My 10mg dbol bridge-With blood work.

Ok, there is a lot of hear say and controversy about the dbol bridge method.

Im going to try to prove, or disprove it.

What I am going to do:
Take 10mg dbol upon waking every morning or every other morning.
Take an AI ED. Some form of formestane.
I will get bloods 60 days into this.

I know my natural test levels are between 700-900ng/dl depending on my sleep, diet and stress levels.

What will dbol bridging do?
-Increase anabolic activity in the morning up to 5x
-decrease cortisol significantly
-Increase glycogen storage in muscles and replenish them quicker
-If there is any effect to HPTA, it will be very minimal, speculated of course.
-Liver values will only be effected minimally as well as lipids.

Dbol has a 3 hour half life.
I wake up at 6am and will dose at that time.

Glad you are doing this. Now i just need to wait 2 months for the results.

So are you starting out with natural test levels? I thought bridging was in place of pct until the next cycle. Or are you just wanting to see if a low dose dbol will suppress you?

Also I was not aware dbol reduced cortisol levels. Most roids increase cortisol. Can anyone else verify this?

I know dbol does lower cortisol levels, by about 50-70% with just 10mg. I always thought most roids lowered cortisol as well.

Btw, i would work out in the am to get the most benefits from it, as about 4 hours later, it will only be 5mg, then 2.5mg, etc

Is this while running a SARM? Seems counter intuitive, who knows what is doing what.

So your running this right? And if you are really experimenting do it every day, if you do it every other then its just a D-bol pulse, and that has been done many a times just not so much on this forum

if this works for you, i will mos def do it watching- ver closely

If your test levels are still high after this, that is most definitely interesting results...

But, without a baseline blood test number, we won't know if the Dbol bridge actually brought your numbers down a bit, up a bit, or relatively no change.

If you are at 900 right now and we don't know it, and your later test shows 750, it might be interpreted as the Dbol bridge didn't hurt you when in fact it did a little. And this little bit would go a long way on someone who is already shut down.

Still subbed, but without a baseline number theres no way to know whats happening to your test & estro. Results won't mean much.

Ah don't get me wrong, still interested lol... can't resist the results.

Also interested to see how training goes for you.

I will still do this and get bloods. even though im not in a PCT anymore

I'd rather it be done and reported while not on pct. It'd be more interesting to see it used just as a standard thing. 4 weeks of dbol "bridge" between cycles, even if there are no cycles inbetween. It'll show if suppression occurs anyway.

I bet boladrol could be used this way, though I don't think it'd be as good as dbol because dbol raises actual test levels.

How does dbol raise test levels?

If ONLY we had THIS guy........ annoyances like this would be a thing of the past, and we would know whether or not to implement this into our training protocols.

NO WAIT..... IF WE HAD THIS GUY, WE COULD GO 100 YEARS INTO THE FUTURE AND GET STEM CELL THERAPY AND MYOSTATIN INHIBITION and walk around at a perpetual 20-year old equivalent age with 3% body-fat and 380 pounds of lean mass. ;)

Biff would be a GREAT candidate.

whats that supposed to mean jackass?

Are you SERIOUS!?

Wow, you're both assuming I'm somehow insulting you, AND you lack a common place awareness of popular culture (all while cursing at me). Awesome.

I was making a joke about wanting to reach the end of the dbol experiment to learn more about it's practical application by using the time machine in Back to the Future, directed by Stephen Spielberg. This time machine was built into a converted Delorean, which was invented by the fictitious character Doc Brown.

In this trilogy, Biff Howard Tannen was the principle antagonist who was a very well built and domineering character, so I jokingly suggested him as a likely candidate to use dbol in order to achieve better anabolic actualization.

How does dbol raise test levels?

As long it isn't suppressing natural test levels, it should increase testosterone levels by reducing Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. Theoretically, however, because I don't think any tests have been done. Granted, it's all theory with dbol bridges

Well you see, heightened E2 raises SHBG levels and causes negative feedback towards HPTA. So I will be mildly dosing an AI while on the dbol bridge as dbol aromatizes at any dose.. Albeit 10mg is low, but still aromatizes. You take out that aromatization and your probably suppressed even less.

Now If my test levels stay above 85%, I will be happy.
If it is below 80%, I will be disappointed..

actually im diong the same thing . bridging dbol ...i am not doing PCT . just dbol but i got off of 500 test e pinned twice weekly for 12 weeks. but other than that im just doing it lol

in for bloodwork, I've always wondered how something like this would affect shut down. I've contemplated doing something like this with 2 tabs of 11 oxo also.

The Dbol bridge is quite common from what ive heard but never seen no bloods so very interesting

Dbol also raises DHT levels so that in combo with estrogen might be recipe for prostate growth and hair loss, but at that dosage i doubt many side effects will occur.

Subbed.

Coincidently OP, what goals regarding body comp are you aiming for whilst running this protocol?

Could be used in either a cut or bulk scenario, no?
(May need to have a higher dose of chosen AI if doing this whilst cutting)

Soooo..... you're not going to respond?

Didn't respond to my question of how many cycles he has run/what his AAS experience is either! Either way... I'll remember to keep this thread bumped, I'd love to see it happen.

I guess it's part of some people's Modus operandi to jump to wildly inaccurate conclusions and use vulgar profanity toward them... however, I'm not one of the those people, and was merely making what I thought was a hilarious post referencing time travel because I was EXCITED to see his ultimate results!

Cheesh....

thank you for posting this.
in...
if you're test stays in the healthy range, that is good enough i figure.

Another question. Anyone know if formastane will give a false test reading when he checks his testosterone after 60 days? I think it converts to 4OHT. Just guessing that would test the same as testosterone which would show a higher overall test. I wonder if a different AI would be more accurate. I hear ATD tests positive for testosterone also.

You are one very excited person.
I did not understand you post mind you.

I'm not the excited one using profanity at the drop of a hat and calling out an otherwise very respected and well-intentioned fellow member.

I know you didn't understand me... something tells me that's a unifying commonplace pattern in your life with many things.

Thanks for the non-apology, and good luck with whatever you're doing.

UNSUBSCRIBED.

Yes 4OHT is going to give a false reading on a testosterone test.

I thought Dbol did not convert to DHT. Are you saying it does at a low rate? I see where increased test would increase DHT.

I was going to write:
Yes, I am saying dbol converts to DHT at a low rate.

But I've been looking at new information, and it seems there IS NOT CONENSUS!!! Need start thread now, THANKS. lol

Oh you wanted an apology?

Well I am sorry for my use in profanity towards you out of my own ignorance.
If you wish to unsub, so be it, I was being stupid.
