Felt VERY powerful.. i got a huge burst of aggression and energy on the squats and 365 was making the bar bounce up and down on the ends when i bursted upward.

I was pretty much on the other end tonight.. took her some food. She was all drugged up on nyquil and started rambling about how she feels like im a player lol (i was rockin the black and white carmello jersey) and how she wants me to be honest with her and tell her everything.. uh oh. Got my BP checked and my friend kept getting 151/110 but theres no way in hell its that elevated.. thats severe hypertension.. I tried myself and got 138/95 which im hoping is more accurate but i may pick up some hawthorne berry today after workout..

ya that diastolic is particularly high, whether they're accurate or not picking up some hawthorne berry is a good idea, it's really cheap.

Ok very late update..

first ill explain what happened tonight. The chick who i said caught feelings asked me to go bowling tonight. So i figured we are classmates and can still be friends, and i went. Her guy friend for years is with us and they are both drunk when they pick me up. So we go bowling and im the only one not drinking and hes tellin me on the side how much she likes me and he knows her very well and can tell she doesnt know how to act around me..

So in between frames she is all up in my face asking questions why i dont like her that way and wont be with her and how she feels like she got played with her eyes watering up. i was like "get a hold of yourself, youre drunk" so finally we leave and i drive her car to drop her friend off then i gotta take her home. So i take her to my apt and try to convince her the whole way there to call a cab that she isnt driving. She wont listen and when we get to the spot, she makes a big scene in the parking lot balling in tears asking why im not interested and blah blah blah.. ****ing drama man. I sit there and take it and finally walk inside so she can drive off. Man i hope she makes it home alright.. what a lunatic lol

I just spoke with my boy and he said "we should be able to tell them up front that, 'i just wanna play you'" lol

oh i hear ya bro.. im envious really. I hope i end up with a chick whos down like that.

Even tho i could potentially manipulate chicks, i havent done it since i was 18 or 19. I respect girls (even the crazy ones) and Ive grown to treat them a lot better than i used to. Still learning tho and learning how to make them not hate me when i move on- I like the tires on my truck with air in them..

Popped about .625mg letro last night because the nips were itching. Today they were itching still (right side moreso) and about 30 min ago i squeezed a drop of juice out of the right one *yum*.. does that sound peculiar considering im not running a progestin?

Its happened before so im not too shocked.

Back Day!

Ok this is what i do, as im sure some of you also do.. if not, feel free to jack my style ;)

Everyday before the gym i watch about 5 min of a pro working out the same muscles im going to that day, on youtube. Gets me pumped up and ready and just watching their technique and what not leaves a fresh image in my mind of how i want to perform the exercise.

So there is one of my big secret rituals (dont tell nobody)

1.5 scoops jacked, second mdrol of the day, 8oz ground beef w/2 TBS EVOO, and out..

I felt reaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllll good last night while doing cardio. I think the pinning before the workout had something to do with it.. This test seems to be more potent than last time- i have VERY itchy nips, feel real good, and woke up this morning with steel, not wood lol

Which leads us to the story..

Last night after workout i had to pick up some things from wally (a protein shaker cause i smashed mine into pieces... roid rage i guess lol). So i end up running into my latest ex, the one who used to pin me. We talk for a good 45 min and i help her gather some groceries. So we make it to the parking lot and shes telling me how the guy she dated after me was still texting after they broke up and how annoying he is and she just hasnt found any descent guys. So shes looking at me and we start making out and one thing leads to another and im smashing in her car in the parking lot. We take it back to my place and finish it up- almost the best sex i think weve ever had lol She stays the night and leaves this morning..

And to my boy Perico, i stole a line from you bro- i told her "the door is always open and if she needs anything i am just a phone call away". Crrrrrraaaazy night last night..

She dipped out on me somewhere between cable pushdowns and abs.. poor thing lol. She had to get up at 0 dark 30 anyway lol

I had an awesome pump tonight right after the first couple of sets... love super! :) i may bump to 30mg the last 2 weeks. Im gonna gauge how i feel when the time comes. Im pretty sure im preserving all muscle which is my objective while burning the fat so i dont really see the need to bump the dosage..

Halloween was awesome. Helped with a haunted house on saturday.. i jumped out as a monster and scared plenty of kids and adults as well lol the looks on some peoples faces were priceless :icon_lol:
