Pretty much the same shoulder and arm routine as last week but this time I was able to get more reps and perform tighter form attaining a higher intensity.

Shoulders bent over rear delt flies 30 lb db's drop 25's db's ss
Lateral raise 25 lb db's drop 20 lb db's ss
Front raise 25's drop 20's

Pretty much slayed it.. Like I mentioned before these routines are really not about weight increase and more about survival... As long as I get at least 5 reps on the drops I consider that a success, I was getting 7 or 8 all the way through.

30 degree incline cable extensions 130 up 10 lbs drop 110
30 degree incline alt db curl 40's drop to 32.5's ss
XFace tri extensions 32.5 drop to 25 ss
Prone Db curl 32.5 drop 25

It has something to do with how EPI is reaction with something in the stim products, the stim just seems to last longer. I will have to tough it out without the stim. I took 3 motivate to help me through today though. I don't feel too bad really...actually pretty darn good...

Im also considering something with a strong stim base since I may need to take it first thing upon waking and work out round 7am.

Ooo thats a nice stack you would have planned there. Ive read very good things on body comp with both those supps. That will be a nice run and you will have something to compare it to with this run.

And 5 weeks...wow you still got 3 weeks of madness. This log will only get better!

Yah just getting rolling, apparently this stuff peaks mid week 3.

Just the 10k walking yesterday. I got a decent sleep last night about 7.5 hours all together. So definitely the combination of Epi, Jacked and Motivate that causes the problem. I am going to do a little experiment as I feel the Motivate is what is lasting longer I will only Take Jacked pre-workout. If that doesn't work I will try taking it a bit earlier. Tommorow is Friday so it's a good time to experiment.

R things like clen, t3 , helios an option for you or are they ruled out ?

Yah I would have to avoid clen and t3 I think don't know what helios is. The sarms are to make me hard. I know how to diet so don't really need anything harsh for that. I could use something for the fat pockets, eviscerate works ok.

Yah normally I'm ok because I have built up some resistance but with this run and the EPI it might be too much yes.. I will use the Motivate when I need an AM boost, for work and courses mostly and Jacked pre-workout. Sunday morning I may go to the combo as I like the extra focus from the Motivate.

Can't argue with that. Jacked is great for pre-workout and Motivate really does help me to dial in the focus.:)
 
Pretty good leg workout all things considered. When I got to the gym and went to warm up on the leg press my hamstrings were so fuggin tight. I did my warmup and streched them and it was a bit better with each set and I got through it.

I am doing pretty good weight on the leg press I went up 90 lbs to 630, about the best I could ever do on this machine is about 700. I know you hear some guys to 1000 lb on a leg press but a lot depends on what machine you're using and how deep your reps are. Mine are very deep and this is a tough machine for doing a lot of weight.

Leg press 540 ss
Leg extension drop 2 145 130 115

Leg curl took it a bit easy as the hammies were still too tight, overworked from all the walking drop 2 120 90 75

Standing Calf raise drop 2 245 225 205

Bar of death 9 and 3 rest paused. People are always coming over and asking if I'm alright when I go to failure and end up flat on my stomach gasping for air.

Body comp changes!! Yah I was noticing I was looking pretty huge so I went to the wife and gave her a front relaxed pose and she says "Oh my God!, you're a freak!!" Then when I weighed in I was actually down a half pound so this is workout out great. I have lost at least a few lbs of fat and up 2 llbs total at 232. Adds up to about 5 lbs mass at a guess. and you guys know how dry these gains are.

The best is still yet to come as we kick off week 3...
 
Nice workout! You've definitely got me revved up to hit the Epi soon. Just waiting on my training partners Epi to show up and then let the madness begin.

I'm excited for you, sounds like any day now for you. I couldn't have scripted this any better, I am able to eat clean cuz I have no cravings appetite is not crazy but I am getting in more nutrition as I have added clean meals, enabling myself to take advantage of increased protein synthesis. The clean diet enables me to lose some fat. The answer to the equation is solid recomp. There is a body type change going down and if it continues at this rate we could be looking at 230ish at 10% which is 10 lbs heavier than I had forecast for this years clean bulking.

The only problems I have been having is with supps I don't pay for like monthly supps. I don't think customs likes stuff coming through without a price tag.

