Well everybody. . went in Looking hot!! and It was a split decision from all of the judges but i took 2nd place! BLAH!! I'm kinda pissed and will have to do some updating but I will have to elaborate a little bit more when I'm not so bitter.. . .

I have learned that this is the conclusion i have drawn. It is only my second show and although i had the complete package with size/seperation. They choose complete leaness. . . Although i could have gotten leaner and that was my own doing I will take this and build from it! Today starts a new journey! :cheers:

I couldn't agree with you more thunder! On that note. . What they did do was continue to fight the good fight and all of the judges said I had more potential than those i competed with if I wanted to go all the way. They thought my stage presense was fantastic and was great to watch and hoped that although it was a 3/4 decision they said just come in leaner and i could have competed for a pro card. SO I will take that and build from it and MAKE SURE I COME IN LEANER AND MEANER!!! Feathering on my GLUTES BIIATCHES!! :zx11pissed:
 
Awesome job man, 2nd is great!!! And I know how close you had to been to 1st but gives you something to push for and know any weaknesses you may have had. Great job man.
 
just keep in mind that different shows have different preferences. so now you know that for this particular show each year conditioning is critical, but you may find at another show symmetry is their pet peeve, or some other bs. If you are going to shoot for another show, see if you can find others that have competed in that particular one and what feedback they got.
 
Excellent work David; second is nothing to shake a stick at. Get back on the horse and use what you learned to find your way to the top at your next show.

hahah This was the same as the day b4 but this happen to be friday so i had to drive to the host city and sleep in my hotel room for the preparation. . muhaha it was very nice to see some farmiliar faces and catch up. . .

I carb depleted sunday-wednesday. . i was at 100carbs sunday mon,tues,wed i was at 70grams of carbs and than moved up thursday to 300 and friday was closer to 375. . .

Sooo Please stay tuned for updates. . .the updates throw the show will be very short and sw33t but my lift yesterday 10/19/10 haha was FANTASTIC!!! Wish i had more to stock up :fing02: Now that i'm gaining weight my STR HAS SKY ROCKETED!!! hahah ooo yaa and any guess in three days the weight i've put on from eating :twak: hahah some light cardio will be in session to monitor the fat gains :cheers:

Well Saturday morning i was looking good and looking back at it SPRAY TAN SPRAY TAN SPRAY TAN is the only way to go!!! You need to be DARK AS NIGHT soo you can see all of your features. . . .it will look unnatural but that is what you want!! Enought about that rant. . .the dosing was the same but there was no working out. ..

Henry has so much mass yet still looks right, lol. Very few current pros are aesthetically pleasing, Henry is up there with Dexter Jackson and a select few others.

David Henry is one of my all-time favorite bodybuilders. He's a strength phenomenon. I've got this DVD on the way and I can't wait to watch all of it.

Glad to see ya taking a break man, after comp it's much deserved. How are things going.

Things are chuggin along!! Trying to help a few individuals out with some work out regimens and diets. . taking more time to figure out a nice workout plan for me. . .going to do three week incriments and LOVING ENJOYING LIFE.. . .letting myself go a lil bit but still keeping my a$$ in check with some cardio and lifting. . .but the new 2 on 1 off is a great regimen for growth!! :cheers: still have some abs so at least i know i'm in the sub 7% and or 7.5 ish area. . .will have to get my bf tested sometime this week just to see where i'm at!!! :cheers:

2nd place-damn!!! in such a short time you have definately made a name, build on it- many times i have heard people say that what they thought was a devastating set back at the time, ended up being the turning point that motivated them on to greatness. go ahead and feel the disappointment, but use it to your advantage!!!:cheers:
