the con cret? I am using it my self too.