Going from crazy carb loading at 208 with abs down to 201 with only a shadow of abs is mentally taxing if not used to that. Although I know if I carb up right now I would be about 208 too but not as lean. I would say out of the 14.5 lbs I have kept about 8-9 pounds of LBM of that. I have heard that is a succesful PCT but it doesn't feel that way. I am thinking I need a good natural bridge of something right now to get that Alpha Male feeling I tend to have almost all of the time in my natural state.

Yah Phytoserms is imminent, that with Testopro would get it done I'm sure. Also you took a harsher compound so what it gives up front may not be as easy to keep due to more shutdown. We'll see how shut down I get and how fast I recover. I will have Phytoserms though so maybe not a fair comparision...:sgrin: The short and the long of it is I am going to go a bit overboard on PCT to get back the aplha male as quick and agressively as possible.

Yeah I have no doubt you will kill it Doug, whatever the most is you can get out of it is what you will pull from it with your work and dedication. I do hope you don't get any calve pums though with all that walking you do it would REALLY suck.

Most of the problems I have had are in my hamstrings. I feel a bit better this morning but today is a big rest day, will do little as possible and just recover. Sounding good right about now...

Sunday went pretty well

Flat db press drop 1 90's up 5 lbs 70's ss

Decline db press drop 1 60's 50's

I got 8 and 8 through the first set but it was excruciating. I was able to get some of the second set but fell short on the 90's on flat db's do dropped to the 80's for the third. Chest was screaming.

Was nice to get through the workout and not have the feeling I was going to lose my cookies.

Ok this routine is hard to measure strength increases as most of the work is done in a state of exhaustion but there have been improvements. I did start pretty high on the weight also so it's difficult to say just how much stronger I am, suffice it to say that I am stronger. This is not the most impressive thing on this run for me, the big changes are showing up in recomp and size. I have gotten much bigger already and my waist remains pretty much the same. Everybody says I'm bigger but they also think I've lost around my middle. know it's just an illusion of being much bigger up top making my waist look smaller but it's significant. I do feel I am a bit leaner and I know I am bigger.

Size and recomp is my reason for using the product in the first place so I am quite pleased with the results so far. I am increase to 60 for the last 2 weeks, I will see how things go later this week.

I will start the Sustain Alpha 2 days on 5 off the last couple weeks and the rest will start after the cycle.

Yah size increase has been impressive..

Just the walking yesterday 10k, walking a bit slower to give the legs a break.

Another very good nights sleep with HGHPro, good recovery going on and I am feeling better each week.

Oh the libido has definitely dropped off, a bit of a relief to tell you the truth. It's been elevated for so long it was really annoying at times. Then at the start of this run it turned nasty. Now I am more normal so must be starting to get some shut down.

Is there any advantage in starting my PCT products a bit early?

Some will tell you that it's advantageous to start PCT protocol during the last week of your cycle. And it does make some sense thinking you will get a head start on recovery. But I've never utilized this protocol myself. I've always waited until the last dose of my cycle to start up PCT. Shutdown is unavoidable when running these compounds. But you will recover with that PCT you have laid out.

Thanks, yah it seems that the diet changes have been right on the money with this one. I mostly just added extra protein (about 150 grams), and kept my carbs moderate. I can't imagine getting better results for what I am trying to do.

Seeing you crush it DW and some other older guys literally working out as if they were my age naturally THEN superceding this...yea, i plan on crushing weight in my 40's,50's and 60's.....maybe ill ease up when im in my 70's and bodybuild LOL.

Yah it's a good plan, the longer you stay natural the more you will learn and when you use enhancement you'll get that much more from it.

It's really more like 120-130 extra on the protein increase. The reason being is that protein synthesis is supposed to increase on cycle and it is recommended you increase intake. On Saturday and Sunday I eat more carbs and less protein.
 
Why drop protein and increase carbs?

I would figure it be more productive to drop your fat in relation to carb increase, keep protein the same, and take nutrient partitioners to capitalize on the influx of carbs and protein. The increase in insulin will allow for even greater anabolic potential.

Or will the increase in carbs allow a smaller amount of protein to be just as effective? So by keeping protein intake moderate ad carbs high....you still increase protein synthesis while keeping calories lower and staving off sloppy weight gain?
