KLEEN – Unwraps his abs for Christmas w/ PES ERASE and ALPHA-T2 (Sponsored)

So right now I am in a little bit of limbo. I don't know exactly what my plans are during recovery. I am going to do cardio a few times a week and try to maintain maybe clean up a little but I am concerned that going into a cut post surgery could end up having me lose extra mass. I am weighing in at a pretty steady 208-210 now. I am not as lean as I would like but I am not fat either. I look about the same as I did in the pics at the beginning of this log maybe a little heavier, but I am also very full right now, the weight is coming on everywhere. So where my waistline has come up an inch so has my shoulder and chest girth so not overly worried about it right now. I can maintain what I have going on right now damn near effortlessly. Like I said I don't want to go into a strict cut or anything right now even though I do want to be leaner. I am torn here as far as which way to go on this now. Should I try to just maintain my size, or cut up more. I am not realistically going to be able to add size to my legs during this time. Well I don't think I will anyway. So a recomp strategy is not too likely to work for me right now. SO you see I am trying to decide to cut or just take a month to relax a bit and keep my conditioning and body weight as close to what I am right now as possible. My main goal being to hopefully recover in time to do a contest late next year. I could do that if I don't lose too much size during my recovery. I imagine I will try to clean it up to around 200 and stay there not make a big push to cut up any further unless nice and slow and I don't see myself dissappearing.

In between eat for recomp and add some light cardio and relax a bit. I wouldn't do anything severe.

Excellent! I am glad to have two of my most trusted members concur with me regarding not going into a cut right now. Thank you ThunderGod and DreamWeaver for your input. I trust both of you and the fact that we are all on the same page regarding what it best in this situation; I will work on a maintenance/recomp diet retaining as much mass as I can.

Presuming I need surgery which I am almost completely sure of. Plans going forward will be to work lower body 2 times a week in a GVT type set up. Basically 2 exercises 10 sets alternated then 2 more for 3 sets each. I will start with Leg Ext, and Leg Curls, then do adductor and abductor work.
I will also probably set one day that would be cardio for a leg conditioning type workout. Body weight lunges, squats, step ups, things to work the rest of the muscles and stabilizers in my legs. Once out of the immobilizer and in the sling I can do some leg pressing type movements.

Thanks for the vote of confidence...:147:

With the way you gained on your last cycle, part of me would love to see you do an all out cut down to sub 8%, get healed up good. Then once you are able to start lifting heavy again run a good cycle that induces that muscle memory and you should gain some serious mass while being ripped to shreds.

I do understand your logic of not wanting to lose what you have worked years to build up though and I know TG and DreamWeaver have forgotten more about bodybuilding than I have learned.

I understand the desire and if I were only going off of aesthetics I would cut up right now but if I were to cut up now while my muscle already wants to atrophy due to lack of stimulation I will lose twice as much muscle as I would maintaining over 200 lbs, I think just adding cardio back in 3 times a week is going to clean me up a bit but I want to make sure I am holding as much size as possible. I am going to have a heck of a muscular rebound regardless. However If I don't diet off the muscle I am almost certain I can hold this size without training. My size is pretty much a constant for me, I mean I can diet down but I remember what I lost last time without lifting. Although I still looked good, I was small. See attatchments below. I ended up a very small 168 because I kept dieting hard while I was not able to train. That and I hadn't trained for 6 months prior other than cardio because everything hurt to do. I am there now but not waiting around for 6 months to get this corrected. Also my intention is to build back up to my current level before jumping on a DS to grow it back. If can't get it back around 200-205 looking swole house around 10-12% on my own then I am not doing something right and am not ready for using DS again quite yet. I want to use DS to progress not to get back to a place I have already been. It is easy to lean on DS as a crutch but it should not be a way to get back your glory so much as making advancements beynd your best natural level. I have no doubt I can rock it around 200 with no DS. I will definitely blow up on my next run but I will be doing so starting around 200 lbs not 180-190. If I work things just right once my immobilizer is off I can start pushing my legs harder and harder for some real growth. I will get more creative then but until then I feel I have a pretty solid plan.

I am not knocking the way I look here but for me it doesn't look healthy those who know me know this is tiny for me in these picks and everyone kept asking me if I was sick. Although my legs didn't go anywhere at all as you can tell they pretty much stay separated like that.

I just need to come out of this large and relatively lean and then worry about leaning up as I know a prep is coming or just leaning up in general for summer months. I think I can easily keep my muscle. I need to stick around 12% so it is easy to clean up but does not put me in a position I find myself losing muscle mass.

On another note, and a wonderful one. I can RUN!!!! Well I can jog... I noticed that I tend to retract my shoulders when running for some reason. Doing so apparently aggravates the shoulder and I noticed it within seconds of starting my run. I didn't want to stop so I adjusted a little and instead of swinging my arms I kind of locked my elbows in one position and swung my torso more than my arms for the cross momentum to keep moving. Well it was kind of like changing to a sprinting mode where you hammer back except no slinging the arm at the shoulder joint, just slightly engaging the pecs to keep shoulders stable and rotating the torso and shoulders for that momentum. Well it helped immediately. Instantly my shoulder kind of went into a comfortable pocket and I was able to run. HELL YEAH!!!!!

I am going to run/jog 2-3 times a week until surgery. Then I will more than likely be out of doing everything for a week and then back in the gym for some cardio a few days a week and whatever leg work like I described earlier. As soon as he lets me start doing some lifts post surgery you can be sure I will be jumping on it.

First Leg Day... of the new plan.

Okay today was my first leg day I have to admit I really had to push myself to get out of bed to do leg extensions and leg curls... I was originally going to do a GVT type program but decided to push a little more intensity by progressing up in weight and supersetting these without any rest for 8 sets each.

So here is what we did today. The wife is working on increasing her flat bench and squat right now so I stayed with her for her bench sets. While she did her sets I flexed my chest, arms and legs as hard as I could throughout her entire work set. She did pretty good today I think her final work set was 90x5, she also squatted 130x4, not bad for someone just under 120 lbs and 5'3!

Warm Up 75 body weight squats.
Leg Ext - 165x10, 185x10, 205x10, 220x8, 205x8, 205x8, 195x7, 185x8
Leg Curl - 90x10, 90x10, 105x10, 115x10, 130x8, 130x6, 115x8, 90x7

I took no rest between leg ext and leg curls moving from one to another and back again making it one big set. I was trying to get a good amount of energy burning. The pump in my legs was silly. After my 8th set I went over to spot the wife on her squats. In between a couple of her sets I did the "Relaxed Pose" for a 30 second hold, just tightening everything up to fill it with blood and give it a little work without any chance of dragging the bone across that spot under tension. I will probably continue to add in posing and flexing as an alternative to lifting to keep as much muscle as possible.

Fuggin still look damn good IMO Chris...

Yeah like I said I looked good, had the fitness model type of build but it just isn't for me. My face was relatively emaciated at that weight too. I will do better retaining mass by not going into a cut.

On a side note, Man you look so friggin big in your Avi man. If your legs are as good as the rest of the package you are definitely a contender for competitions.

wow... that leg day makes my legs hurt even more... WOW

Is someone thinking a Test base with their DMZ run? Holy SH*T that would be insane. Although man if you are gonna run test do it straight the first time. Feel the difference between how clean that is and then what it feels like with the orals. BLECH!!! WHy is it again I am not pinning instead??? Oh yeah the wife...

What If I One Upped it..

Test E or C - 500-600mg/wk 1-12
Super DMZ - 1-4
Tren Ace 100mg ed 1-12

;)

sounds like a good time

and yeah pinning makes you feel good, orals, not so bueno.. but hey its all in what you make of it! and of course doing it smart

I'd love to do that but don't think I am experienced enough o.0

I got the Tamoxifen for DMZ PCT though

I got a deal on some IGf-1, HGH frag, CJC1295 along with all that PCT stuff...

Order total was 80 bucks for those three above, clen, clomid, nolva, B12 and some letro

man if youre gonna run all of those peps along with the DMZ you might as well throw in the test.... Cjc is the ****, and I ran out of money to keep running it because IDEALLY i was gonna run it all the way through PCT..

wait i missed something.. what are you having surgery on??

and about you not looking the same i wont lie to you man youre definitely leaner but ou were pretty intimidating at a higher weight. maybe its just a bit of flatness bro.. still look great, and getting those abs in just in time for christmas and new years ;)

Actually that was me 7 weeks out from my last surgery. I was 168 lbs and probably 8%. I had not trained upper body for like 6-8 months and then just did cardio and cut down way to small. That is why I was saying I looked good but not like me. Ideal for me is probably about 185 andf 4-5%. When it is said and done I would like to end up around 190-195 and 4-5% on a competition day. I am not anywhere near that lean right now. I am easily 4-5% off from that. However if you do the math that makes me MUCH bigger than I was then... If I do the math right now at 204 lbs and 13% I have 177.5 lbs lbm, then I had 154.56, so I need to keep that size up because that is over 20 lbs of LBM in the past 4 years... I can't even chance losing that by taking the same course I did last time.

Thx my man. The wheels are impressive as well, and the calves are impressive to boot.

I have a Bachelor trip in April. I wanna look my best for that; itll also setup the rest of the year and the summer. So come Jan 1. Ill be hittin up a full blown cut.

What do you mean by emaciated btw?

I don't know if I want to run all that HGH stuff...don't know anything about it just saw a deal lol...

I am however decided 100% to run Test-E with DMZ....quest for 205...bulking as much as I can right now before I start, sitting at about 188, 15% BF I'd imagine as I can still see the six pack a little, and whatever the muscle that connects the serratii(sp) to the abs...I can see the top one the whole way to my abs so I think I am not doing too shabby on the BF...waist is 32.5 at the belly button when I wake up, chest 42 without flexing. Hoping to hit 200 by christmas by just plain eating everything, pretty sure I've reached CNS failure on the 5x5 routine I'm doing as my pushup to failure (last exercise) has gone from 65 to 25 for some reason...

But yeah I am searching for Test-E deals now :P Need ot read up one how to do it though lmao...

Sounds great especially if you hold the body fat you have currently. Emaciated is when someone is underfed the face looks drawn in at the cheeks, under the eyes, in the temple area. Think about that movie Thinner how his face started looking as he got thinner and thinner.

Test is easy, no real tricks to it. SO a 4 week kick of with DMZ and what an 8 weeker on the test? I have been looking around and the peptides look pretty promising. Just the idea of no shut down from them has me pretty stoked. However i forsee me trying out Osta SARM during my next PCT, or maybe just doing it as a run of it's own.

Also, Chris your wheels look damn good!
Thanks, I always think they need to be bigger but all my pants fit funny already. What ever is in my fron pocket is pushed firmly into the fabric so you see a perfect outline, even when the waist is too big.
yah I remember those pics of his legs, not too much work to be done there. Just some maintenance work and you're still ahead of the game...:afro:

Yeah that is one blessing I don't have to worry about too much and my leg workout yesterday produced some DOMS so I am happy about that.

You're a sick S.O.B. :mischievous:
HaHa, aren't all of us in this game.

Speaking of, where is the
"Pain is an aquired taste" in your sig? You can still put one up it is just limited to 3 lines.

Yeah all of our sigs dissapeared about 3 weeks ago. Now there is no use of sizing the font in them and it is limited to 3 lines.

Yeah i hate putting stuff in any of my pockets lol. One of these days.ill get some seperation o.o

Funny when I was younger I used to have EVERYTHING in my pockets. One of my friends called me pockets because if he needed something and asked for it I always had it in my pockets. Then for a while the fanny pack got popular and everything went into one of those. LOL Too bad you look like such a dork with those it was like the best invention ever. All the stuff I would like to carry around without anything jabbing me in the pocket. Man I had floss, gum, sharpies, pens, keys, stress balls, protein bars in that thing... I got used to it and wore it for a few years after they went out of style. I didn't care I couldn't stand having anything in my pockets after that. LOL I would tell people who made fun of me that I was cool enough to get away with it, and for the most part I was right. However I gradually came back to my senses. I have always just kind of done my thing. Not saying stuff doesn't influence me but I am really comfortable with myself and don't let peoples opinions bother me too much in most regards.

Update my sig ....

Good deal more personality...

