Boladrol(Incredible Bulk Expected)The Log

i saw where up mentioned you're taking a weight gainer... one trick I used to do was grind oats and add 2-3 scoops with every shake, each scoop adds about 100 cals, its an easy way to get yourself an extra 500-700 calories right there.
 
I'm just going to say I think you're doing it wrong. You need food, not prohormones. I worked with a guy that started at your measurements. He's sitting at about 185 and 15%bf after a bulk now in two years time, all from eating and lifting hard.
 
be sure to take plenty of support supps and drink plenty of water... sounds like you have a small frame.. dont harm yourself

good advice thanks for the reminder I have to get a gallon jug ready so I'm not getting up from my desk to get water every 5 mins.Yea I'm not going to overdo it.I actually changed up everything after reading an article in MD about a lifter who always went balls to the wall and eventually burned out from all the years of heavy lifting due to injury and etc so now I've switched up alot of things but for this log I will be in bulk mode.

my lifetime goals at this point in time aren't really to bulk back up.just for this log I will be bulking up.

If this product is everything its made up to be I expect to see some huge changes in your physique. Your bench is good for you body weight. Good stregnth. It will be really interesting to see what boladrol does to your frame.

Btw the tester bottles do say take one to 2 droppers daily, meaning a 2-4 mg dose. At your weight I wouldn't go higher then 3mg daily....

Btw, in case you've never used one of these droppers with a meter on it, a full dropper, 1ml, will be you squeezing the life out of the dropper to let out as much air as possible and only having about 1/4 inch of air on the top.

Luckily I had an old child medicine dropper that I popped the pipet off of and will stick into this one to take an accurately metered dose, I would def suggest going to an old school pharmacy and ask for a metered 1ml dropper to use for accurate dosing.

Btw your getting a serm right?

Im very keen to see the before and after pics for him. Yeah I dont think 20lbs is going to be a problem. Maybe more if he's done 160. Wow i'd get some coconut oil to try avoiding stretch marks to, just incase it IS everything it says it is.

Simply because any steroid will add solid weight on you at this point because you are so light and you have big time muscle memory at play.

Second link in post 25 is pretty interesting regarding the use as an anti cancer compound with little to no androgenic activity in women. It's regarding the 7b,17a methyl version of bolasterone though (bolasterone is 7a,17a) so not very pertinent to IBE's product.

20lbs would be nice I tried to give myself a modest goal of 5lbs though I didn't want to shoot too high.yea I still have some deep stretch marks on my shoulders from back in high school ;)

a few of my notes were just food for thought I like to collect info and then use it to think outside the normal box at times.

If I were you I would take it at 2ml for 4 weeks... make sure you drink plenty of water > 1 gal and eat everything in sight.... eat, eat, eat then eat some more!

I can gain 5lbs in SD in just a few days, sure its probably glycogen that early but I've seen where my bf% goes down and weight goes up... cardio is the trick here, you must do your cardio

BTW, are you taking an AI for your PCT? I dont think you should skip it, look in to Erase its had great reviews and its very effective reducing your estrogen, plus its natural coming off this you'll appreciate that.

Abs: situps are done between each set above in other words I will do for example a set on bench then do 50 situps

Took my first dose of boladrol this morning it taste like cough syrup only sweeter so its not like you have to chug this stuff to get it down.workout went well got a good pump going nothing amazing to report yet as it is only day 1.Dissapointed my strength is no where near what it use to be but this was expected.

yea I think I can handle it.it was rough putting up and looking at my starter pics though I have really let myself go but I'll use them as a reason to focus and tune in.yea I got about a gallon in today and I can actually feel it when I'm lacking in the water department so that helps me to get the water in as well.I'm getting ready to eat yet again right now.

Strange I actually thought about adding an ai during pct as I was reading through this entire log.I'm curious about driven's sports new ai so i might look into that.I'm still reading up on erase and the company so I haven't made my mind up about them quite yet

Very good advice. If this stuff gives you some rapid strength increases like SD, I'd be careful or you'll end up with an injury.

erase looks to be a solid supplement I might give it a go.this was one of the first times I've really did some serious weight since getting back into bb. for the last few months I've been focusing on getting rid of the mini gut and getting into normal shape so I could run and workout without getting tired and sore as much.It normally takes my body about a week to adjust to new things so I'm easing into this somewhat this week and will push things from next week till the end of the cycle within reason and common sense of course though.

I've read and heard from many lifters natural and unatural if your smaller you want to get in and get out within 45,50 mins tops.Plus since I'm not trying to be a pro bb I don't try to do a million different lifts and etc just the major parts body people will see and notice.sorry for the confusion.
 
dude that sucks... What was your typical dosing with m1t? I always felt strong, Felt great mentally, only side I really had was back pumps really bad.

Not to hijack the thread but
week 1 10mg daily
week 2 10mg + 5mg(half pill) daily
week 3 20mg daily
week 4 20mg + half a pill daily


That was the old legal gear version (of which I still own, along with 30 bottles of other items long since banned) When I would take fish oil/coq10, I would get so sick to my stomach until I just splashed everywhere. I stopped the fish-oils but still got upset stomach reactions during week 3. When i final stopped m1t, the issues subsided. I felt like a monster besides the vomiting.

Not going to say much here but what I will say is that why did you do all of your sets 5x5? Were you trying to run the 5x5 program? As I remember, this is not the way it works...

Are you thinking of adding incline? Perhaps some bb'ell curls. If you want the basics as you say and you are adding mass to your arms, bbcurls, not ez bar or dumbbell curls, will do the trick for biceps...closed grip benches, dips, french's will do the trick for triceps

I'm in for the side effects that you hopefully report on. You have no idea what you're doing as far as training is concerned.

from what I can see, you have a tremendously underdeveloped musculature, a tentative grasp on proper training methods, and, most assuredly, a horridly underwhelming diet... you should not be doing steroids at all, let alone being chosen to represent the results from a new and barely tested steroid. Your stats are those of someone who just started lifting. Simply put your results are not going to be representative of average results, firstly because you are so undersized you could gain 20 pounds just by eating properly, and second because you have so much muscle memory (that you probably could have gained back by now if you tried).
Reading this thread was painful. Steroids are not toys to play with when you don't know what your're doing in the gym and don't want to put in the natural work. Man all you have to do is eat more calories and you can gain back your lost muscle. You are trying to justify your tiny stature saying that you are healthier now, and that SOME bodybuilder lifted heavy and got burned out therefore you won't lift heavy. That's stupid, and it is going to limit you.

i really cant believe more of you guys aren't ripping this guy. no offense OP, but dude, you are 126lbs.... WTF!!! anyone in there right mind would tell you to gain naturally first. even if you were a super ripped 126 im sure everyone would tell you to eat til you nearly puke in order to gain more weight.

im sitting at 195 - 196 lbs body weight and have no desire to run a compound this strong. i cant imagine that being nearly 70lbs lighter than me will do you well when it comes to keeping gains. btw, i didn't use a PH til i was 189 - 190 lbs naturally and lifting for 5 years solid.

Its a log, rip him on PMs if you really feel the need. I don't believe he was ever 160 nor that he had the strength numbers that he posted. I'm here to see if there are any side effects, as they will be magnified in someone as small as him.

mich29, can you please post more about how you're feeling, energy, relative strength levels (when it gets to at least a week in or so), joints, headaches, etc? If you take detailed notes about actually running it and forget about your weight poundages, it would really redeem the log IMO. Good luck with the compound, I truly hope you don't mess up your body with it.