Justifying the fanny pack to me seems hilarious but I respect your attitude about it! Man I remember having one of those when I was in Boy Scouts, very helpful I must say and I always had what I needed. The whole cargo pants craze seemed like a solution but it wasn't, crap just bounced around too much. Well I am going to go off to run in the freezing ass cold, Merry Christmas guys. Enjoy the time with your families and give yourself a day to cheat just a little ;).

Not sure but it is 64 now and will be around 72-74 this afternoon. However I will run in MA. Give me a hoodie and a bandana or something for my face and I am good to go running in the cold playa! I ain't chapping my face to prove I am tough though. LOL Very cold air, wind and my skin are not friends.

MERRY CHRISTMAS BIG KLEENSTER!!!

I hope you and your family have the best Christmas EVER!!!

We're actually getting snow in Tennessee. This is the first white Christmas I can remember.
2 to 4" forecasted before today is over with.

I LOVE IT!!!!

Well I woke up this morning and took 1 AT2, 1.5 scoops of Jack3d, 14 grams 8-1-1bcaa+glutamine mix about 65% bcaa. GOt dressed and headed to the gym. Intra drink was 14 more grams of the mix and 32 oz of sugar free coolaid. Recovery drink at end of workout added 2 scoops of Postal to remaining 16 oz of intra drink. Took GDA pill and then ate about 45 minutes later 3 scoops protien powder, 1/2 cup oats, 24 almonds. I took my ERASE and 1.5 grams of bulk DAA. Will take another AT2 in about 90 minutes. Carbs will be relatively low the rest of the day.

Giant Set Routine -584 total reps 4800lbs volume at 30 lbs, and 4480 lbs volume at 20 lbs 9280 total lbs volume in 31 minutes. I missed 8 reps on my last set of lunges. My lower back started tweaking and I decided not to push it. Conditioning will come with the next 2 weeks at 40% of 10 rep max.

Next week will be 40 and 32.5 and 25, even though the weights are predetermined, this week I messed with them a little. I just used a weight inbetween the two lower ones so I didn't tie up as many sets of dumbbells. However next week I have to move up. I hope my grip holds up... This workout really is one of the most grip intensive workouts I have done. You are just holding the dumbbells for so long that your grip is shot. Especially on the long azz sets of lunges or step ups those really end up being 40 reps. They end up with you stopping and gasping for a second or two and restarting. Add to that the grip starts to go by the middle of the second giant set and then the step ups. It is like a form of punishment. Man I love it and hate it all at the same time.

If you are curious this is the layout of the workout. First column is estimated 10 rep max it may be a little low on some thing but trying to keep the shoulder intact. the 4 columns after are the % of the 10 rep max to lift for 20 reps per exercise moving immediately to the next one with no rest. No rest at the end of the giant set either just start over. Gradually your pace will slow down and you will end up with 10-15 seconds of rest just to get enough oxygen not to pass out. LOL However as you can see the weight progress very rapidly for this type of workout. It may take me more than 6 weeks to get all the way up to 60%/ As you can see my middle weight numbers are low so I need to bring them up to par next week which is really going to kill me and will probably extend the time of the workout a good 5 minutes just due to all the increase in workoad.

MERRY XMAS!
Yeah that program is nice and great for cutting and improving conditioning. Yeah the ERASE would be a great addition the lower cortisol helps cutting and the lower estrogen makes you drop fat as well as keep muscle on with elevated test.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone!

I had a Great Christmas, my kids are all here and I got pretty all stuff I wanted and one surprise that was well thought out. I got Versa grips! I wont be able to put them to use just yet but I got them! Oh she got me a weight belt too. So when I get back up to trying singles I have some protection. I also got a bunch of hoodies and skull caps to keep me warm outside when doing cardio. Then I got a squat and calf piece for the garage gym. This one was not expected but the wife noticed we didn't have a real way to work calves and bought this. It has a gritty sand paper covered arch on one side for various calf raises and the other has an angled squat plate to slightly elevate the heels. A great idea and just shows how much my wife thinks of me and tries to be supportive.

I worked out yesterday. Hit legs pretty darn good. I started in a squat sled kind of like a horizontal squat on a cable loaded machine. I did 110x25 and 190x15 then decided to go over to the Icarian Super Squat machine and blast my legs. It is basically set up on a hinge and you can face out or into it. Facing out is more like a real squat mixed with a hack squat and facing into it works the hamstrings lower back and glutes really well.

Icarian Super Squat
Facing Out - 225x20, 315p x15, 405 x15, 455 x15, 495x13, 495x10
Facing In 585x15, 675x15, 765x15, 855x10, 855x10, 855x6 shoulders were done from the pads digging in. I have major bruising.
Leg Adductors 120x15, 140x15, 140x13
Leg Abductors 110x15, 110x15, 110x13

I am so sore but man it felt great to really push myself like that. If by some miracle I don't need surgery I will be able to blast legs at least one a week like this. The gym is not open early enough for me to go to during the week but I like going there on Saturdays.

Kleen...you still look great, especially your legs. The key here is to not let your ego overrule your common sense. You've been at this too long to suffer a major setback. Better to take it easy and maintain rather to try something risky, even foolish, and have to start back at Square One. Like you said, no matter what, muscle memory will take care of whatever you lose.

Take care, be safe, be smart, and know that you are in my prayers. :afro:

Hows your diet Chris? Ive been roller coasting for a bit, on purpose, but feeling almost guilty about it...

When I was in college I used to get wicked hammered. My nickname was puke. I would chug a fifth of socos, sneak into a frat party, polish off a few people's empties, some brewskies, some Jell-O shots, do some body shots off myself, pass out, wake up the next morning, puke, rally, more soco, head to class. Probably would have gotten expelled if I had let it affect my grades, but I aced all my courses. They called me Ace. It was totally awesome. Got straight B's. They called me Buzz.

Truer words Sir, truer words... I get my results from the MRI tonight so limbo will be over and my motivation can begin to climb more.

Merry christmas and glad it was a good one Kleen!
Thanks Big V!

It sounds like it is a lot like yours... :) I have been eating a bout 3-4 meals a day recently. Normally 2-3 clean meals and one not so clean meal. However this weekend was Game Over / Fun Time. I didn't worry about my diet at all. I ate candy, and all sorts of treats. My daughter kept feeding me her treats loving that I would actually take them. I would say I bulked up to about 212 from all the glycogen... During the week this week I will be cleaner with my diet. However honestly if I feel like eating freely I will.

Merry belated Xmas :)
Gracias and backatcha!

I get my results tonight!!!!

Well I am excited and a little nervous. I get my results from the MRI+A today. I have a tiny glimmer of hope that I don't need surgery, just enough to actually make me nervous that I MAY get good news. I am still pretty certain surgery will be required and am really trying not to get my hopes up. I have been planning for the worst. However if I don't need a surgery then a lot of things open up to me...

Either way today is finally the end of my limbo regarding what action I will be taking to correct this shoulder once and for all. I think my motivation levels will rise once again after I finally KNOW which direction I am heading in and where to set my limitations.

Here is a video of the lovely wife having a brilliant moment. Notice her kick the piece of equipment together before deciding to climb on it and give it a try... Don't feel bad watching it she is fine, and actually told me to post the video. She was dying laughing at the annotations while I was writing them...

Well... I was right.

I just got back from the Ortho's and my surgery is scheduled for 1/12/2011, I have a tear in the labrum on the back side. He said from the MRI it didn't look like it was going to be as bad as my last surgery where I trained through it for so long it was totally screwed! However he won't know for sure until he gets inside.

She told me to do it. I only have Windows Live Movie maker it doesn't do slow motion or I would have for sure.

Sorry to hear about the surgery BUT at least you know what is going on. Have a great new year Chris and that video is pretty funny man!

Yeah I am happy about that. However last night after I the excitement of knowing it is getting fixed, it hit me how bad this hurt last time. Last time I had this surgery I told myself if I hurt it again I may just say screw it. Yeah it was that bad. I had a little bit of mourning for my shoulder, and the pain that lies ahead. LOL Then I reminded myself of the multitude of great workouts that will follow the repair. Have to focus on the good stuff you know...

Bitter sweet news...hasteful recovery to you Chris.

Bitter sweet for sure, but your body should recovery faster then the average, due to your body being very acclimated to muscle repair. Fit people tend to recover quicker from surgery for a multiple of reasons.
